Aminiel did a Really nice arrangements for the trip, we had perfect time all the days of the tour. We definitely enjoyed the experience and the plans. Well informed and saw all the animals and sceneries as expected. Also have a lot of amazing surprises like perfect time and position to see the big mara river crossing of migration.

Great tour operator with flexibility in the program
We did a tour with Serengeti Smile for 5 days. We took Hussein Matela as a guide and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the wildlife and nature of the parks. Additionally, he was on the radio a lot to get information on what was going on in the parks, so we could get the best experience and see as much as possible. Would recommend and book again!

Hussein is an exceptionally experienced, passionate, patient, and intelligent guide. He has an uncanny ability to understand exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond to deliver. He knew precisely when to energize the group and when to give us space, always allowing us ample time to photograph and savor the sight of precious paintings. Thanks to him, we managed to spot the Big Five all in one go, making our African trip truly memorable, fulfilling, and completely hassle-free.

good experience is inseparable from the responsible guide and travel agency
We saw many animals we wanted to see during the trip. The daily schedule was fulfilling but not too tiring. We had a perfect holiday and felt relaxed. The travel agency was very helpful in planning the itinerary, and the guide was also very responsible.

A fantastic experience in Tanzania

an unforgettable experience
Our trip to Tanzania was truly an unforgettable experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the travel agency. Everything was perfectly organized, and we felt taken care of from beginning to end.
The accommodations exceeded all our expectations. Both Serengeti Classic View Camp and Inoga Lodge Karatu were absolutely amazing. We were warmly welcomed, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the overall hospitality made us feel at home. The atmosphere, comfort, and service at these hotels were top-notch.
As for the safari, we cannot thank our guide Simon enough. He was not only very friendly and welcoming, but also extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made sure we had the best possible experience. Thanks to his sharp eyes and experience, we were able to see all of the Big Five, as well as many cheetahs, lions, and leopards — truly breathtaking!
I highly recommend Simon as a guide and this agency to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania.

Amanzing Experience
Safari and tribes was wonderful, we could see all the animals, the guide Simon was very attentive and helped us a lot in everything and we learned a lot from him.
I recommend all hotels but especially the savannah hotel, all employees always cheerful and attentive

We had an amazing trip with Serengeti Smile who were consistently reliable and helpful from the point of enquiry to the end of our holiday. They provided great communication and value for money. We stayed in a selection of lodges which were clean and well designed with friendly and helpful staff. On the 5 game drives we went on, we saw a wide variety of animals and our guide provided us with great knowledge and expertise. We would defintely recommend booking a safari with Serengeti Smile, nothing was too much trouble for them and they put our minds at ease consistently.
