Great family’s Safari
It was great experience for our family. We traveled with high school girl and junior high school boy. They were so excited about our experience and this is our great family moment.
I believe our guide was excellent. He knows about nature and animals. So he does not go too close to animals so during our Safari We never felt unsafe. ( I saw some people in Instagram became too close to animals) I really respect our guide’s knowledge and professionalism attitude.

Our honeymoon experience with Lion King Adventures was amazing! Since the beginning to the end, everybody in the agency knew exactly what is our schedule and what is his/her role in it. People from Lion King are extremely reliable - about time, respponding your messages, keeping our schedule in the field, ect.
The schedule itself was planned by Riziky and we appreciated how it made sence in practise. Our recommendation - let your operator advise you what will work for you, they know! + one more recommendation from us.. add the flight in hot air baloon to your list! It is breathtaking experience!
Our safari guide, Godbless, was very professional. There wasn't single question about nature or culture he couldn't explain to us! After experiencing tour with Godbless, we appreciate how Lion King's safari guides are prepared, educated and know the field (every little road!). He knew exactly when is good time to wait for the animal (like for lion coming to control his area, when his family is eating a buffalo, in front of 20 Toyota jeeps (!!) ect.).
On Safari you spend a lot of time in a jeep. It is totally comfortable huge vehicle what overcomes every barrier and your guide is prepare to controll the car in every situation. The whole trip is all-inclusive.

Professional mid-size company with excellent service and wonderful tour guides
We chose Lion King Adventures to arrange a family tour based on custom itinerary including Tarangire, Northern and Central Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Eyasi. They seemed to be the right size of the company, not too small and not too big, with already great reviews. Within the same class of lodges they were priced at parity or slightly cheaper with other companies, and we liked final selection of accommodations a bit better, than other offerings. Communication was professional and prompt, both before and after booking of the trip. We also liked that as part of standard communication, they provided detailed recommendations to how prepare for the trip, including the preferential type of wardrobe, packing arrangements etc. Already during the trip we were pleasantly surprised that company organises warm lunches during the trip, which not all of the companies do.
All that said, we knew from our past experience in Kenya that how good your safari is, depends largely on the guide. The fact that the company put pictures of its staff on its web-site, inspired some confidence that they understand the value of the selecting the right people and was likely decisive factor that we booked our tour with LKA.
Huge thank you goes to Jackson, our safari guide, who ensured, that through 6 full days of driving on bumpy roads we managed to see Big 5, and not just one time, witness the river crossing by wildebeest, that each day had its own highlight, and that we fell in love with various other animals. Jackson supplied us on the spot with information about various species we saw (and which he brought to our attention, cause animal do hide well). He also explained various cultural phenomena we witnessed as we drove through the country. In addition to sharp eyes and considerable subject knowledge, he was confident and fast, but not reckless, driver. Spending 10-11 hours in confined space with us, he managed all communications well, articulate and with a right dose of humour.

Jackson was incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful throughout the entire journey.
The tour felt very secure, went without almost any hiccups, and adhered fully to the itinerary.
Communication in English was not an issue at all thanks to the help of the tour guide, and local guides for cultural tourism experiences.
Tanzania was beautiful, and we got to see many different vivid landscapes, as well as every major animal we had hoped to spot over the course of our week here.
Overall a fantastic experience, which I would highly recommend.

Wonderful Adventure

Lion King Adventures is the best
A huge thank you to Lion King Adventure Safari guide Mkwanda! With 14 years of safari experience, superb driving skills, an exceptional ability to locate animals, meticulous explanations, and patient waiting for us to take photos, she made our first safari experience unforgettable.
Besides achieving our goal of finding the Big Five, we also spotted a mother cheetah sleeping with four cubs, a leopard sleeping in a tree, a pride of lions eating a zebra, a lioness with a group of cubs, a fantastic view of wildebeest crossing a river, vultures fighting for food, a large herd of buffalo, a herd of elephants playing in the water to cool off, a zebra scratching itself, a hippo resting on the shore, a rhinoceros foraging, a flock of flamingos in a crater lake, a male lion sleeping… and many more scenes that filled our trip with unforgettable moments. We took thousands of photos to reminisce over and will be able to show off to our colleagues back in Taiwan.
Thank you to Lion King Adventure for arranging such wonderful accommodations, especially Nyota Rift Valley, which was absolutely gorgeous. I never expected to have the opportunity to stay there, and it was truly an honor to experience it. I wish I could have stayed another night. Nyota Serengeti was also fantastic; the staff's warm hospitality and explanations made us feel incredibly honored to have the opportunity to stay there for two days and enjoy a comfortable and restful stay. We took some beautiful nighttime photos of the starry sky at Malaika Migration Camp. The campsite was free of light pollution, and the comfortable rest areas made it well worth the trip. For our last night, we stayed at the Ngorongoro Rim Lodge, facing the crater. The view of the crater was unbeatable. The beautiful and comfortable rooms, expansive views, and excellent service were fantastic.
We also experienced a paid tour, the Serengeti Balloon Safari, which offered a bird's-eye view of the animals' movements. Led by a professional pilot, we were able to take many beautiful photos and see the stunning savannah. It was 100% worth the expense.
Our seven-day trip ended too quickly. I wish we had booked a few more days to take more photos of the animals, but I believe I will have the opportunity to visit this beautiful place again to continue my safari experience and enjoy a traditional African massage.

A company you can truly trust for an African safari
My wife and I recently completed an incredible trip through Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda organized by Lion King Adventures, and I want to share our experience especially for travelers who, like us, may have doubts about choosing a safari company from thousands of miles away.
Planning a safari in Africa is a significant investment, and when you are booking from Mexico with a company on another continent, trust, communication and reliability are extremely important.
Before booking, I contacted 10 different safari companies. Lion King Adventures was the first to respond, but what really made them stand out was the quality of their service from the very beginning.
Even before we booked, they provided detailed information about vaccinations, weather, recommended clothing and other important travel considerations. None of the other companies I contacted offered this level of guidance.
They were also the only company willing and able to coordinate our complete itinerary across four African countries: Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda.
And most importantly: what they promised during the planning process was exactly what they delivered during the trip.
From the moment we arrived in Africa, everything was organized. Transfers, accommodations, activities and logistics worked smoothly, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience without constantly worrying about what came next.
Our accommodations were excellent, with a special mention to Nyota, which was an absolute oasis and one of the highlights of our trip.
Our guides — Fredy, Martin and Sam — were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and genuinely committed to giving us the best possible experience.
Behind the scenes, Becky, Rose and Jovita were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the planning process, always answering our questions and following up on our requests.
For anyone researching safari companies and wondering, “Can I really trust this company with such an important and expensive trip?” — based on our experience, yes, absolutely.
Lion King Adventures demonstrated professionalism, excellent communication, organization and genuine hospitality from our first email until the end of our journey.
We traveled all the way from Mexico 🇲🇽 to Africa 🌍 with very high expectations, and we came home feeling that we had fulfilled one of the greatest travel dreams of our lives.

Great Safari with Lion King Adventures.
We booked a private safari with Lion King Adventures and had an excellent experience. The office team was professional, and everything went perfectly according to our itinerary. Our guide, Mkwanda, was exceptional with outstanding tracking skills, helping us see amazing wildlife like the river crossing, big cats, and rhinos. Outstanding experience

Outstanding from start to finish—expert guides, wonderful camps and an unforgettable adventure
This was our first safari, and we couldn't be happier with our choice to go with Lion King.
Our guide (Flugence) was amazing - really knowledgeable about all of the animals and birds, the parks, Tanzania and its people, and perhaps more importantly, excellent company for 10 days. He had a remarkable ability to find and spot all of the animals we wanted to see - and plenty more besides. One of the highlights was his skill in finding exactly the right place and time for us to catch the wildebeest crossing the river in the Northern Serengeti.
Flugence was also a excellent driver - we always felt completely safe no matter how challenging the roads became. He was really patient too: we were never rushed and he spent a lot of time in the evening helping us sort photos, identify all of the birds and animals we'd seen, and learn and practice our Swahili. We couldn't fault Flugence at all, and will definitely ask for him again when we return.
All of the accommodation was very good, but the two tented camps we stayed at in the Serengeti were particularly special - Embalakai Serengeti (Hippo Camp) and Serengeti Classic View Camp (Kogatende). Both of these had great locations and well furnished tents, the food was amazing, the staff super helpful and friendly, and lovely to see animals so close to the camp.
After visiting the parks, we did the night hike up Ol Doinyo Lengai - this was definitely more challenging than we anticipated (especially coming down), but a great experience, and the amazing views from the top of the volcano were well worth the effort. Our guide for the hike (Yohanna) was amazing - very patient, with plenty of rests and encouragement, and paced us perfectly to reach the top at sunrise.
Finally, we can't fault the organisation and service from Lion King - communication was great, everything was smoothly organised, and the whole holiday went off without a hitch. Dietary requirements (gluten free vegetarian food) had been clearly communicated to all accommodation in advance and flawlessly catered for (with more variety and choice than most places we have visited). Although it was a more expensive holiday than we'd normally take, it was excellent value - we're very happy to recommend them and hope to use them again in the future.
