Masterful
A terrific tour. Hussein worked tirelessly and successfully to show us all the big 5 and more.
The only thing I would do differently next time is to try to work more with the company to accommodate my difficult food restrictions for lunch.

Excellent, informative and our guide was the best.
Serengeti Smile is moderately priced and answered every question. Our guide, Hussein was very knowledgeable, friendly, worked very hard to have us see the big five animals as well as many other animals, birds and plants. My highlight in accommodations was glamping in the Serengeti. I would highly recommend this company and in particular our guide Hussein.

A dream come true
The organisation of the safari was perfect. The communication with Serenti Smile staff was easy and efficient. The safari schedule was respected. Our guide Aminiel was very kind and professional. Thanks to him, we could see all the animals that we wanted to see . We saw more animals than we expected.

We had a fantastic trip. Our guide, Hussian, found all the animals - we even saw a rhino! - he has an eagle eye. His knowledge about the animals was outstanding and we asked a lot of questions!! Unforgettable Safari & Zanzibar Experience with Serengeti Smiles
We booked a 10-day safari and Zanzibar tour with Serengeti Smiles covering Tarangire, Serengeti (Central and North), the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and Zanzibar.
From the very beginning, Jeremiah, our tour consultant, was incredibly helpful in building the itinerary—responsive, supportive, and attentive to our needs throughout the planning and the trip itself.
On safari, our guide tried hard for us to find the animals we hoped to see. We were fortunate to spot the Big Five (except rhinos), multiple cheetahs, and so many other incredible wildlife moments. A highlight was our hot air balloon experience with Miracle Experience, which was absolutely unforgettable.
In Zanzibar, we stayed two nights in Matemwe, a beautiful and tranquil area near Mnemba Island. Thanks to Serengeti Smiles, we discovered this gem, where we enjoyed snorkeling, a dolphin tour, and relaxing on quiet, pristine beaches.
The accommodations were excellent, transport was well-coordinated, and everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to simply enjoy our journey stress-free.
For anyone visiting Tanzania for the first time, we wholeheartedly recommend booking with Serengeti Smiles.

Serengeti Smile is a great company to go through. Working with the Sales and Tour Consultant, Jeremiah, was extraordinary. Such a pleasure to work together. He was attentive to our needs and made sure everything went according to plan.

It's thoughtful and planned.
As for Erick, when we making the trip schedule, he always reply us very soon, and also can give us really helpful advice. When we choosing the hotel and camp,(a comfortable night is very important after all day safari.) he shows many photos and explain more to us. He makes a wonderful plan according to our requirements.
As for our guide CHAMPION!!, i already recommend him to my friends if they come Tanzania in the future. Actually, for guide,they have already seen so many amazing animals many times,but CHAMPION still has enthusiasm to help us finding all the animals we want to see. Also, during the road trip,he always tells some stories about Tanzania history,and some native language to us. His patience and humor make me really enjoy this trip.
In short, choosing Tanzania for our honeymoon this time was truly worthwhile. If there's another chance to visit in the future, I would still choose Serengeti smile and CHAMPION without hesitation.
