Very funny and enthusiastic and has good jokes
Reliable ,picked up on time, journey not too bad , was a bit long getting here , food was good, serves vegetarian, tour guide was lovely , saw a few good animals like rhino , elephant, giraffes,zebras , leopard, but as always no guarantee your always gonna see these animals , lot of driving where's there's a lot of grass,

Martin was such a lovely and knowledgeable guide! He answered all our questions about the animals and tried to help us see them all. We saw 3 of the big 5 and many others, giraffes elephants and rhinos came particularly close. The included lunch was filling and yummy with vegeterian options! Overall great trip recommend.

Overall great experience. Peter our guide was great and they picked us up right on time! Lunch was amazing!
The only reason it’s not 5/5 is that they hit us with a 500 Rand surcharge per person that we only got told about <24hrs before the tour. They said this charge has been there for a long time now >1year. I am happy to pay it but think they could have gave us more notice then the day before.

Amazing experience
We had a really wonderful safari tour in Pilanesberg. Peter took us around the park and did a great job. He was very nice, professional, and helped us spot some amazing wildlife. It was a beautiful experience from start to finish. We highly recommend taking a tour with him.

Well organised tour
This a great 2 days tour, well organized, nice service team either the drivers and Tim at the camp. The camp is comfortable. This would have been perfect if we would have a sunset or a sunrise ride to take advantage of sleeping onsite.
Organized safari, we have not seen the lions.
All good! Peter was an excellent guide. It's a shame we didn't see the lions.

Wonderful!
I did the budget overnight camping option in Pilanesburg and it was really good value for money! Our guide Tiamo was great, knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and efficient. He knew a lot about the park and the animals and was nice to be around too! The accommodation at Tlou Tented Safari was really comfortable and the food was amazing - Isaiah the chef treated us very well.
Only thing to improve would be communication - booking was a little tricky, and it would have been good to be told what was happening and when. We were always taken to the right place at the right time but I'd have appreciated things like "now we'll change cars because some of you are staying on".
Overall, would highly recommend!

Not bad
Our driver Cason from Sandton to the park was very nice and drives smoothly. The tour overall was not very satisfying as we expected to see more animals, but we only got to see a few in a 5 hours drive!!
