Zac was amazing

Our time with Champion
First of all I would love to mention that Champion fulfilled my everlasting wishes of my dream safari. We have booked through Serengeti smile and somehow my smile never disappeared while out on this trip created by Eliad who did an unreal job of putting it all together. The sights i saw were divine and my eyes felt like they were in paradise the amazing pictures of nature on the internet were well and truly beyond me. It wouldnt be the same without Champion as everyday his charisma lightened the jeep we stayed in. It made me feel comforted in times of need when i thought things were getting a bit rocky. Amazing Safari with a fabulous company
From the moment we looked into booking our safari, Serengeti Smile was great. The information provided on their website was comprehensive and when we contacted them for further details to tailor our trip, the responses were always informative and prompt. Eliad was the office representative who organised our trip. He was very attentive and answered all our questions. He tailored our trip to our needs. The accommodation he organised was truly amazing and luxurious. Even the night in the camp felt amazing and we were at one with the nature. Champion (Gody) was our safari guide. From the moment we met him we knew he was going to be fabulous. As a party of seven (4 adults and 3 teenagers) we had the jeep to ourselves. He was so knowledgeable and knew exactly where to take us. We saw an abundance of animals truly exceeding our expectations. Champion was always polite and great sense of humour making it a trip of a lifetime. Thank you Serengeti smile, Eliad and Champion!

Booking with Eliad was super easy, he's incredibly professional, helped make any changes we had to organise and was in contact throughout our trip. Champion was an absolute superstar!!! Such a great driver and incredibly knowledgable about the areas we travelled and all animals. He felt like one of the family after 5 days. Serengeti Smile provided outstanding, professional and friendly service from the booking to the delivery. The communication from Eliad (travel consultant) was clear and nothing was too much trouble to amend and create a tailor-made private tour for a family of 7. Champion (driver/guide) was knowledgeable, reliable and good fun. He was passionate about wildlife and eager to provide his guests with the best experience of Tanzania's flora and fauna. I would highly recommend Serengeti Smile to anyone. In addition, Serengeti Smile are a Tanzanian company unlike many others, which may be factor in your choice to support the local economy.
