All according to expectations and as agreed.
We arranged a personalized safari which was all that we expected and more. The places recommended by the agency were fantastic. We did not encounter any problems with what was promised and all went according to plan. We even saw a place which was not in their recommended list but they still arranged to book it for us without hesitation. Again, all was as promised.
Vanessa was our contact in Spirit of Kenya and she always answered promptly to our questions. There were some minor changes to the timing of our flights booked with Spirit of Kenya and we were informed immediately. The only thing that was not that swift was the confirmation of the receipt of our payment and remaining balance to pay. In the end all was clarified, but there was a small confusion on their side.
The safari itself was an incredible experience that I would definitely recommend!

*A once in a lifetime experience, an unforgettable honeymoon*
For our honeymoon, my husband and I were looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. A continent which neither of us has ever set foot on, a magical destination that we would discover together and that we would never forget and keep talking about to our children and grandchildren when describing our honeymoon...We have chosen a safari for the experience and Kenya for the destination.
Vanessa, George and Spirit of Kenya have exceeded our expectations. From the beginning the end, Vanessa was very responsive to all our inquiries (from the simpliest ones such as, what types of clothes should we bring to the more serious ones such as, after the terrorist attack in Nairobi whether everything was safe). She was amazingly patient and accomodating any and all of our requests to make this trip unforgettable to us. George was our driver and guide for the whole trip (we went for a 9 days safari) and we miss him very much, event today :) He was amazing, so friendly and considerate of our comfort and made sure that we were having a good time. What a magical moment we lived in Kenya! And all this, thanks to Vanessa, George and Spirit of Kenya! Thank you for this unforgettable experience!

Excellent organized safari trip in Kenia and Tanzania
Spirit of Kenya organized our 12 day safari trip in Kenia and Tanzania. We chose the company because the e-mail communication with Vanessa was very efficiënt and professional. We also checked the reviews online and they were positive. We made this trip with our daughter and her boyfriend and we were all very happy with the whole experience. The drivers/guides were professional and careful. They were always ready for a full day of adventure. We enjoyed all the lodges and tented camps. They were all special in their own way and the service and food was good. We visited 6 different parks and they were all very different with lots of animals. We also had some stops on the way at a market or a local coffee shop. Without hesitation we can recommend Spirits fo Kenya.

Excellent service
We decided going to kenya just two weeks before starting our holidays. Despite the short time we had to prepare the tour, Spirit of Kenya made it possible with a quick, kind and effective service. We received their suggesions, made our owns and even some last minute changes were possible. Our stay was perfect and the whole trip was pleasant, easy and safe. Our guides, Moses who opens the door of this tour and Charles who takes us to amazing world of safari, are best guides in the world I have ever met.
If you are the one who hesitates to decide your tour operators, I strongly recommend Spirit of Kenya, especially Tiago, Moses and Charles. I am who mailed more than 10 operators and compared to the options they presented. It was not the cheapest one, but I do not regret at all because of above.

Working with Spirit of Kenya made this unbelievable experience a reality.
Our safari in Kenya surpassed all my expectations. If we had questions Susanna from Spirit of Kenya promptly returned our emails and gave us the answers we needed, made it easy for us to submit our payment and arranged our transportation from the airport to our hotel and scheduled our itinerary to meet our needs. We stayed in Tsavo West at the Salt Lick Game Lodge and Serena Safari Lodge in Amboseli. The food and accommodations were excellent and the people were all very nice. Our tour guides Charles and Moses made this special trip even better by their knowledge of the land and the animals. We were a group of eight and divided our driving time between the two of them. They spotted animals before any of us did, stopped for us to take pictures and seemed to enjoy us as much as we enjoyed them! We saw a vast array of animals...zebras, elephants, giraffes, lions, a leopard!...and many, many more. Every day we saw something new and exciting. I suggest wearing very comfortable clothing, you’ll be in a Jeep for a lot of fun filled hours! Just an incredible experience!!
