Excellent tour!
Safari.com was an excellent operator for me. They arranged all of my Safari reservations, hotel transport and also provided other helpful advice for traveling within Africa. I highly recommend.

Very responsive to last minute requests and concerns
Leigh-Ann co-ordinated a visit of Livingston, Zambia for me, following a medical mission in Lusaka. Having never been there before, I left things in her ( as i now know) capable hands. She booked me into the Royal Livingston hotel , which was a beyond beautiful splurge. In fact, it was so fabulous that I decided to extend my stay for 2 nights at the last minute. Leigh- Ann responded immediately to my Whats app request and was able to get me the same reduced rate. I then discovered , after asking the front desk to extend my stay, that she arranged a rate that was more than half off.
She also arranged a beautiful river cruise on the African Queen , where I saw elephants tousling in the water, multiple hippos., and a crocodile. I toured the Victoria Falls, on both the Zambian and Zimbabwe side ( would highly recommend doing both) , and swam in the Devils Pool . I am in my 60’s and a must!
Thank you Leigh-Ann for co-ordinating such a memorable experience!
A thoughtful, highly organized operator who made every part of our Africa trip feel effortless.
Our experience with Safari.com was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was consistently clear, timely, and helpful, which made planning our trip feel effortless. Every detail of the itinerary was expertly arranged, from transfers to lodge coordination to making sure we always knew what to expect next. The value for money was excellent; we felt like we received a high quality, well curated experience without any stress or surprises. Most importantly, the tour itself was unforgettable, and we were able to fully enjoy the trip knowing everything behind the scenes was handled with care and professionalism. I would absolutely book with Safari.com again.

Exceptional
This is my 2nd review for safari.com. The first one was because we had a death in the family and they went above and beyond with helping us postpone our trip.
We finally went on our safari in South Africa and it was a DREAM. Everything was seamless from the flights to the transportation to our itinerary. Safari.com made everything stress free for us. All we had to do was show up.
We are now addicted to safari and will be using safari.com for years to come to plan more safaris for us

Dolan did a great job arranging our Kruger safari
We had 2 nights in Kruger and 2 nights in Sabi Sands. Lukimbi Safari Lodge in Kruger was fabulous for location, staff, food and service, and Idube Game Lodge in Sabi Sands was more exciting for game drives, mainly because they can go off road in the vehicles 😁

Fantastic
I am so glad we found and booked our trip to Uganda through Safari.com! We had the lovely Mel Du Toit organise our trip for us, and she did such an incredible job. Everything from the hotels to the activities we did was incredible, but one of the key factors that made our trip that much more special was our amazing driver, Ismail from Exclusive Uganda Safaris!
He went above and beyond. His wealth of knowledge about the community and the animals made our trip that much more special, and we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to have him as our driver!

Efficient - knowledgeable- Informative
I booked through Lynn Bowers at Safari.Com and she was so helpful - knowledgeable- reassuring and nothing was too much trouble for her which is really comforting - Lynn organised the Tour of the Victoria Falls and the Sunset Tour and the transport arrived on time including the pick up at the Airport- I really appreciated her concern

Warmth & hospitality second to none
Our stay at Kusudalweni was amazing. From start to finish, we felt so welcome. Mumsie, Sipho, Mary, Sam, Colleen, Chris and the whole team were incredible, and it's clear what a close-knit group they are. Sam and the team have built an amazing establishment. The kids were sad to say goodbye to Mumsie, who was so warm and lovely and we were sad to leave too.
The food was outstanding and the service was great. Our daughter is a picky eater, and the chef was always open and accommodating, happy to whip up something different.
Our room was serviced every day to a high standard. They came in while we were out, then again in the evening to turn down the beds and set up the mosquito nets. The mini bar was restocked daily. The outdoor shower was sensational, we hardly used the indoor one. We also used the jacuzzi on our balcony several times, which was lovely and warm and perfect for sore muscles after a few busy days. The day spa massages were a treat and the gym was basic but fine for a treadmill session.
We changed up our itinerary a few times because of jet lag and the kids struggling, and it was never too much for the team. They made it work and offered helpful suggestions. One small suggestion: a bit more detail on what each activity involves would help. Before we arrived we sent through our desired activities and weren't sure what "Jessica the Hippo" experience was and almost skipped it, but it ended up being one of our top three activities, so we're glad it was recommended.
We're so glad we went with Jolene at safari.com's recommendation. The lodge is about an hour from Kruger and Manyeleti, which was very manageable, and everything was seamless.
We don't regret booking for a second and highly recommend Kusudalweni to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing wildlife and wonderful staff nothing was too much trouble.
Every detail covered from time of booking to last flight back to Johannesburg. We were well informed prior to trip, internal flights arranged with welcoming meet and greet at arrivals and at the lodge, lovely accommodation great food and hospitality throughout our stay. Every safari ride was unique Sarah and Joseph made sure we saw an unbelievable amount of wild life including the big four, keeping us entertained and enlightened with stories and information on the various wildlife and habitat. Ralf our waiter was both courteous and fun nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend both Simbavati River Lodge and safari.com
