Perfect
My 4-day safari in Tanzania was simply unforgettable! 🐘🦁❤️ We were lucky enough to visit wonderful parks, immersing ourselves fully in nature and experiencing moments we will cherish forever. We saw so many spectacular animals up close and witnessed breathtaking landscapes. But what made this experience truly special was Elli herself: with her friendly nature, helpfulness, and deep knowledge, she guided us every step of the way—explaining the wildlife and nature, and helping us discover Tanzania with a sense of wonder. Excellent Safari Experience

In general, me and my husband have a very pleasant experience with Safari Soles and their guides. Detail comments below for reference:
A. Itnerary
We booked the tour with Safari soles. Renata from sales team is super efficient in response and helped us arrange everything, from initial planning to lateron hotel late check out arrangement. Despite we have changed quite a number of times on the itnerary, Renata is very patient to accommodate our needs. Safari Soles respond the best out of my other 5 quotations made from other companies. The plan went exactly the same as what has agreed.
Way to improve: We have informed well before that we wish to join the night safari but was told that we could discuss and pay when we arrive. Turn out we were told on day 1 that our hotel is not near to the night safari place and it would not be cost and time effective to do the night safari. Of course we are very happy this honest conversation, otherwise we would be spending long hours on the traffic. But if this arrangement could be planned ahead, we have one more experience to add on our bucket list.
B. Safari
Our guide Frank Cheddy is so experienced and perfect. He has good eyes and communicates constantly on walkie talkie to obtain latest animal news from peers. We saw all we want to see: the crossing for 3 times in an afternoon, the big 5 (except the leopard which Frank has been trying hard to find for 3 days, but ya.. we just have no luck on that this time), the ugly 5 and many other interesting scenes like lion eating a buffalo, lion mating, hyenas attacking baby buffalo, etc. Frank knows exactly what tourists want to see and brought us to the right place at the right time. We just love Frank to be our safari guide.
C. Food
Dont expect too much especially when you are in the national parks, and Safari Soles has remembered our dietary requirements and communicated to the guides, which you can see their attention to details.
Way to improve: Maybe to at least provide 2 choices to clients, like western or Eastern so that at least there is a variety out of limitation in rural areas.
D. Accomodation
We chose a mid-range package and all come to/ out of our expectation.
- We are impressed by the stars we can see from Safari Haven Migration Camp.
- One surprising moment was at Kubu Kubu Tented Lodge, where at night we heard the sound of lion roaring, and then the painful screaming from the buffalo!! We hardly had the courage to go out to the balcony (and anyway we are unable to see anything in dark). Next morning we saw from our balcony, just 40m away 5 lions were eating 2 buffalos!!! What a breath taking moment!!! The view at Kubu Kubu is also spectacular that we so wish that we have booked 2 nights instead of just 1!!
- The view of Mount Kilimanjaro is also fabulous from Gran Melia Arusha.

Safari Souls organized the trip of a lifetime, perfecting every detail from seamless planning and top-tier hotels to a brand-new, ultra-comfortable safari vehicle. Their dedication is unmatched—when our return flight was unexpectedly canceled, they stepped in immediately and worked tirelessly to get us home safely, even though we hadn't booked flights through them.
The highlight of our trip was our driver and guide, Simon. Exceptionally safe and skilled behind the wheel, he was remarkably patient, warm, and flexible with our kids. His incredible wildlife-spotting expertise helped us see every animal on our wish list, and it was clear other guides relied on his knowledge. Deeply respectful, thoughtful, and professional, Simon felt like family. We would book with Safari Souls and request Simon again in a heartbeat!

We had an unforgettable 4-day journey in Tanzania, flying into Arusha and then exploring Tarangire National Park, the Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater. Words are simply not enough to thank Safari Soles and, above all, our extraordinary guide Elli and chef Action.On a human level, Elli was absolutely wonderful: from the moment he picked us up at the airport, he took care of us every single second and shared his incredible enthusiasm, making our experience so happy. Knowing the environment perfectly, he tracked down all the animals for us and always positioned the vehicle from the absolute best perspectives, giving us breathtaking sightings and passing on a visceral passion for nature. Best guidance
Safari trip has always been one of my dreams since I’m a child.
when I booked with Safari Soles I had big expectations and customer service was amazing in the preparation and organisation of the trip but what has made this Safari the best experience in my life so far was our guide Elli: his empathy, his smile, his experience and skills, his professionalism and preparation were much above the expectations. Easy booking, very responsive, best tour guide ever!
Wow- what a tripl We booked a trip to Serengeti with Safari soles and had the most amazing time! We went on a two night, three day trip and were lucky enough to get the best guide, Noel. Our booking started with Julieth, who was super patient and impressively responsive to all my questions! Then we arrived on site and met Noel- he really made the trip memorable for our family! He was knowledgeable, accommodating, patient, super fun and we were able to see so many animals in the safari. My kids, 9 and 13, asked questions the whole time and they learned so much!!! Noel was able to show us over 25 animals including the hippos, lions, cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, elephants and some of them quite close up! When trying to book a tour- it’s hard to know which company is great. From the booking to pickup to arrival back and the most amazing tour guide ever- we were very fortunate and would highly recommend this tour! Thank you to Safari Soles and thank you to Noel for showing us the most exhilarating experience!

An unforgettable, perfectly organized safari with unmatched warmth and hospitality.
We have just returned from a fantastic 14-day safari through Kenya and Tanzania, organized by Safari Soles. We specifically wanted our trip organized and handled by a local travel agency, and thanks to the many positive reviews, we chose Safari Soles. Wonderfully organized from start to finish!
It all started with the patient guidance of Julieth, who put together no less than 17 proposals for us. Transferring payment to an unfamiliar company is always a bit nerve-wracking at first, but our trust was strong. For the 7 days in Kenya, Safari Soles partners with a Kenyan operator, Native Afrika Voyages (also very good!). The remaining 7 days were handled directly by Safari Soles.
I want to thank our driver, guide, and wealth of knowledge, Estomih, for his patience, expertise, and safe driving. Everyone in the parks knows Estomih, and Estomih knows every route in the parks. He went above and beyond to show us the true beauty of Tanzania. His enthusiasm and willingness to go the extra mile were incredible. Mambo Vipi, Estomih!
Safari Soles manages several accommodations inside the parks. We stayed at a migration camp as well as a permanent tented camp (both in the Serengeti). The organization was top-notch. Nothing was too much trouble, and the staff were exceptionally friendly.
Our daughter turned 18 during our stay at the migration camp, and we celebrated her birthday there. They organized a sundowner with drinks and bites, and the chef baked a cake for her. Songs were sung, and she felt truly celebrated. It is a birthday she will not soon forget. This perfectly illustrates just how hospitable the team at Safari Soles is.
All the booked accommodations exceeded our expectations. I am usually not a big fan of buffet food, but there was a wide variety of dishes and dietary requirements were well accommodated. The food was delicious every single day. All in all, it was a fantastic trip that was wonderfully organized and executed. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
