Excellent value, budget safari that felt more mid range.
Very impressed with the communication and the timeliness of pick up. Everything was as stated in the itinerary. Our, guide Steven, did an excellent job finding the animals for us. The accommodations were all excellent. Tented camps were great especially Manjaro camp in Amboseli. The hotels were excellent as well and very comfortable.

Budget friendly that maintains quality Mount Kenya 4 day trek
We did the mount kenya 4 day trek and it was absolutely worth the money. They picked us up at our accommodation and brought us to the office where we met Eric our guide. He took over logistics and got us on transportation to Nanyuki. When we started the hike he would give us information about the plants and animals in the area. Marlon was our chef and he provided delicious meals for us. Brian our porter set up our tent for us and also would provide us with warm water and soap to was our hands before eating. The hike was smooth and eric made sure we were on time and leaving at appropriate times. The icing on the cake was when they coordinated and made sure we knew how to get to our next destination since we weren't returning to Nairobi after the hike. Definitely recommend the three of them.

Very efficient and friendly
From first minute our guide, driver, and angel took us to the travel of our dreams. I am zoologist and I enjoyed every single moment. Traveled with my two underage doughters and felt safe at all times. Thanks Aruni!!!

All we expected and more.
Driver was very experienced in handling the rough roads. He also was friendly and seems to know everybody. The accommodations were excellent. We especially liked Manjaro Tented Camp in Amboseli. The price was very good and worth every shelling. I totally recommend safaris with Aanika Karibu.

My safari in the Maasai Mara National Reserve was truly unforgettable. The vast landscapes and incredible wildlife made every moment special. I had the chance to see lions, elephants, a leopard, and even a cheetah up close, which felt surreal. Our guide, Calvin, was exceptional—very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He made sure we had the best possible experience while sharing fascinating insights throughout the journey. It’s a must-visit destination for anyone who loves nature and adventure.

Unbelievable
We had such an amazing time. Mark our guide was so professional - you could tell he’s done it a million times. He made sure we saw the big 5 and kept us really safe on the journey between parks despite there being protests at the time. It was a once in a life time experience and I would recommend it to everyone I know!

Amazing experience. Steven, our guide, is an absolute star and a huge credit to the company.
Steven, our guide, collected us from our hotel in Nairobi. He advised us to leave some luggage behind as we had packed far too much. This advice proved to be correct.
We proceeded to the Masai Mara our first game drive. During this drive we seen many animals including a lion and cheetah. Steven was brilliant and tried extremely hard to show us as many animals as possible during our time. He was very informative and spoke excellent English.
We stayed at the Jambo Mara Resort overnight, which was lovely.
Next day was out full day game drive. During this time we saw many animals including lion cubs, female and male lions, cheetahs and a very brief glimpse of a leopard. Steven, again, done everything he possibly could to allow us to are four of "the big five". We were so close to the animals that you could have reached out and touched them (although I wouldn't advise that). We managed to see a cheetah hunt and catch a hare, and hyena with a fresh kill.
We again started overnight at Jambo Mara Resort.
On day three we transferred to Nakuru for a game drive at Lake Nakuru. During this drive we managed to complete The Big Five but seeing both a black Rhino and a several white Rhinos.
We stayed overnight at Sarevo Woodland which was lovely.
Day for see us sadly return to Nairobi and say goodbye to Steven.
Steven was amazing. We could not have asked for a more helpful, friendly, caring and informative guide. He went above and beyond several times to ensure that we seen as much as possible, and that any of our needs were met. He is an absolute credit to the company and I will highly recommend him to all friends and family at home.
The whole experience was out of this world. What a thrill it is too be so close to animals normally only seen on television.

Amazing experience
From start to finish, Steven our safari guide driver went above and beyond to provide a lifetime experience with his expertise and knowledge. We seen all of the big five plus many more animals, we were privileged to see a cheetah stalk/catch a hare as well as hyenas eating their prey. Exceptional value for money. Recommend Steven 110%

Amazing experience
Our Masai Mara experience was simply wonderful. Our guide Steven made sure that all our needs were met and provided exceptional service. Steven was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He done everything in his powers to ensure that we seen all of The Big Five during our game drives. He modified our schedule slightly to ensure that the best service possible was provided.
Steven is a credit to the company. Our experience was magical and Steven played a huge part in that. Cannot recommend Steven, or the Masai Mara your highly enough. Experience of a lifetime.
