Incredible nature, great team! I absolutely recommend!!
I can wholeheartedly recommend Vision Safari and Tours!
The drivers were excellent throughout the National Parks. They have an incredible eye for spotting wildlife. Of course, the animals can come surprisingly close to the vehicle, which is an incredible experience. But even when animals were further away, the drivers somehow managed to spot them as if they had binoculars built into their eyes!
Thank you, Sanura for the wonderful service before the trip. The communication via WhatsApp made everything very easy and gave me a great feeling even before the journey started.
A special mention goes to Osman, the chef. The food was absolutely fantastic, and we were truly spoiled with everything he prepared. There was always more than enough food, so even if you have a big appetite, you certainly won't go hungry! But beyond his amazing cooking, Osman is such a warm-hearted and nice person. Thank you so much, Osman!
Of course, the animals and the breathtaking landscapes were the greatest highlights of the trip. It is difficult to put into words how incredible it was to see the wildlife and scenery with my own eyes. I still can't quite believe that I was lucky enough to experience all of this.
A special thank you also goes to Happy (also Rafak the driver), my guide at the Materuni Falls at the foot of Kilimanjaro. I really enjoyed spending the day in a stunning landscape having great conversations. Thank you so much, Happy — you are truly amazing!
And a very special thank you goes to Haron, who was always so kind and caring. I was genuinely grateful for all the time he spent talking with me and answering aaall my questions :)

Family Away From Home — Exceptional Service and an Unforgettable Safari
This was truly a trip of a lifetime. I traveled with my niece, and it was the first safari experience for both of us. We saw the Big Five, had zebras right outside our tents, and experienced the incredible beauty of the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. Ngorongoro was simply breathtaking.
But what made the trip even more memorable was Vision Safari & Tours. Their communication, reliability, attention to detail, and level of care were exceptional. They personalized our Tanzania experience around our needs and preferences and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way.
We had seven guests plus our driver in the safari vehicle, and it was a very comfortable group size. We never felt overcrowded, and everyone had a good opportunity to see the animals and enjoy the experience.
What impressed me most was how far the company was willing to go beyond the actual safari. At one point, we missed a flight and our luggage ended up at another airport. Vision Safari & Tours helped retrieve our luggage, stayed in communication with us, picked us up from a different airport, and made sure we got safely back to our Airbnb so we could still be ready for our safari the following morning.
They also helped coordinate our transportation and experiences beyond the safari, including our time in Zanzibar. They were attentive, thoughtful, conscientious, and incredibly accommodating. Many times, it felt as though they anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask.
For the level of service, organization, personalization, and care we received, I felt the experience was absolutely worth the money.
I would choose Vision Safari & Tours again without hesitation. If anyone I knew was planning a safari or traveling through Tanzania and Zanzibar, they would be the company I would recommend. They did far more than provide a tour. They became like family away from home and helped make our entire Tanzania experience unforgettable.
If I have one regret, it is that I did not write this review immediately after returning home because they absolutely deserved to be recognized right away.

excellent experience!
We had such an amazing safari experience and highly recommend this company! Everything was very well organized, and both of our drivers were absolutely wonderful — professional, knowledgeable, kind and always helpful. The lodges were fantastic, and the whole trip felt relaxed and enjoyable.
They were always quick to respond and happy to help with every request we had.
We truly loved every minute of it and would definitely travel with them again. Highly recommended! ❤️

A trip to remind!
Our option: 6day safari north Serengueti, migration.+treking best Kilimanjaro.
Great value for money. Increíble guide/driver. Ben is both professional and close person. My 11y son still loves him a d talk about him, as he impressed us fot all his knowledges about Serengueti animal’s. We also were delighted by all his point to see, respect and appreciate nature in Tanzania.
Also Thank you to Vision Safari Tour an their team that support us Hassa and Sanura; we appreciate their upgrade during the trip as we could enjoying it much more the experience.

Very attentive to us
It's very complicate understand previouly how is the safari: the roads, distances, the accommodations, so the recomendatons and options previus of Safari from Vision Safari were importants.

Perfect Zanzibar experience!
We had a wonderful experience with this tour operator in Zanzibar.
Everything was perfectly organized, from the excursions to the transfers. Everything was always on time and well planned, so we never had to worry about anything.
A special thank you to all the guides and drivers who helped us during our trip. They were very kind, friendly, professional and always available. They made every excursion even more enjoyable and made us feel safe and comfortable.
We really appreciated their kindness and their knowledge of Zanzibar. Every person we met was amazing.
We are very happy with the organization and the service we received. Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and organized team!
I booked the 1-day tour to Ngorongoro crater with Vision Safari and Tours, and it was a great experience from start to end. Ms. Sanura, the agency representative, was in contact with me from the moment I reserved the tour till a day after finishing it to ensure that everything went smoothly. Around 5:45am, I was picked up from Arusha by Ally who took me and a couple to the meeting point with our Safari driver, Osman. Before heading to the Safari, we had a good breakfast and then went on our way to discover the world’s largest volcanic caldera. Osman was a great driver and tracker. We saw 4 of the big 5 and many other wild animals such as zebras, ostriches, hyenas, and flamingos. Around 1:00pm, we stopped at a beautiful lake and had a very good lunch before our long trip back to Arusha. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see wild animals in their habitat, and Vision Safari and Tours to anyone who wants to go on this adventure with a very capable, friendly, and welcoming team! THE BEST
I had the amazing opportunity of partaking in a two day safari at the Ngorongoro Crater and the Tarangire National Park. We started our amazing experience by getting picked up from our hotel in Arusha and after a smooth two hour drive we arrived at the fig tree lodge and it is genuinely something out of a fairytale as the rooms were amazing, the place is stunning and the service is efficient (you could even buy souvenirs there). First day at the crater we were woken up by an amazing breakfast to fuel us up as we woke up around 6am and it was so worth it! We spotted most of the animals apart from the cat family which we ended up seeing on the second day at the Tarangire park. Both days we were given a delicious lunch (don’t be scared to go for seconds) and it was genuinely an amazing experience which I recommend and has to be done once in your lifetime. I would like to thank Ben which was our driver on the second day, he was so welcoming, given us plenty of fun facts and his high experience helped us spot so many animals.

Thank you Vision Safari. A truly great experience. Your guide was excellent, very knowledgeable, and had an excellent ability to find and time the animal sightings. The extra day in the Serengeti allowed us to take in the spectacular Mara river crossing which other tour groups missed. We decided to do a low to mid range accommodation tour which gave us the full experience. Our fellow travelers were great too.
