Amazing safari with our perfect guide Abu
We're a young couple and decided to book a 5 days private safari with Lion King company in January 2022. We were truly amazed by the service and the overall experience. We've chosen the luxury package and our accommodations were top notch experiences.
Even before the safari started, the communication process was very smooth and Lion King representatives made sure to explain the proposed itinerary in details and were keen to make any changes to the program if we wanted to do so.
Our guide Abu has really made our trip unforgettable. Everything went beyond our expectations and we've been amazed by his kindness and his knowledge. Abu was full of special attention and made sure that we came across all the animals we wanted to see. He truly knows everything about animals, birds, trees, migration dynamics, history of the parks and was very keen to give us explanations proactively and answer all of our questions. You can definitely feel Abu's passion for the animal and the proudness for his country and culture. He was also super skilled at finding animals and incredible spots in the parks.
We highly recommend that you request Abu to be your guide since he will truly make your experience astonishing.

Professional and Knowledgeable guide leading our safari experience of a Lifetime
Our guide Salehe was such a professional. His knowledge of the animals, cordial relationships with the other tour guides, and ability to seemlessly find the perfect spot to view the 30 or 40 different types of animals all made him a top notch guide. This was my first ever safari, and my expectations were definitely met to the fullest degree. These memories will last a lifetime and I don’t see anyway my first safari experience could have gone better. I attached a few photos here from different days of the safari. Warmest recommendation
We've selected Lion King Adventures as they were the first ones to responed within couple of hours to my initial inquiry. And from that moment up to the end of the Safari it went just better and better. Super easy commmunication, all the accomodation, meals and the safari itself as agreed and on time.
They, both backoffice and the guide, provided super useful information and support lrior and during the Safari.
The safari setup with shorter travelling and time to relax proved to be a great choice as it was really tailored to fully enjoy the safari, not to travel all the time.
A warm recommendation to all, we are a family of 4 and seeing the big 5 (thnx to the guide really pushing strong on Leopards and Rhyno) it was a one of the lifetime experience for kids. The kids are actually pretty sure we've seen and photographed all the animals in Tanzania.

I had an incredible experience on Lion King's 6-day safari to Tarangire, Serengeti, and the Ngorogoro Crater.
Everything was well planned and coordinated from the airport pickup, travel schedule, and accommodation arrangements. You don't need to stress about any details!
Over email, Pendo was easy to work with in the lead up to our trip and very thorough.
The star of our trip was our guide, Salehe. He was very kind and highly knowledgeable of all of the animals. We saw all of the big 5, including many animals close up. He always seemed to know just where to go!
I would not hesitate to book your safari with Lion King Adventures and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Amazing 4 days Safari!
We did a 4 days safari in Ngorongoro, Serengeti & Lake Manyara with Khalifa Shabani. It was an amazing experience and our guide Khalifa was the best.
First of all, Lion King were very professional in organising our trip, answering to all our questions and requests. We had a problem with our plane tickets getting cancelled and they promptly changed our safari dates 2 days before.
The accomodation was beyond expectations, especially Embalakai Camps. Eileen’s tree was very nice too. The Jeep was very comfortable, we always had food and cold drinks, even wine and gin.
Our guide Khalifa was very knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions, he took us to the best places to spot all the animals. He was very kind and made our trip so much more enjoyable. He speaks 4 languages, english very good and also french.
We were able to see all the animals up close: lions, cheetas, leopards, zebras, giraffes, elephants, hipos, buffalos, antelopes and gazelles, hyenas, jackals, pumbas, surricates, and many more. We even saw 3 black rhinos in Ngorongoro!
I strongly advise everyone to choose Lion King and ask for Khalifa Shabani! It will surely be a trip you will never forget.

One of the best tour ever!
We heard about the agency by chance, from couple on the beach in Zanzibar. Then we came up with the idea that we could go on safari in ten days. We contacted the agency, they answered us in a very short time and offered us several options. We chose the luxury safari option and we really didn’t go wrong. Everything was well organized, we are extremely pleased that we chose a safari with this agency. We were in the national parks of Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. The accommodations they booked us were perfect, I would especially recommend Lake Manyara Lodge where we stayed for two days. Our guide was David, very nice and friendly young man, he informed us about all the animals we saw, but also about other things about Tanzania that interested us. Thank you for everything, this is an experience we will never forget!

Lion King Adventures - the best agency for Safari
Our trip with Lion King Adventures was amazing, we had a lot of fun. We saw many animals and learnt a so much new and interesting things about them. All four national parks Tarangire, Serengeti, NgoroNgoro and Lake Manyara are very beautiful and there are many possibilities to see the wild nature. The agency Lion King Adventures prepared the excellent trip, which was managed and organized on professional level. Our guard Mwita made this few days on Safari unforgettable. We think that he is one of the best guards in Arusha. He is very kind and friendly. The Lion King Adventures has a lot of luck for having him. He makes everything for us to be happy.
One example for all: our last day on Safari, after a great lunch we went straight to the airport. When we got there my son, found out that, he forgot his phone on the lunch place. (it was about 45 minutes from the airport). Our guard Mwita really helped us. He was willing to call to the people that work here on the place where we had lunch. Then he went the whole ride again to our lunch place and back to the airport for my son's phone. That day he really helped us, he solved the problem, and he was willing to go the whole ride again and saved my son's phone.
The Lion King Adventures offers great services with extra bonus to make their customers happy and to make them enjoy their holiday.
The accommodations during our Safari trip were really High Top.

Once in a lifetime

We had a wonderful experience with lion king from inquiry, payment, and all the way through the safari. The accommodations were great and each location was able to provide vegetarian meals too. Our trip was over the Christmas holiday and each location made he holiday special.
The safari itself was a once in a lifetime experience. Our guide Salehe was very knowledgeable regarding the animals and each location we went to. It was clear he knew the parks inside and out. Each day we were in disbelief with the animals he found (big 5, giraffe, cheetah, leopards, and so many cubs). Our group of four had a private vehicle and Salehe was with us the whole trip.

Great safari experience!
Despite COVID, we were able to travel from Sydney to Tanzania and do a safari with Lion King Adventures in December 2021. Nick and Pendo helped us put together our customised 6 day itinerary covering the Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorogoro and Lake Manyara - they were highly responsive and made the process seamless. They have a flexible COVID cancellation policy. Our guide, Peter, is a passionate, knowledgeable and highly experienced guide. We were able to see the big 5, the elusive serval cat, and Peter made it his mission to help us spot many baby animals. We were also pleased with the food on the tour - lunches in particular were hot lunches and not boxed food. Would recommend choosing Lion King.
