AMAZING
First safari ever, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Thanks to the experience and professionalism of both Amiri and Izack, every game drive became an opportunity to learn so much about wildlife while enjoying every single moment.
Every meal exceeded our expectations. It was always a pleasure to see the chef personally present each dish with such enthusiasm.
A huge thank you to Amiri and Izack for making these four intense and unforgettable days such an amazing experience. I will always remember them! I highly recommend this experience!

Amazing safari experience!
We had a really nice experience during the whole safari! Accommodations were all amazing, our guide Melita was very knowledgeable and we saw so many different animals. Definitely would reccommend booking with Suricata safaris!

An Exceptional First Safari Day in Tarangire with Steve
We had an excellent first day with Suricata Safaris, combining a visit to Tarangire National Park with an evening visit to a small Maasai village near Suricata Boma Lodge.
Our guide, Steve, was outstanding. He is genuinely passionate about wildlife, plants and the unique characteristics of the different species. He has an incredible eye for spotting animals, even from a great distance. Thanks to him, we were able to see a leopard far away, as well as two lionesses, many elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, several species of antelope, magnificent birds and eagles.
Steve is very knowledgeable and clearly enjoys sharing his passion. He was friendly, informative, attentive and always happy to answer our questions. His driving was also very careful, which made the whole experience both comfortable and reassuring.
The 4×4 vehicle was spacious and comfortable. The lunch provided during the safari was delicious, and drinking water was available throughout the day.
The visit to the Maasai village was a very interesting way to end the day. We had the opportunity to learn more about the daily life of several families, see their traditional homes and experience their dances and customs.
Finally, Suricata Boma Lodge, located near Lake Manyara, is beautiful, peaceful and very comfortable. The dinner was excellent and was the perfect conclusion to an unforgettable first day.
A wonderful first safari experience, very well organised and already full of memorable moments. A special thank you to Steve for his professionalism, kindness and passion.

Elias is friendly and knowledgeable guide
We came to this safari with high expectations, and we’re leaving with unforgettable memories. Seeing all of the Big Five in the wild was an incredible experience and something we’ll never forget. Brilliant
We had an absolutely fantastic safari experience from start to finish. Everything was incredibly well organised, ran on time, and the whole trip felt seamless.
A special mention goes to Neema in the office, who was superb throughout. There was one small mix-up with our rooms, but it was sorted out quickly and professionally with no fuss.
Our guide, Damien, was outstanding and really made the holiday special. Nothing was ever too much trouble. If we wanted more safari, that was fine. If we wanted less safari and some time to relax by the pool, that was equally fine. He tailored the trip to what we wanted rather than following a rigid schedule.
There is naturally quite a lot of driving on a safari, but the journey was broken up with well-timed coffee and comfort stops, making it very enjoyable. Damien always went out of his way to make sure we were having a great time. He was fantastic with our children, always punctual, smart, and professional, and never pressured us into visiting shops or attractions we weren’t interested in. We really appreciated that, as sometimes on holidays you can feel like you’re being taken from one sales opportunity to another—but that never happened here.
The hotels were excellent, with friendly, attentive staff, and everything was ready for us whenever we arrived. Every part of the trip was well organised, allowing us to relax and enjoy the incredible national parks and wildlife.
To top it all off, we were lucky enough to see the Big Five, which made an unforgettable trip even more special.
We genuinely loved every minute of the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this safari company to anyone considering a trip to Tanzania.

Jordan was very friendly and knowledgeable!
Just spent 5 days with Jordan and had a wonderful experience. He ensured we saw many animals we wanted to see because of his knowledge, experience, and communication with other guides along the way. We felt safe the entire time, and Jordan handled the bumpy, curvy, and at times muddy roads with his skillful driving. Would definitely recommend Suricata and Jordan for another safari trip!

Friendly and informative
We had a great safari in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater with our guide, Jordan, at Suricata! We were amazed at all the animals we saw and Jordan did an excellent job making sure we didn't miss anything. The safari exceeded all my expectations. The highlights were the wildebeest Mara River crossing, families of elephants, cheetas, leopards, rinos, and many lions! Of course, we loved seeing the giraffes, zebras, hyenas, jackals, and many gazelle as well.
Jordan was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable as a safari guide. He was always communicating with us and with other guides on the radio to hear what was going on within the park so we could know where to look.
All the properties we stayed at were amazing! I will definitely recommend Suricata to all my friends and family.

Our guide was Luther he was great with any information on any animal & environments etc , plus a nice fella, he was backed up with good food from Tito (better than expected)
As for the safari it was once in a lifetime experience for me & my family .we got lucky seeing what seemed to be every animal possible thank you
