Fantastic and perfect organized tour during the great migration
We booked a tour from Serengeti - Ndutu - Ngorongoro to Arusha.
It was a 4 days experience starting directly in Serengeti with a flight from Arusha to save time.
The communication was before the trip, during and after always perfect.
We knew what to expect and got a great experience of safari.

Went off without a hitch!
Our family are unanimous that this was the best. trip. ever.
Perhaps some was luck (low season, great weather), but the rest was Lion King and the perfect coordination at every step, good communication, perfect vehicle, lovely guide, incredible hotels, warm food every meal...
We had our own vehicle for 5 of us that was stocked with drinks and juices and sometimes snacks. It was cleaned every day and so homey! We spent 24 hours with just our family for over a week, unplugged, relaxed and happy.
Lion King was much (much) less expensive than using a U.S. company who then subcontracts to them and then takes the excess. Go directly to Lion King and trust that they'll get it all right, that's my advice.
We opted in for hiking Kilimanjaro for a day, which was perhaps the only thing that could have been improved by having a hotel that was closer to Moshi rather than in Arusha. And it was a longer and less interesting hike than we expected, but good exercise after the long flight.
The rest of the parks were wonderful, each different than the other. Our guide, Gilbert, was soft-spoken and very sweet, responsive, patient and thoughtful.

A Safari is a must with Lion King Adventures!
This group has been invaluable to us when planning our safari and we just wanted to highlight our amazing experience with Lion King Adventures.
We finished our safari yesterday and we wanted to write to tell you how the whole experience has been so unforgettable to us, especially as it has been for our honeymoon.
From the moment we were first in contact with Lion King Adventures, Maria was extremely helpful in organising our safari and accommodations and we thank her very much for assisting us with our questions.
Then we was in contact with Nickson, he was so helpful when answering our questions also and every email and communication was so clear for us to know exactly how the safari would work. We are very grateful to him for assisting us before we departed.
Finally we met our guide, Hamad. He has made this experience as our driver guide truly unforgettable. His expansive knowledge, careful driving and welcoming approach to us when we first met him really made our trip so amazing. He answered all our questions with so much detail and knowledge we were so impressed. He is also a very careful driver we felt so safe the whole time and he really went above and beyond to make sure we saw so many animals. Nothing was too much trouble for him and for that we are so grateful to him. He truly is a credit to the Lion King adventures team.
The bottles of wine which were personalised to us for our honeymoon trip were so special to us. It was a really thoughtful gift.
The accommodations we stayed in Kahawa House, Kitela Lodge and Nyota Luxury camp were so beautiful. We thought all the staff were so welcoming and the food was amazing at each place.
Asante Asante Asante Lion King Adventures. We hope to do another safari in the future for one of our wedding anniversary’s and will not hesitate to be in contact to book again with Lion King.

Adventurous experience
Our basic accomodation tour with Lion King adventures was absolutely great. Very helpful and informative guide showing and telling us about everything we would ask about and more. The 5 big was captured, and a lot more. We got what we expected and a lot more.

Exceptional Safari Experience Thanks to an Expert Guide
I had a wonderful experience with Lion King Adventures, and a huge part of that was due to my guide, Mwita.
From the beginning, Mwita took excellent care of me and made my safety a clear priority, which meant a lot as a solo traveler. He is extremely professional, calm, and reassuring. Mwita is originally from the Serengeti and knows the parks and surrounding areas incredibly well, which really showed throughout the trip.
His wildlife spotting skills are outstanding — he consistently spotted animals that I was missing. With nearly 20 years of guiding experience, it was obvious that he truly knows what he is doing and understands animal behavior, terrain, and timing extremely well.
Overall, I felt safe, well taken care of, and confident in his abilities the entire time. I would highly recommend Lion King Adventures, and especially Mwita, to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, and professional safari guide.

Incredible experience!
We just finished a 6 day safari with Lion King adventures, and we couldn’t have had a better experience! We went in February for the calving season and great migration - the weather was perfect and we saw so many animals (all of the big 5 and so much more!).
Our guide, Murshid, really made the whole experience amazing. He was the best at preempting the animals movements and positioning the safari truck for optional viewing. He also had so much knowledge of the local area and the animals - he was a very impressive guide. One of the highlights was that we were heading home for the night when he got news of some lion cubs, and he didn’t hesitate to turn around and head straight to the lion cubs for us to see - he really went above and beyond to make our whole experience excellent.
All in all we had a great trip - we saw over 20 lions, leopard, cheetahs, hyenas etc. and the weather was amazing!

Professional, exceptionally organized and a friendly tour operator. Highly recommended!
From the very beginning, we had a wonderful experience with Lion King Adventures. Peter and Florida were amazing. The communication was very smooth and friendly. They always answered very quickly to all our questions, requests, etc. They planned the perfect trip for us according to our budget and wishes.
The whole trip was very well organized, from the pick up from the airport (thanks Charly), the lodges and excursions to the drop off at the airport. You don’t need to worry about anything, just enjoy the trip. We had our private car with our private driver/tour guide Goodluck who was amazing. He has such a great knowledge, (about wildlife, Flora and fauna, Tanzania, Africa), happy and positive personality, is an excellent safe driver and always went the extra mile to make sure our special requests we had during the trip were taken care of. He made everything possible for us which we appreciated a lot. We couldn’t wish for a better guide and travel companion. He made our Safari very special. It was truly an amazing and unforgettable trip for us. We will come back for sure and of course will book our next trip with Lion King Adventures again.

10/10 Experience
Lion king adventures lived up to all expectations and more. Everything from accommodations, meals, and trips is very detailed making it easy to just sit back, relax, and enjoy the experience. The safari was absolutely incredible, but the best part was our tour guide Shabani! He made the excursions 10x better, the wonderful man knows all parks like the back of his hand! Shabi is so considerate of his clients but also very respectful of the parks and the animals. As for the rare species of safari animals we saw over 15 lions, a handful of cheetahs, a very rare active leopard with two baby cubs, AND 3 rhinos! Not only did Shabi put us in the best positions to see all the animals but he is just a very genuine friendly man. He answered all our thousands of questions and taught us some Swahili also. Shabani is that guy and I could not recommend lion king adventures more!

Trip of a lifetime!!!
This was by far the most amazing trip we have been on!! From the first communication with this company and throughout the process they were prompt, friendly and so helpful. The tour exceeded our expectations and our guide Hamade was the absolute best!! He paid attention to every detail, made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the safari and was an expert at finding all the animals! The lodging at all locations were incredible and the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. They also put on a dreamy Vow Renewal Ceremony for us in the Serengeti that was more than we could have asked for. We will definitely be using this company again for our next safari.

Safari 2026
We chose Lion King Adventures because they were very attentive and thoughtful about replying to initial emails and were very happy with our tour,. Our guide, Oswald , was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, well organised, we always had a clear idea of what we were doing. The lodges we stayed in were great, very welcoming, good food and rooms. We saw so many animals, including the big five and Oswald rearranged our balloon trip for us to a different area when he realised that many wildebeest had already migrated.
