It was appropriate in every way.
Aminiel was an outstanding guide, and I would recommend him without hesitation. The communication was always clear and prompt, which made planning the trip very easy. The service during the tour was warm, reliable, and professional, and I truly felt well taken care of. The value for money was outstanding — I received much more than I expected. We had the most incredible experience with Serengeti Smiles, thanks to our amazing guide, Hussein.
From the moment we met Hussein, he was polite, welcoming, and immediately made us feel comfortable. He has a real gift for reading people (hard to explain, but he just knows when to give you time to soak up a moment and when to move on to find the next adventure).
Our itinerary was Tarangire National Park on day one, Ngorongoro Crater on day two, and Serengeti on day three and each day was unforgettable. Hussein always seemed to know the perfect spots for photographs, often placing us right where the best light and scenery came together. His experience really shows: he knows when to stop, when to keep driving, and how to anticipate animal movements for those once-in-a-lifetime sightings.
On top of that, Hussein is an incredibly skilled driver navigating some very tricky terrain with complete ease and making us feel safe the entire time. The little touches made such a difference too, like the thoughtful surprise of a chilled Coca-Cola waiting for each of us every day.
It was clear throughout the trip that Hussein genuinely loves what he does, and his passion, experience, and kindness made our safari something we’ll never forget. We couldn’t recommend him and Serengeti Smiles more highly!

Amazing Experience!
My husband and I went on this safari for our honeymoon, and it was an unforgettable experience! Having John as our guide made all the difference — he ensured we had the best views, including the Mara River crossing. A big thanks also to Lambert, who was very attentive and answered all our questions before booking. The lodges were safe and comfortable, and the food was also good. Highly recommended!

We booked our safari tour via Serengeti Smile, because we get from there the best customer service before safari.
We decided to go to Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Lake Manyara national parks. Tour itself was amazing. We get to see so many animals in many different kind of places. The operator made bookings to lodges of our behalf, so we had only to get in car and enjoy.
At the Safari, our guide Champion, was also the best. He knew right where to go and spot the animals. He also told us not only about the animals, but also the culture in Tanzania. It was really interesting to hear about those things.
It was worth for the money. I recommend Serengeti Smile.

Unforgettable experience
Travelling with Serengeti Smile was easy and simple. We were on our honeymoon, and this was totally unique experience for us as we hoped it would be. Everything went well, and we had the best time in safari. Our guide Mr. Champion was focusing on the things we wanted to see, he really was the best! We got to see all of the big five, and the most unforgettable moment was to see big lion family with cubs playing with eachothers. We went to Taranquire, Ngorongorong crater, Serengeti and Lake Manyara national parks. Our accommodations were excellent and no mosquitoes or flies were bothering our sleep.

Terengire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater
I’m going to start off by saying our guide was Walter, because our experience with him surpassed all expectations. This was truly a trip of a lifetime, and I don’t think it would’ve been possible without his experience, and innate ability to always have us in the right place at the right time. Each day we thought, “tomorrow can’t possibly be better than today,” and we were pleasantly mistaken everyday. We were able to get insanely close to elephants, lions, cheetahs, hippos, giraffes, zebras, hyenas, and plenty more. Anyone thinking about booking a tour to Tanzania, do it. And if he isn’t already booked by another fortunate traveler, request Walter. You won’t be disappointed!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience with Serengeti Smile was - from start to finish! Erick was easy to work with and customize our itinerary which was very reasonably priced, especially compared to other quotes received for similar itineraries. The selections of lodging were all amazing, and our tour guide, Walter - or Wally we were calling him by the end of the trip - truly made our safari dreams come true! He was a true professional - safe driver, gave us a lot of L&D (learning and development - fun facts about the parks, animals, plants, etc), always had a knack of being in the right place at the right time, and was just generally fun to be with. You will not regret booking with Serengeti Smile to make your dreams come true too!
