He was always on time, highly organized, and navigated every route with complete ease and confidence.
His background as a trained ranger really shone through. He shared his knowledge about the animals, landscapes, and ecosystems with genuine enthusiasm, and he always seemed to know exactly where to look. Because of his expertise, we were able to see the Big Five, along with cheetahs, hippos, and countless other animals. Every sighting felt special, and every drive was both exciting and comfortable.
