The best Tanzania experience
We had an absolutely incredible safari with Suricata Safari! Everything exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were fantastic, comfortable, and in beautiful locations.
Our guide, Felix, was simply outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. Thanks to his incredible knowledge, sharp eye, and dedication, we saw absolutely every animal we had hoped for—including all of the Big Five!
What made the experience even more unforgettable was that we didn’t just see the animals—we witnessed amazing moments in nature. We saw lion cubs, baby cheetahs, a baby elephant, and even a leopard carrying its prey in its mouth. Every game drive was full of surprises!
Felix always made sure we were comfortable, safe, and enjoying every moment. You can really tell he is passionate about what he does. He worked tirelessly to find wildlife, shared fascinating information throughout the safari, and made every drive exciting and memorable.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re planning a safari in Tanzania, I highly recommend Suricata Safari—and if you have the chance, ask for Felix as your guide. It truly was the trip of a lifetime!

Great experience
Seeing these animals in person was an incredible experience, I was really lucky to spot all of the Big Five. All in all, it was a wonderful tour and everything was exactly as described. Our guide Anton was very friendly and knew all the best spots. The food and accommodation matched the description, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, the value for money offered by this provider is excellent.

From the first moment when I sent in the enquiry for a quote, the communication from suricata has been immaculate and detailed. Responses were quick, honest and reassuring. The arrangements seemed complex from a distance but Neema clearly got all under tight control. Any extras that I requested like a shopping trip in Arusha was adjusted willingly too. From the moment I met Gerald, my guide, my concerns about travelling solo were dissipated because he clearly cared for ensuring a safe and comfortable trip for all his guests. His English and communication are excellent and driving skills beyond imagination. He had a competition with all the big five and he won against them all in being able to get us within a couple of meters of them- even the ghost of the jungle. Thank you Suricata. 3-Day Safari
Our tour guide/driver Gerald was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. We saw lots of animals because of him. The whole experience was great—we camped and thought the campgrounds were very nice. The only issue we had was when we were supposed to get picked up from our hotel to go to the safari, Suricata was over an hour late to pick us up and did not respond to our messages until we got our hotel involved. However, once we did get picked up and were transferred to Gerald’s care it was amazing. We would recommend this tour, especially with Gerald.
