Unforgettable Safari Experience
We had a truly amazing safari experience, thanks to the great support from Jeremiah and the excellent guidance from Hussein.
Jeremiah was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. He patiently answered all our questions, made adjustments to the itinerary when needed, and ensured everything was organized perfectly.
Our guide Hussein was knowledgeable, kind, and attentive — thanks to his experience and sharp eye, we were lucky enough to spot the Big Five! He created a calm and enjoyable atmosphere every day, and we always felt safe and well taken care of.
This trip exceeded our expectations, and we’re so grateful to both Jeremiah and Hussein for making it unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Amazing servicd. It was an unforgettable experience, our guide Pius was amazing.
We had an amazing 5-day safari with Serengeti Smile. Everything was well organized — from hotel bookings to meals — making the trip smooth and stress-free.
The highlight was definitely Pius, our guide. He was incredibly experienced in spotting animals, always kind, and shared so much knowledge with us. Thanks to him, we saw all the Big Five and more. An outstanding guide who made our trip unforgettable.

Professional, trustworthy
Absolutely fantastic experience! The Serengeti Smile travel agency provided incredibly timely responses despite the significant time difference when we were choosing our tour operator. During our 9-day safari, we had an absolutely wonderful time with our guide Champion. He proved extremely professional—keeping the vehicle immaculate every morning, teaching us African phrases and songs during drives, and sharing fascinating stories about how the national parks got their names. Inside the parks, Champion helped us spot every animal on our wishlist, including the famous Big Five. Highly recommend!

Best in class for wildlife
I do wildlife photography as a hobby and Albert from Serengeti Smile was able to customize a trip for my family with all the hotspots for animal encounters. Our guide John, a pro-level spotter cared a lot for us and Albert did the extra mile to find room for us in our favorite lodges despite them being fully booked. We travelled with a 3 generation family and everything came out to be above expectations. Best deal in town.

Fun, engaging and accommodating
Everything about this trip was excellent, Champion was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable about the parks and animals. We felt very safe with him as our guide. The accommodations were wonderful and relaxing. I recommend anyone to book with Serengeti Smile and definitely ask for Champion as your guide, you won’t be disappointed. We saw everything we were looking forward to and more!

Amazing!
Serengeti Smile gave us an amazing safari experience. Champion, our tour guide, was so knowledgeable about the terrain, animals, and roads (such as they are). The staff at all the accommodations were so friendly and welcoming. We definitely did not go hungry! Champion made the long hours in the vehicle pass quickly. Especially as we saw all of the Big 5 animals…simply awe inspiring. Would highly recommend both Serengeti Smile and Champion for an amazing safari experience!
