He was incredible! And loves what he does!!
I have not been to the Safari, although I wish to go. But, the tour guide will be the sweetest person you've ever dealt with, and is there to make your process easy, and smooth. The scenery they have in Tanzania is absolutely gorgeous! I would certainly recommend using mkuki safaris as your tour agent! And wouldn't mention anyone else to use!

Serengeti Smile offered us a tour exactly what we wanted, in 5 days we visited, Tarangire NP, 2 days Serengeti NP, Ngorongoro Crater and also Lake Manyara. The contact with Serengeti Smile outstanding! The accommodation during our Safari was perfect, clean, big rooms, good food and good service. We loved the Kontik Serengeti Camp, that one was great.
Our driver was very friendly, he has humor, during the Safari every time he found a good place, between all those other jeeps, to see the animals. The jeep was clean and comfortable. We had 5 fantastic days.

Very good, helpfullp, friendly service and reliable booking office. Do what they promise!
I liked they way i was contacted, persistent, very friendly, helpful, good and clear information in a good way. I also felt they trusted me. When the booking was made i wasn’t aible to do the payment directly, because my international flight was not confirmed yet. They did not rushed me about the payment, but reassured me that they would contact the lodges that the payment will come a little later. The Safari it self was really fantastic, very friendly and helpful driver. Good and comfortable jeep. The accommodation booked for us was great. We really enjoyed every minute of our Safari.

Serengeti and Ngorongoro
I had a great time visiting Serengeti and Ngorongoro in Tanzania. They are most beautiful parks in Africa and I can recommend anyone visiting Tanzania to include these parks in the list.
The organization from the office was excellent, our guide Joseph was great too.

Best Family Trip to Africa

The Great Migration Trip
We contacted different safari operators in Arusha for our safari. Some provided good safari options but Serengeti Smile came up with the best option by suggesting a tour touching the Great Migration point. We visited Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro and finally Southern Serengeti where we encountered the Great Migration. The most interesting thing for me was to see a wildbeest giving birth, it was breath taking. I must say this trip was one of those things in my life which I will always remember! We can’t wait to visit Tanzania again with Serengeti Smile.

Highly recommended without any doubt
Hey, we are so excited to share this review with anyone out there. We had an amazing trip to Tanzania. We booked this safari in the last minute but this operator arranged everything well. We visited Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire. We saw many different animals including all Big Five Animals. The lodges and camps were amazing. Safari and Zanzibar
We as family did luxury safari to Africa. Our safari took us to Tarangire and Manyara and later we enjoyed Zanzibar Island beach. We had nice time there, everything arranged perfectly by operator Serengeti Smile.
Tanzania Hakuna Matata
The word ‘Hakuna Matata’ means no worries. And for sure you don’t need to worry when it comes to visit Tanzania for safari. Due to Pandemic we couldn’t travel anywhere but now we managed to visit Africa. It’s beautiful to be there. On safari we have best experience ever. Thanks Frank from the office and our guide Joseph for this wonderful trip.
