Trip of a lifetime!!
We had an incredible safari experience with Lion King. This trip was a bucket list item for us for a long time. My wife is a wildlife photographer - she was able to get the wildlife shots she wanted. Our guide, Freddie, did an amazing job in finding the wildlife (as well as birds) she wanted to capture. He understood the camera angles and always positioned the vehicle in a way that she could take great pictures. We had asked for some adjustments to the vehicle and they removed the middle seats as per our request. So it worked perfect for us.
We started planning the trip about 9 months earlier and had reached out to a bunch of safari operators. Lion King stood out in terms of their prompt communication and were able to modify the itinerary per our needs. We were in constant touch all the time. All of the accommodations they are arranged were excellent. We will highly recommend Lion King to anyone who is planning a Safari trip in Africa.

Booking our safari with Lion King was the greatest decision! We were thrilled with our experience!
Booking a safari can be overwhelming. There were so many options and a bit of nervousness in spending so much money on something we hoped would be incredible. It's just hard when you don't know what you don't know. Turns out that booking with Lion King was an incredible decision and one we feel very fortunate to have made.
Communication throughout the experience was quick, friendly, and helpful. We made several changes in lodging and upgraded activities, and they were quick to respond, answer questions, and update the new total expense. It was easy.
The accomodations they booked for us, the additional activitiea, and all of the food was top-notch. But the best part of the experience, and the reason you really MUST book with them, was the experience of our guide, Shabani. He was amazing. He could spot elusive animals from hundreds of yards away (literally); he predicted animal behavior and told us when to be ready for photos; and he found so many incredible animals. We saw multiple instances of all of the big five, which far surpassed our expectations. What's more, he was the biggest sweetheart to my parents, who accompanied us on the trip. He saw to all of our needs and made sure we were taken care of in ways beyond animal sightings.
I can't say enough good things about Lion King. We wanted this trip to be memorable. It turned out to be epic.
If you're hesitating on which company to book, go with Lion King. They are a locally owned company with experienced guides, and you will not be disappointed.

Very considerate and flexible.
We loved our tour with Lion king. From hotel pick up to drop off everything was well organised and went smoothly. Our guide went out of his way to find the most amazing photo shots of the animals and didn’t hurry us at all.
The hotel accom was of a high standard and we especially loved the tented camp within the Serengeti National Park. A very memorable holiday.

My husband and I booked our elopement/honeymoon with Lion King Adventures for our safari and we had an amazing time! Communication prior to the travel was super easy (even with a significant time they were so responsive!) we got all our questions asked and felt super comfortable and excited to embark on our trip. We had mentioned wanting to add in a specific elopement ceremony and they were super accommodating and really exceeded our expectations. Very reliable, supportive, minimized stress, and made our long journey to Tanzania so easy!

Lion King Did a Great Job!
Lion King did a great job with our safari for our honeymoon! They were able to meet all of our planning needs and helped us make changes as problems popped up with our flights. They were super responsive to questions during the planning phase and sent us off with a clear set of guidelines on what to expect. The accommodations they booked for us were great and they were able to get the hotels to add sweet, little touches for our honeymoon (including the custom wine labels in the jeep). The jeep was well kept and as comfortable for the ride as possible given the state of the roads.
The best part of our safari though was our guide Suleiman. He was a rockstar. We were so fortunate to have gotten him for 5 days. He set expectations for each day on what to expect/travel logistics, communicated clearly, was extremely knowledgable about the area/animals, knew all the other guides, and was just an overall great dude. He was able to show us all of the animals we wanted to see multiple times across Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and the Serengeti. Definitely request him if you're booking with Lion King Adventures.

The Trip of a Lifetime!
We had an absolutely incredible experience with Lion King Adventures! Being able to personalize our tour and itinerary made the trip even more special and exactly what we were hoping for.
Our guide, Paul, was amazing — super friendly, attentive, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had the best experience possible.

Excellent adventure from start to finish!
My sister and I took 7 day, 6 night safari with Lion King Adventures and had an amazing time! Lion King Adventures is top notch from planning, communication, accommodations, and providing a seamless trip! Florida and Jovitha were awesome with all of the pre-trip planning and communication with us. They provided all information we needed for packing, visa requirements and resources, etc. our guide, Hamad, was so wonderful!! He was very knowledgeable and determined to make this a once in a lifetime experience. He worked so hard to get us close to the animals while remaining safe and respectful of them. We got so many amazing pictures and he shared so much information about all of them! He made sure we always felt comfortable and just handled everything so we could just enjoy the experience. I would highly recommend this tour company and hope to get back sometime for another amazing adventure. Request Hamad as your guide if you get the chance!

From start to finish, our experience with Lion King Adventures was exceptional. Every aspect of the journey was well organised, and the entire team, from administration to transport staff, worked hard to ensure everything ran smoothly.
A special thank you goes to our guide, Clement, who made this safari truly unforgettable. His professionalism, extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care turned every day into an exciting and rewarding adventure. As two Australians visiting Tanzania, we completely fell in love with the Serengeti, and much of that was thanks to Clement's passion and dedication.
From the beginning of the planning process through to the final day of our safari, Lion King Adventures exceeded our expectations. Clement's driving skills were outstanding, and the safari vehicle was always impeccably presented. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience.
This was truly the trip of a lifetime and one of the most memorable holidays we have ever had. We cannot speak highly enough of Clement and his commitment to making every moment special. One of the best experiences of my life
The experience was great. We had support since the moment we arrived in the country until the end of the Safari. A perfect logistic between gamedriver and hotels. We managed to see all animals we wanted to see, making sure our guide Murshd knew what we wanted, and he did it for us. Even with some situations like problems to enter in the Park gate, delays because of tire issues and etc, we managed to have flexibility in the itinerary to recover the time. Excellent experience!

Exceptional Safari
We had an absolutely incredible five-day safari with Lion King, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish.
Our driver and guide, Amani, was simply amazing. He did everything possible to show us as many animals as he could throughout our stay, and he managed to do so every single time! His knowledge of the parks and his incredible ability to spot animals made every day truly special.
Amani was also extremely attentive to us, always taking great care of us and making sure all our requests were met. Thanks to him, we experienced unforgettable moments and created wonderful memories that we will cherish for a long time.
