A very reliable tour operator, especially my guide (Yasin Abdi). He is amazing!!!
I had no expectation for my safari as I haven’t had one. But Yasin Abdi made my first Safari Trip an unforgettable experience. He always chose the best for us. He didn’t decide everything by himself but he asked us first, if we (the team) is fine with his idea. What I love about Yasin is, that he won’t try to get to close to the animals that didn’t want to come near us. He kept his distance as he is being respectful for the wildlife. Which I found an amazing gesture as a guide. And Yasin has a knowledge for the stuffs we gonna see during Safari. The Hotels that we chose was amazing. Overall I’m very satisfied with Axis Afrika and also our Guide, Yasin Abdi 🥰 keep up the good work!

Brilliant safari with a packed itinerary and great guide
We were on a 4 day safari with Axis and it was the best experience of my life. The guide Jack was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, taking us around the Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha and Lake Nakuru national park. The booking process was easy, I had great communication from Philip to assist in making the booking and having everything in place. I would highly recommend booking a safari with Axis.

Jack was incredible !
Jack made sure we didn’t miss anything, Saw the big 5 as fast as we could ! Made sure we got the full experience, he exceeded my expectations of safari a lot ! Very pleased with Saddam (driver and guide)
We toured the Amboseli National Park over X-mas in 2025. Saddam, which is his call name, not real one, took us from Nairobi forth and back.
I consider the roads of Kenya much more dangerous than wildlife, crime, or whatever in Kenya. At the beginning of our trip I had a word with Saddam about my concerns and asked him to drive safety (disclosure: pecuniary incentive offered). He took us safely back and forth. Good reading of traffic and prediction of intentions and behavior of other (insane) drivers. Overtakings are inevitable, overloaded trucks snarling up in hilly terrain, elephant overtakings when one overloaded truck overtakes another ditto uphill, Saddam drove exemplarily.
Saddam also took us inside the Amboseli National Park. He is a very extrovert person, seems to know most people around. He stops at every second or third other safari 4x4 to exchange that special handshake and small talk with the driver, while constantly listening to the chatter on the radio com channel. I interpret it as constantly being online on Kenya-style social media. It may be slightly annoying, but he has very good situational awareness. He is very familiar with the park and the terrain. Suddenly he drives with determination, repeat: determination, to reach a certain location in the park, where where we had excellent sightings of wildlife. He talks a lot on the phone, sometimes also while driving on the highway. Part of being extrovert and constantly online, I presume. I'm safety conscious and monitored it closely but felt no urge to intervene, he still drove safely. If you dont like that, make an agreement at the very start. I was pleased with Saddam. We had a great trip. I felt safe.

Fantastic 7 Day Safari Across Kenya
Great value for money on this 7 day safari covering Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru/Naivasha, Amboseli and Hell’s Gate. Our booking agent Phillip was always willing to answer any questions in advance of our trip, and made our booking experience easy and efficient. Our driver Raymond was very knowledgeable about the animals and environments we saw, and very communicative about our itinerary each day. Would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for a safari experience across Kenya. Everything from accommodations to meals and optional activities exceeded all expectations.

We had a fantastic experience with Axis safaris, from the start they were great with communication and catering to all our needs. Everything went smooth from start to finish. We spent 2 nights at Jambo Mara in Masai Mara, 1 night at Lake Nakuru lodge and 1 night at Lake Naivasha Sopa lodge.
Our safari guide Sir Charles was absolutely amazing, he was everything we had hoped for as a guide and made our 5 day safari perfect. We saw the big 5 and had many close encounters with animals and many laughs along the way. I would highly recommend Axis safaris and especially Sir Charles if you’re lucky enough to get him as your guide.

A Wonderful Safari – Yasin, the Best Driver and Travel Companion Ever
We are coming to the end of our 6-day safari in Kenya with Axis Agency, which turned out to be a wonderful discovery. When choosing an agency for such an important experience, doubts are inevitable and uncertainty is high. We were also undecided, especially between a private or a group tour, and in the end we chose the group tour: an absolutely winning decision.
We were lucky enough to meet amazing people, with whom we shared intense, emotional days filled with laughter, making the experience even more special. But what truly made this safari unforgettable was above all our driver and guide, Yasin. With great professionalism, sensitivity, and extraordinary intuition, he guided us through the savannah, allowing us to fully experience every single moment. Thanks to him, we managed to see all of the Big Five, and much, much more.
Yasin is not only an excellent driver, but also a very friendly, engaging person who is genuinely eager to give his guests a unique experience. Always attentive, helpful, and passionate, he was much more than a guide: a true travel companion. We could not have wished for anything better!
During the safari we visited Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli: three extraordinary parks, each with completely different characteristics. Masai Mara took our breath away with its vastness and rich wildlife; Lake Nakuru impressed us with its evocative landscapes and variety of animals; Amboseli enchanted us with the iconic view of Mount Kilimanjaro and its unique atmosphere. Each of these places gave us deep emotions and memories that we will carry with us forever.
Another strong point was the lodges, selected with great care by Axis Agency. All the accommodations turned out to be very good: clean, comfortable, and with extremely kind and sociable staff. Some lodges were located inside the parks, others just outside, but always only a few minutes away, allowing us to optimize travel time without losing anything during transfers.
A wonderful experience from every point of view, which we recommend without any hesitation.
