Welcoming and knowledgeable
We had a guide named Reggie. He looked after us and made sure we were able to get the best wildlife experiences. He also sat down and talked to us each night over dinner and we had a good laugh together.

Safari in Tanzania - always with a smile
From the beginning to the end we had no headache and totally trusted the organisation. This contributed to the trust which is needed as a guest in the foreign country doing a safari. All promises were kept and even exceeded. Our guide Champion was our guiding angel, always doing the extra mile. I would book it again and recommend to my friends.

Champion found us the river crossing everyone else missed. An unforgettable safari!
We just finished our safari with Serengeti Smile and I can only say thank you. From the very first contact Jeremiah was amazing. He answered every question on WhatsApp almost immediately and was very flexible when we wanted to change parts of our tour. Nothing was ever a problem for him.
The lodges were very clean and the staff everywhere were super friendly. We visited Tarangire, the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater and every park was special in its own way. We saw so many animals including all of the Big Five. There was so much lion action that we stopped counting!
The highlight was the Great Migration crossing in the north. That day many guides believed there would be no crossing so only a few cars were around. Our guide Champion did not give up. He spotted the crossing and brought us there right on time with no waiting at all. We watched thousands of wildebeest cross the river and even saw a crocodile take one of them. It was one of the most incredible things I have ever seen.
Champion is very hardworking and always goes the extra mile. He knows the parks inside out and has a great network with other guides so he always knew where the best animal activity was. He was always available for us and so much fun to be with. He made our trip truly special.
Thank you Jeremiah and Champion. We highly recommend Serengeti Smile and we would love to come back!

Unforgettable life experience with excellent guide
We had an unforgettable safari tour with our great guide Libe! He was quick of the mark when a sighting was in range and he provided interesting information and stories in-between sightings, we could not have wished for more! Communication was clear and relaxed, the service was great, and our guide was very reliable. We had a 6 day safari in Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and lake Manyara. We spent our nights at lodges that had all the necessary facilities, super service and incredible views.
Strongly recommend Serengeti Smile, good price, professional guides and great lodges/camps.

An unforgettable experience
We will never forget our Safari with Serengeti smile. Patricia was extremely accommodating and patient while we made our choices, often asking to amend things which was never an issue for her. She gave great advice to make sure that we were making the correct choices for our trip and we are truly grateful that she customised the perfect trip for us. Then we met our guide Samwell, we couldn’t have asked for a better guide to take us through the parks and helped us see 4 of the 5 big 5. We had extremely close elephant encounters but Sam also made sure to respect the animals and not interfere with them. There is nothing we would have changed about our trip, everything went seamlessly from landing in Arusha to departing again to Zanzibar everything was taken care of. Thank you so much Patricia and Samwell, we are counting down the days until we can book with Serengeti smile again.

Super helpful, flexible and organised
We did a 4-day private safari with Serengeti Smile, visiting Lake Manyara, the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, and had an incredible experience from start to finish!
Francesca was so helpful in putting together the perfect itinerary for us and patiently answering all our questions before we arrived. Our driver, Deo, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. His genuine enthusiasm for spotting wildlife and sharing fascinating facts about the animals made the experience even more special.
Matthew also shared his knowledge of the Maasai people and organised a visit to a local village, where we learned more about their culture and way of life.
Everything was so well organised, from airport transfers on arrival and departure to arranging our hot air balloon safari. We didn't have to worry about a thing once we arrived, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the experience.
We would highly recommend Serengeti Smile to anyone looking for an unforgettable safari experience!

Respectful and streamlined experience that met all our expectations
Our safari with Serengeti Smile was an unforgettable experience, and the team delivered on everything that mattered most to us.
From the very beginning, communication with Patricia, our local operator, was seamless, even while organising everything from Spain. She was helpful, responsive and made the whole planning process feel easy and stress-free. Once we arrived in Tanzania, everything ran smoothly, from airport transfers to every pick-up and drop-off, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the journey.
Our guide Stanley was fantastic: knowledgeable, respectful towards nature and the animals, and always happy to share fascinating insights about the wildlife and its behaviour. We really appreciated his approach, which made us feel like observers in their world rather than visitors disturbing it.
The accommodations were another highlight. They were comfortable and practical while remaining beautifully integrated into the natural surroundings, with a genuine local feel rather than a generic luxury-tourism experience.
Our favourite part was spending two nights at a campsite in Central Serengeti, with wildlife roaming incredibly close by. There is something truly special about falling asleep and waking up surrounded by the sounds of the wilderness, knowing that animals are moving freely just beyond your tent.
We were lucky enough to see all the animals we had hoped for, but what made the experience so meaningful was something beyond the sightings themselves: witnessing wildlife living entirely on its own terms, with no enclosures, no performances, and no guarantees. You are simply there to observe, to feel humbled by the scale of it all, and to remember that you are only a small part of a much bigger world.
We would absolutely recommend Serengeti Smile to anyone looking for a well-organised, authentic and respectful safari experience. Thank you, Patricia, Stanley and the whole team, for making this part of our honeymoon so special!

Knowledgeable
We had an amazing first safari experience with Smile Safari, and our guide, Hussein, made it truly unforgettable.
Hussein was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does. He knew exactly when and where to go to give us the best opportunities to see wildlife. His sharp eyes and extensive knowledge made every game drive exciting, and we managed to see all of the Big Five in just two days.
The absolute highlight of our trip was seeing rhinos pass right in front of our safari vehicle ,an incredible experience we will never forget.
