The agency is highly professional and well-organized, offering unbeatable prices! I obtained at least 15 quotes, and believe me, this was the best deal—without compromising the quality of the safari. They really listened to our needs, which made a huge difference to the experience. We went on a 5-day safari, and thanks to the guides selected by the agency (we specifically requested a French-speaking guide, and they provided one), our trip was sensational, wonderful, and magical—it felt like time stood still. The landscapes, the people, the animals, the accommodation, and even the food were all truly incredible. We are seasoned travelers, and quite honestly, this was certainly one of our best trips—if not the absolute best. Ben and John made the experience truly breathtaking; they were incredibly kind and impeccably professional—10/10. We absolutely loved the guides, and they will remain a cherished part of our memories for a long time.

Great safari experience
We had an amazing time at Samburu. Our driver John was kind and very helpful in providing information about region and animals. He made it possible for us to see every animal we wanted to see.

Great value for money

We had a great time!
We spent two wonderful days with Shady in Amboseli National Park. Absolutely everything worked out perfectly (from our pick-up at the hotel in Nairobi to the drop-off at the airport) and Shady was such great company. There was not a question during our safari that he couldn’t answer. :-) Also Amboseli Sopa Lodge, where we spent the night, was really beautiful so that we would have loved to stay longer. We will definitely book with this company again! :-)

Incredible one-day trip to Amboseli National Park, Kenya
My friend and I wanted to go to Amboseli National Park before starting our safari tour in Maasai Mara. We searched for tour operators that could organise a one-day tour from Nairobi and found Balu Travels through Safari bookings.
We had a great experience with them. Shaddy was an amazing driver and guide, going the extra mile to get us all the things we asked for. He picked us from our hotel early in the morning and we didn’t get back until 20:00. It’s a bit expensive but well worth it! We recommend picking the land cruiser and be ready for a long drive to and from the park.

Tetu and Benson are very knowledgeable about the park and very friendly as well.
Tetu and Benson were great tour guides. They are very flexible and always willing to help. Tetu, the driver was clearly very familiar with the national park, knowing exactly where to go and which roads to take, while Benson was very knowledgeable about the animals in the area.

Balu company organized our Amboseli tour in Kenya, the special request we asked for is to organize a transfer cross the border from Kenya to Tanzania after the tour finishes. Balu is professional, responsive from very beginning, listening to our request carefully, and planned seamless connection for us. The tour guide who took us to Amboseli is also professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
