We had an unforgettable 4-day safari with Serengeti Smile where everything was tailored to our needs and organised by the company so the trip ran smoothly. Our driver, Abia, was superb - friendly and full of interesting facts which made the experience so much more enjoyable. The safari itself exceeded all expectations with memories made to last a lifetime. We managed to see the big 5 which was a spectacular view. Our guide, Simon, was extremely professional. In just five days, we saw the five great African landscapes. He was also very considerate; since our English wasn't great, he would explain things to us in different ways. I feel like my English improved significantly during those five days. Cool Safari experience
We joined the 7-days Safari and the experience was cool. We found Serengeti Smile online and we communicate with the staffs through WhatsApp. The staff was helpful and the reply was always prompt. Our guide Barnabas is knowledgeable and he knows everything about the animals. He also brings us to see different kinds of animals and helps us take good pictures. The accommodations in the tour is good. We chose mid range safari tour and we love every accommodations in the tour.

Solo birthday safari
I came on safari alone for my birthday and it was a great experience. I booked the 12 day 11 night trip for during valentine’s week. From the time my driver Oswald (32) picked me front the airport it was a vibe. He was professional and offered that I can request him to show me around Arusha, so I requested and agreed to the fee. We visited hookah sports bar, another sports bar for food, saw downtown, and the African art gallery. We visited the local market for souvenirs. Oswald was very attentive during the experience. The next day my guide Pius (40+) picked me up from my hotel and we started our multi day journey. Pius is super professional and very proper. He was very attentive as well. He even went on a hunt for my Coke Zeros because all store seemed to be out of them. This was a luxurious and unforgettable experience.
