More than we could have asked for
We have browsed and analysed offers from almost 10 operators and couldn't have picked better with Image Travel. From the very first e-mail Mwanje has taken care of us, our needs, questions and requirements. Everything was coordinated seamlessly from flights and shuttles through accommodation to testing arrangements and last minute changes. We didn't have to worry about anything at all, Mwanje was accessible and responsive. The trip itself was a dream come true and I wouldn't have changed a thing. 100% recommend Image Travel and their impeccable organisational skills.
Best Safari Experience Ever!
This Safari trip was one of the greatest experiences of my life. Every aspect of it went flawlessly and every minute detail was handled by our amazing trip planner Mwanje. From the travel, to the hotels to the safari guides everything was just perfect. Image Travel customized our trip and had it made and catered specifically to what we were looking for. They were patient with our billions of questions and made us feel welcome and cared for. If I had to do it again I would do it exactly the same way. Ask for Mwanje!

Would give 11 stars if I could
Mwanje and Image Travel Limited exceeded all expectations for a tour operator/concierge. SUper communicative and accommodating and held our hands the entire way. We were three people from different countries and Mwanje was on top of everything; entry requirements, visa applications, Covid testing, etc. I really can't speak highly enough of them. Book with absolute confidence.

Responsive, knowledgeable and flexible!
My daughter and I had an incredible experience provided by Image Travel Limited. From the start, Mwanje had been extremely responsive in his communication and responses to our inquiries. He addressed all my questions and we felt confident in selecting our safari.
We were picked up our first morning in Kenya by Jasan, our guide and were provided with an experience of a lifetime. Jasan was able to spot animals effortlessly and demonstrated great knowledge of the area, terrain, animals, plants and people. We checked all the "big five" off our list and every other animal in the area. We left already planning our next trip! FABULOUS!

Everything I had dreamed of!
Mwanje provided excellent communication leading up to our trip and the itinerary provided was highly detailed.
Our guide, Jasan, was incredible. He is truly a wildlife expert and went the extra mile to ensure we saw all of our "bucket list" animals.
The accommodations were quite comfortable and the staff were always excellent. The food included in the meal plan was also quite good.
This has been my favorite trip to date and we are already looking to come back.

A great tour operator. We had some last minute visa problems and Mwanje stepped in and made sure they were resolved. Has was a excellent tour guide and we saw animals doing things we could only dream of seeing. Great lodging. And food. Highly recommend Image Travel

Awesome, Knowledgeable, Friendly
I've always wanted to take my entire family on a Safari trip but these are quiet expensive, so I was very surprised when through Facebook I encountered the Gems of Africa packages that were an absolute steal. From my first enquiry on the FB App to other follow ups telephonically and on mail, Andre and team were really professional, fast and informative with my booking.
My booking was very spur of the moment and in the height of season with very little time to arrange. Andre and team ensured I literally had the most enjoyable holiday I've been on with very little effort from my side, they took care of almost everything.
