Amazing tour

It was an unique experience
We had a great time at the safari, spotting different animals. Special thanks to our guides Peter Ngigi and Patrick . We spent 3 days with Peter and one day with Patrick. Both of them made our experience memorable and made us feel really comfortable.it was a really enriching and knowledgeable experience which we will remember for long.

Great safari, good organization, good stays
We had a great time on our safari with Axis Africa, and a big part of that was our guide, Khalifa. He was excellent throughout, really good at positioning the vehicle so we could get great photos, and well connected with other guides too, so we barely missed any sightings since he always seemed to know where the animals had been spotted. On top of all that, he was lively, humble, and just made the whole trip more fun.
Booking was easy too. We worked with Tabitha, who was great at suggesting tours. All the stays were great and welcoming.
One thing worth mentioning as feedback for the tour operators: the vehicle was a 7-seater arranged 2, 2, and 3 across the back. When all three back seats are taken, it gets a little uncomfortable for whoever is sitting there. Whenever an animal is spotted, only two people can really stand up and get a proper look or photo at a time, so there is not much room to move around. That means one of the three people in the back almost always has to give way in some form.
For anyone booking a group safari, it's worth asking in advance whether the vehicle will be full. Since everyone in the group pays the same price, it doesn't feel entirely fair that the third person in the back seat consistently gets a lesser experience compared to the rest.
Overall, though, a really enjoyable trip, and a lot of that comes down to having a guide as good as Khalifa.

We had a very smooth experience with Axis. The company was very professional and easy to communicate with via email and whatsapp. Our guide, John Mwangi was the best! He looked after us very well and went extra mile to ensure we got the best experience and got to see as much wildlife as possible. He was very friendly and informative too! Thank you Axis and John Mwangi for a memorable experience!

An Amazing Safari Experience with Kelvin Ngamia 🐘🦁
We had an amazing safari experience with our tour guide, Kelvin Ngamia. Everything was great from start to finish. Kelvin was friendly, professional, reliable, and very knowledgeable about the wildlife and the different areas we visited.
Communication was excellent throughout the trip, and Kelvin was always helpful and made sure everything was well organised. He was also very patient and attentive, making the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable.
The safari itself was incredible, and Kelvin made it even more special with his knowledge of the animals and his ability to spot wildlife. One thing I especially appreciated was that he always stopped to show me the baby animals whenever he spotted them 😂. He clearly remembered how excited I was to see them and never missed the opportunity to point them out, which made the experience even more memorable.
The service and value for money were excellent, and we felt well looked after throughout the entire tour. I would definitely recommend Kelvin to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable safari guide. We had a fantastic experience.

Amazing safari experience!
We had an absolutely incredible safari in the Maasai Mara with Axis, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Kenya. A special thank you to our guide Kelvin Ngamia, who was fantastic from start to finish.
Kelvin was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He knew the Mara so well and somehow managed to spot animals we couldn’t even see! Thanks to him, we were lucky enough to see lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras and so much more.
Everything was well organised by Axis, and we felt comfortable and looked after throughout the whole experience.
If you’re planning a safari in the Maasai Mara, I would definitely recommend Axis — and if you can get Kelvin as your guide, even better! 🦁🐘🦒🇰🇪

Everything was perfectly organized from the very beginning. The transfers were always on time, the itinerary was well planned, the accommodations were great, and everything ran smoothly throughout the trip.
A special thank you goes to our amazing guide and driver, MIMI KELVIN. His knowledge of the parks and wildlife was truly impressive. He knew exactly where to go, what to look for, and how to spot animals hidden in the bush. His passion, patience and professionalism made every day even more special.
We had high expectations, but the experience exceeded them. The wildlife encounters, beautiful parks and excellent organization made this safari truly unforgettable.

Professional, reliable and perfectly organized — an unforgettable safari experience!
An incredible safari experience from start to finish! We had an incredible 8-day safari with Axis Africa, and from the very first day, everything was exactly as promised. The organization was excellent — all transfers were on time, the itinerary was perfectly planned, the accommodations were great, and everything ran smoothly throughout the entire trip.
But what really made this safari special was the quality of the experience itself and, above all, our amazing guide and driver, MIMI KELVIN.
His knowledge of the parks and wildlife was outstanding. MIMI KELVIN knows exactly where to go, what to look for and how to read animal behavior. Whether it was spotting animals hidden in the bush, finding the best locations or explaining what we were seeing, his experience and knowledge were obvious.
What impressed us even more was his genuine passion and commitment. It was clear from the beginning that he truly loves what he does and really wanted us to have the best possible safari. He was attentive, patient, professional and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment.

Very good decision choosing Axis!
I booked a private safari just because I wanted to see a glimpse of the migration and crossing in the Masai Mara. I know you must be very lucky but I was with his fantastic help! My guide Peter Elohim did everything he could to look for the migration and many more in between. He is so good, friendly and with a good sense of humor. Highly recommend!!
