Highly recommend for safaris in masai and Nakuru. Highly professional yet value for money!
I had an amazing four-day safari experience with Axis Africa, covering Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru. From the booking process to the safari itself, the entire experience was professional, well-organised, and offered excellent value for money.
A special mention to Tabitha, who was extremely helpful throughout the booking process. She patiently answered all my questions, helped me fine-tune the itinerary, and was always very prompt and responsive. Her professionalism and willingness to help made the planning process very smooth.
The airport pickup by David was also seamless. He was punctual and ensured a smooth handover to our safari guide, Tom, who accompanied us throughout the four days.
Tom deserves a very special mention. Honestly, I don't think my safari would have been nearly as great without him. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible wildlife experience. He put in a tremendous amount of effort to help us spot and experience the animals and wildlife, while also sharing a wealth of interesting information about Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, the animals, and the local environment.
What really stood out about Tom was his clear communication, professionalism, patience, and ability to interact so well with everyone in the group. He was attentive to everyone's needs, made sure all of us were comfortable, and genuinely took good care of the group throughout the trip. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the safari much more engaging and memorable.
Overall, I highly recommend Axis Africa to anyone looking for a safari in Kenya, particularly if you are looking for a professional operator offering a great experience at good value for money. And if you get the opportunity to have Tom as your guide, you are in excellent hands!

Incredible
We thoroughly enjoyed our safari experience with Axis Africa. Our guide Raymond knows the Masai Mara national park like the back of his hand and knew all the best spots to see the more elusive animals - on day one Raymond found a leopard and we had a great experience watching it.
We got to see four of the big five (minus rhinos which are very rare in Masai Mara) and all the other animals the park has to offer including Giraffes, Ostrich, Zebra, Cheetah and Elephants. Again Raymond was really good at tracking the animals, so on day one we got to watch a family of elephants really closely on our own, which felt really special.
Would highly recommend Axis Africa and Raymond, we had a great trip!

Perfectly conducted safari
I can certainly recommend this safari operator; they handled my custom-planned itinerary in both Kenya and Tanzania very professionally. A special thank to our tour guide Charles, who was knowledgeable about the wildlife and very proactive in driving and spotting animals. We saw the entire "Big Five." Thank you for that!!!

Andrew our tour guide was exceptional. He went above and beyond in all expectations and provided us with the most amazing safari experience. A happy, knowledgeable man with great experience. Felt very safe with him and blessed to have had him guide us on this safari, without him I doubt we would have seen the wonderful things we did. He was always wanting to make our experience great and was happy to allow us time when we were in the reserve and park. We went for four days and managed to see the Big Five plus lots more. Highly recommend.

Nice and kind company our guide jack kind guy and so professional, recommend to choose him!

Service was kind and nice, also the accommodation, the tour was amazing, our guide jack was the best for all the subjects, professional guidenes, really kind man that will do for you the best that he can do!
The nature and the safari was amazing a lot because jack professionalism.

The best experience in Africa
We had an incredible safari experience and could not be happier with our tour guide Yasin. We were so lucky to spot a huge number of wild animals during our game drives, including members of the Big Five.
Our guide Yasin was fantastic. He speaks fluent English and has outstanding communication skills. He explained facts about the wildlife and local nature clearly, patiently answered all our questions, and had sharp eyes to find hidden animals for us.
He was thoughtful and always made sure we felt safe and comfortable in the vehicle. This trip exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Yasin to anyone planning an African safari.

Excellent Design Makes the Safari Full of Joy
We communicated with Axis about the safari details for a very long time—about three months—and they also helped us a lot with things like SIM cards and currency exchange advice. Thanks to Monica and Joy for their great patience.
Even better was our guide, Yasin—an unexpected stroke of luck. From Day 1, we were very polite to each other. By Day 8, we couldn't bear to say goodbye. He showed us the best wildlife spots and arranged a wonderful game-viewing route. With Yasin, an ordinary tour felt like traveling with a family friend. The SUV was full of laughter and fun—and also some quiet resting time, lol. The car was clean every day. Once we had a hotel booking problem, Yasin kindly helped us solve it.
We are already planning to come back to Kenya next year with Axis Africa.

Our tour guide Amous wa great, very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, hardworking..
It was truly once in a lifetime experience. We did 6 days of Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli safari tour. I am more intrigued to go to other national parks now. About Axis Africa agency, experience was great. Our tour guide Amous is a nice person, helpful, knowledgeable, always ready to answer many queries you would have during safari or even after. Even after a tiring day, he would see you off with a big smile and same energy. Safari Agency staff was punctual with their timings, professional people. Our guide made sure that we saw all animals atleast once. He never rushed for anything when you would click hundreds of pictures in one day. He was patient and would go extra mile to guve you good experience. Agency delivered whatever was mentioned at the time of booking. We appreciate it. No end moment goof ups or hiccups happened with the agency. They picked up and dropped us at our hotels in Nairobi, provided water bottles on the entire safari trip. One would understand why mentioning about water bottle was imp when you visit Kenya. It was definitely value for money considering the high charges of national parks. We stayed two nights inside the Masai mara national park. It was amazing.
All our stays were comfortable and nice specially Amboseli Manjaro tented camp. Wish I could have stayed there for few more nights. Special mentioned about kenya, people are very nice, warm and welcoming. I would be suggesting the Axis Africa Agency to our friends and family who would come in future.
Only suggestion was our game drive car needs a little upgradation since you spend half of your entire trip in the game drive.
