Actually before my first safari trip there are many doubts around in my mind. Excellent
We had a wonderful experience with Axis Africa Safaris. Our itinerary was well planned and everything was well organized throughout the safari. Our guide Edwin Laso was very professional, attentive and knowledgeable about wildlife, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We were also lucky enough to see all the Big Five! Overall, it was a memorable safari, and I would highly recommend Axis Africa Safaris.

Excellent service from beginning to the end:)
We spent 2 nights in the Masai Mara, 1 night in Nakuru and 2 nights in Amboseli.

Highly professional and perfectly organized safari agency
Axis Safari is highly professional and well-organized agency.
John Mwangi was our guide; he turned the trip we had always dreamed of into an exceptional and truly magical experience. He knows the parks inside out including the territories of the various animals, and always does his utmost to ensure we see as much as possible. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout this six-day safari.
It's a 10/10 experience that I highly recommend.

Great safari
We did an eight day safari with Axis Africa covering Amboseli, Naivasha, Nakuru and Masai Mara. Overall our experience with Axis was great - Tabitha was very responsive from my first enquiry and was great to deal with while we tried to narrow down exactly what safari to go for. Our guide Ben was excellent - very chilled, really personable, amazing at spotting animals and finding the best place to park so we could get great pictures. Everything ran very smoothly throughout our safari and Ben was happy to make stops along the way if we needed to. I'd compared a few different companies and Axis came out the cheapest for a private safari - some of our accommodation wasn't amazing but I guess that's reflected in the price. Would highly recommend!

Did 2 Safaris: 4 days group safari followed by 4 days of private safari
I came across Axis because of the positive reviews I found online.
After 8 days of safari together with my partner (4 days of group safari, plus 4 days of private safari), I can only confirm these positive reviews.
Everything was excellent organized. Starting with the individual planning of the two safari tours, the information and transparency of the prices, the pickup of the drivers to the Axis office before the start, as well as the food places while being on the road (special places were selected by several safari companies to ensure good food at hygienic places for safari tourists).
The overall communication with Peter from the sales team was very responsive. Usually I am quite skeptic when it comes to making upfront down payments to other countries. However, due to the excellent communication, at no time was I concerned that it could be any sort of fraud.
The two drivers Khalifa and Mohamed did a great job of driving between the parks, spotting the wildlife, trying to get the best spots for taking photos and explaining whatever there is to know.
Sufficient number of brakes were made and the cars were cleaned from the inside and outside at the end of every day.
I can highly recommend going on Safari with Axis and would for sure choose this company again.

Excellent itinerary was customized fitting our asks - 9 days covering Amboseli, Naivasha, Ol Pejeta, Nakuru & Masai Mara.
The stays were tailored to our quoted budgets - high-end lodges at Masai Mara, Amboseli & Ol Pejeta; more pocket friendly options at Naivasha & Nakuru.
All this was stitched up with their Sales Team (our handler was Tabitha Mwangi) over multiple messages & mails from India and throughout we evidenced great communication + willingness to modify & accomodate - a truly Customer-First attitude!
The Safari itself was just a dream come true. Apart from a good & very well maintained Land- Cruiser, & a well chalked out itinerary.
Full credit to Collins Sampelle, our Safari Guide - who with 29 years experience, excellent knowledge and an innate understanding of how to get the best experience out of any situation in a game drive; ticked off all boxes and more in terms of all that we had wished to experience & see, including the migration at Masai Mara... The Big 5 were of course a very basic ask quickly completed - but he went on to show us a lot more well beyond our expectations - cheetah or crocodiles or eagles swooping down for a catch, or lions with a kill, or a leopard trapped on a tree by a lion below, or elephants, rhinos & hippos tending to their young; or jackals, hyenas and vultures fighting over left- overs of a kill; or indeed so many other experiences...And he not just got us to see & experience them, he also gave us great insights & knowledge on what was happening & why....his knowledge of the animal kingdom is really vast & diverse! WE GIVE COLLINS A 5 ON 5 RATING JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN'T GIVE MORE THAN 5!! Else, he is surely a beyond 5* Guide!

Amazing 9 Day Safari Experience with Axis Africa
Our 9 day safari starting from Nairobi and covering Amboseli, Naivasha, Ol Pejeta, Nakuru and Masai Mara was an exhilarating and memorable experience with Axis Africa having taken care of all our requirements. They were helpful, friendly and very amenable to customization of the trip.
The Safari vehicle was neat and in good shape and the best part of the Safari was our guide Mr Collin Sempele, whose wide knowledge of the wildlife, the game drives and his experience kept us all engaged and happy. Kudos to Mr Collin.

The backbone of the tour was our guide Mr. Collin Sempele. With enthusiasm, great route planning, regularly updating sightings, clear communication and constant attention to our comfort, he ensured that every viewing opportunity was explored.
