Went on the budget safari tour with my son. The food and accommodation as expected are not 5 star but we really enjoyed the whole experience. Bush walks , safari drives, and evening BBQ in the bush were all great. Most importantly we could not fault the staff from the cooks to the rangers. All great people to spend time with. No complaints at all. Excellent.

Great time on a well run tour
MoAfrika contracts with Viva Safaris for the 4 day treehouse safari package we enjoyed. Everything ran very smoothly. The food was good and plentiful, and the staff cheerfully accommodated vegetarians. The guides on the game drives and bush walks were knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and kind. We had a lot of luck seeing animals both at Kruger and the private game reserve. The only thing that was not as expected, and this could be my failing, is that the trip from Johannesburg to the lodge takes 8 hours, including stops to pick up other travelers, lunch stop, restroom stops, etc. The van was comfortable and our fellow travelers were interesting, but it is still a long journey. If I had it to do again, I would book a package that includes an additional day.

Awesome tour with lot of incredible and knowledgable people working there
That was awesome experience, definitely worths that to come. Even if I did not see lions, I am super happy about the safari. Organization was at high level, Sunny was awesome driver and was giving so many facts. That’s incredible.

Very well organised operator, perfect day in Pilanesburg
This was one of the best days I have had. Our tour guide Shumba was amazing. He was charasmatic, engaging and so knowledgeable about the park and all of its flora and fauna. I am so glad we did this tour and definitely recommend for a day safari.

Recommended tour operator in Africa for Ultimate full day safari in Pilanesberg Park
It was my first safari trip time in Pilanesberg park with Moafrika and everything was very well organized. Fast and responsive from the very beggining on reservation process. Pick up from and drop off to Joburg hotel went smoothly thanks to Anold-safety first, fast but not furious driver. Safari game driver Ti was very communicative, share the knowledge willingly and trace the animals widely. I really recommend the trip and experience. Service delivered was same as in offer. Excellent care
We tend to ask for a lot when making bookings & MoAfrika came through. We scheduled a private Lion Park tour with time for lunch & our guide, Cpho, was amazing. We learned a lot, he was funny & caring & really made sure we had a great time. We demanded (nicely) more of him and he went above and beyond. We would spend way more time with him & anyone the tour company chooses.
Even ran into Cpho two days after tour & it was like seeing an old friend.
Would definitely book again with MoAfrika & explore more with them.

Knowledgeable
Such a great company and cool experience! We were on a time crunch because of an evening flight and they made sure we got the most of out the day and also that we were back in time! The tour operator, Ben, was so dedicated to having us see as many animals as possible. He was very friendly and told some great facts. Highly recommend!

Entertaining, Thrilling and Educational
It was amazing! Our guide Shumba was exceptional and had so much knowledge about all the animals we saw. Was so good to see so many of the big animals, even though we knew it was only a chance we would be able to see them. The food was wonderful and all staff were very friendly.
