Memorable Experience with John and Image travels
Thank you so much John and Image travels for a truly memorable experience in Kenya. John’s enthusiasm and deep knowledge of the parks and animals along with his easy going and adaptable nature made out safari trip of 8 days enriching. The tour company effortlessly managed our logistics and accommodations. Personally, Mara Serena and Sopa lodge @Naivasha were my favorites !

Extremely helpful and responsive
Our tour operator Mwanje was amazing. Our flight to Nairobi was delayed which meant we had to change our entire schedule.
Mwanje did all this, changed our internal flights and organised everything to perfection.
We had a great trip and everything was taken care of.

Amazing and unforgettable
Our travel consultant Mwanje is really helpful and always answers our questions quickly and patiently. Our tour guide and driver Jimmy is absolutely amazing! He seems to have a GPS in his brain and can always help us find many amazing wild animals. He is also a good driver who can help you get the best position to enjoy the view! Through Jimmy, we heard a lot of stories about different animals which were really interesting and made our journey really fun! We will choose Image travel next time we come to Kenya!

Phenomenal experience from start to finish!
Jason was our tour guide in Lake Nakuru and in the Masai-Mara region. He was a pleasure to work with always and was very accommodating to our preferences (morning or evening safari trips etc). He was also very knowledgable of the areas and the wildlife, as he definitely knew the good spots! Couldn’t recommend Jason enough!

Exceptional value and reliable service
We had the experience of a lifetime! We saw, up close and personal, more animals than I can name here. Our guide, Jasan, was exceptionally informed, reliable, punctual, kind, and generally it was a joy to travel with him through his lovely homeland of Kenya.
Our accommodations were perfect…clean, comfortable, and all in a gorgeous setting. The meals were excellent…plenty of variety to satisfy everyone.
The Image Travel Limited management (Mr. Mwanje) was extraordinarily helpful from beginning to end. He helped us with our e-visas, he was always responsive, and even helped with additional accommodations needed at the conclusion of our trip. This was an exceptional value for the cost!
