Wonderful tour from booking to completion.
We booked a nine day safari with Norah at Gosheni and from the start she was attentive, flexible and professional. During the planning period we were in frequent contact as she gave me all the options and answered all my questions. I can’t thank her enough.
We moved five times during that period and every lodge she recommended was amazing. Although I would recommend trying to stay at the Acacia group lodges as they are so lovely and the staff are really personable and nice.
Our driver Rafael was so so lovely, he is the most amazing person - a careful driver with years of wildlife experience so he know the best spots to go and he can spot a lion under a tree at 100 meters 🤣. His humor and kindness totally made this trip for my husband and me.
We left Tanzania mainland with heavy hearts but with the knowledge that we had had the best time. All credit to the Gosheni team.

Wonderful guide for our honeymoon safari
My husband and I came to Tanzania for our honeymoon and had an amazing safari with Hassan from Gosheni Safaris. He is super experienced and knowledgeable. We saw everything we hoped for: a leopard, lions (including a pride eating their prey), and even a cheetah that climbed onto our car! We got incredible up-close photos of the lions from inside the car. A genuinely nice guy too. Highly recommend!
Fantastic guide: perfect honeymoon safari
We came to Tanzania for our honeymoon and had an amazing safari with Hassan from Gosheni Safaris. He is super experienced and knowledgeable. We saw everything we came to see: a leopard, lions (including a pride eating their prey), and even a cheetah that climbed onto our car! We got incredible up-close photos of the lions from inside the car. Hassan explained everything in great detail: the animals, their behavior and how they hunt, the local tribes and people, plus the region's geography and history. He even had rose petals in the car for our honeymoon, a lovely touch. A genuinely nice guy too. Highly recommend!

Ali was our guide in Kenya. Though we spent only a short time together, I really liked him. Sharp and efficient like a well-trained professional, he kept everything perfectly on track. He would discuss our daily plans with us, so we never needed to worry about a thing. He showed us how baby elephants nurse and climb out of waterholes. His knowledge about wildlife seems endless, and you can feel his genuine passion for animals. We all fell in love with those baby elephants. I will always remember what he told us at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro — seeing baby elephants fills people with hope.
We spent more time with Edward, our guide in Tanzania. He stepped in at short notice (Gosheni was incredibly responsive: we were unhappy with our first guide in Tanzania, and they arranged for Edward to leave at 4 a.m. to meet us in Tarangire National Park right away).
Over those days, Edward took amazing care of us. He answered every question patiently and encouraged us to think deeper. He was so kind and patient with my parents, who are over 70 years old. Knowledgeable guide with excellent service
We had the best honeymoon safari with Gosheni. The communication with the booking was excellent, Herman would answer every question we had and checked hotel availability for the ones we chose. Really enjoyed the package he put together and it was flexible to our needs.
Our guide Haruna is very knowledgeable and experienced. He was very tentative and listen to what we wanted to do and tried his best to spot animals we wanted to see.
All in all excellent experience and would recommend Goaheni to our family and friends!

fabulous experience wonderful guide
from the very beginning with our booking with William, our experience has been nothing less than excellent. Our driver and guide Hassan was wonderful and I would recommend him over and over and over again. Not only did he drive safely and did not take any unnecessary risks, he knew exactly where to find animals and he had an eagle eye spot the most obscure animal up in a tree that none of us could see except him. He truly is a jam with all of his knowledge about every bird and animal that we saw. He answered all of our questions and was willing to stop whenever we asked him too, so we could take a photo. And I have to add that Conny was one of the only tour operators that supplied a hot lunch. Not a box lunch like many of the other others. I plan on recommending Goshen and Hassan on many other travel sites i peruse. Asante Gosheni!

Awesome Gosheni Safari
My wife and I just did 5 day safari with Gosheni and it was awesome. We were very well taken care of and our driver Hassan was awesome!!! Hassan kept saying “I am here for you” and he was. Hassan had excellent timing; he was not too fast or too slow he had us arriving at locations where animals were just in time to see the most amazing things like a cheetah just catching a small gazelle or 1,000 Wildebeest crossing a river! It was a trip of a lifetime!
