outstanding, personalised service with exquisitely selected locations
Before our trip, we were sent a website designed especially for us, which provided detailed information about all the hotels. Numerous activities and restaurants in the area were suggested to us. Our contact person, Simone, helped us book excursions. Shortly before the trip, we had a video call with Simone and received further individual suggestions for activities on site. All of this was absolutely outstanding.
The selection of exquisite hotels was fantastic in terms of location, facilities and service. It couldn't have been better. Viatu gets 15 out of 10 points.

Absolutely outstanding! Mardi, Viatu agent, was exceptional! A sensational honeymoon experience!
If you are thinking about using Viatu for your holiday adventure then stop thinking and just do it! Viatu are exceptional in every way. Communication was superb from beginning to end, the service standards impeccable and the value for money provided I think was really great for the level of holiday provided. nothing is too much trouble and I will definitely be using Viatu for my next African adventure!

Perfect
Everything was perfect - organisation, pacing, hotels. We (my boyfriend and I) got jimny for travelling. We really did not like the car as its very wobbly (but some people apparently really like it). Obviously not a fault on the side of the agency but maybe good to know if you are a more scared driver. Our contact person (who was otherwise also very nice and patient with us as we were not sure until 3 weeks before the trip if we will be able to go) had some old information about visa requirements for Slovenia but that got solved very fast as well. All in all I would recommend everyone this company, give it 10/10 and would choose it again without hesitation. I am sorry they don’t do other continents as well.

Mardi is experienced, knowledgeable and diligent
Mardi organised the most amazing holiday for us in Namibia. I usually do all our travel research, plans and booking but Nambia is vast with so many choices I am so glad I got Mardi to work on our itinerary and book everything
She was professional and personable. The planning calls were great and really felt personalized. We loved every place we stayed and she got the right mix of balancing the budget and spending in places where it was worth it. Her itinerary was spot on balancing the mix of driving and activities. Always flexible and prepared to look at different options - think she really understood the type of people we were and what we would like. Great call a week before we left to go through everything, questions and some good travel tips. Car Hire was great and the Viatu App was really useful through out the trip.
We felt that everything we did was worth it - just wish we had more time in Nambia, It is a fabulous country to visit and we loved our time there .

Viatu planned the best and most magical trip of our lives in Namibia
Mardi from Viatu planned every last little detail for our 12 day driving trip around Namibia. This trip exceeded our expectations, from the amazing wildlife to the breathtaking landscapes and the beautiful Namibian people. It truly was the trip of a lifetime. Everything went so smoothly.. Our honeymoon adventure to Namibia was truly exceptional in every way thanks to Viatu and especially Mardi who was absolutely superb to deal with every step
of the way! From her in-depth knowledge to her amazing recommendations the package she put together was the perfect self drive honeymoon adventure. As well as the Safari experience other highlights were our hot air balloon ride over Sossusvlei and kayaking with seals!
