Amazing safari
It was truly beyond my expectations.
I saw everything -in fact more than that- I wanted to see -lion families, leopards, cheetahs, rhinos, all of them in front of me.
The experience was also very comfortable throughout the 4 days. The schedule was well structured, the accommodations were perfectly pleasant places, the meals are delicious every time.
Above all, our guide, Champion made our trip wonderful. He was caring all the time, he kindly tried his best to show animals as many as possible, he always found the best position to take perfect photos, he answered to all of our questions in detail, and he even adjusted our schedule in response to our requests -like stopping by souvenir shop. I truly appreciate his care and efforts which made our trip the really memorable safari experience.

Good and very well organised trip
It was a trip I was planned many years.
Thanks to Jeremiah for helping me to draft a precise schedule for 15 days including all activities I wanted to have. Our journey had a few parts:
1. Cultural part - 4 tribes to visit plus coffee tour.
2. Kilimanjaro hike
3. 5 safari parks
4. Zanzibar
5. Mafia
I want to say thank you to Jeremiah for excellent organisation - all the logistic was smooth and well arranged. All the ad-hock request were accepted even if they were done in the last minute.
Our Safari guide Hussain - thank you for your patience and readiness to help. We explored all the pharmacies around together looking for the medications we forgot at home. All our trips were safe, interesting and culturally priceless. With help of Serengeti Smile Africa becomes new home for us where you always happy and welcome! Amazing experience, breathtaking landscapes and wildlife, made even better by our excellent guides.
We loved the trip, the warm welcome from our guides , and the breathtaking scenery. From morning to evening, we were always on the lookout for animals.
We’ve seen the “big 5” on our journey ! It was incredible!
The service was perfect! The food and accommodations selected and recommended by the company were excellent. They took care about paperwork for the parc and helped us.
The knowledge, experience, and passion of our guides, “Champion” and “Nixon”, made the journey even more special. They allowed us to see incredible wildlife and were very patient with all stops at perfect places to take pictures filling both our minds and our cameras with unforgettable memories.

The best agency for Safari in Arusha.
After traveling with other local agencies, we decided to rely on Serengeti Smile for our Tanzania safari. It was the best choice we could have made. The written communication during the safari preparation process was excellent. They changed a couple of accommodations we didn't like very much without any problems, and what's more, the price was absolutely competitive. Our guide, Zak, was exceptional: expert, knowledgeable, and even friendly. On the last day, he changed our plans a bit, allowing us to savor our safari to the very end.

Memories for a lifetime
Me, my father and my grandfather had a great 6-day safari with Serengeti Smile! Our guide, John, kept us engaged and safe through the whole experience. He always found the best places for us to see all the amazing animals, and had loads of knowledge to share with us. We also visited different tribes, like the Hadzabe, which was a really cool cultural experience that I would highly recommend. The booking process, with Jeremiah, was also very smooth and we always got quick replies to our questions. We could not have asked for a better experience.

An experience of a lifetime!
Our safari trip with Serengeti Smile was an absolute joy from start to finish. Our guide Champion was brilliant in every way: he spotted animals from miles away and helped us find much much more than big five! His driving skills were outstanding and we enjoyed some great chases, mud sliding and uphill climbs - all done in exceptionally fun and safe way! Our lunches were prepped, packed and nicely delivered to us daily and all clean up was also done by Champion with great care for environment making sure we done leave anything behind. I can not recommend him and the company enough - we had the best time and will definitely come back again! Asanta sana!

Incredible Experience!
We had the most amazing 6 days with Serengeti Smile as a family of 5 adults. From the moment we enquired about the booking, the communication from the office staff was fantastic and they were so helpful with advice and answering our questions.
Our guide, Champion, was incredible. He took care of absolutely everything - not just spotting and finding amazing animals but making sure we were always comfortable, the Land Cruiser was super clean, and I have to mention his excellent off-road driving skills!
Our accomodations were wonderful, particularly the Southern Serengeti Migration Camp, which is owned and run by the same company. Unbelievably attentive and kind staff, who even surprised us with a birthday cake.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Smile Serengeti to absolutely everybody - a fantastic, local tour operator, who have earned every single one of their 5* reviews!
