Very Professional
Off2Africa set out their proposals well and offered the re-assurance we required to travel to Zimbabwe. Their itinerary was well balanced with adequate space between activities and their choice of hotel in Victoria Falls and our safari camp very good indeed. A comparison cost between the Off2Africa proposal and a very similar one from Travelbag gave us about £500 saving. On the debit side I was surprised that a representative from the company did not contact us when we arrived to make sure we had actually arrived and to offer advice on attractions other than those we had pre-booked , in particular available restaurants away from our hotel. Also there was a mix up over the transfer arrangements to our safari lodge which delayed our arrival there by some 3 hours. Although we alerted the company through hotel the reception once it became apparent that we had been forgotten and although after a long delay someone, presumably Off2Africa, organised transport no one from the company made direct contact with us. On arrival at the camp there followed the expected blame game between the two managements but as far as I am concerned we paid our considerable fee to Off2Africa and they should have taken control and communicated directly with us. That said they made first class arrangements to transfer us from the safari to Victoria Falls airport to meet an early flight which gave us a much enjoyed full final day looking for animals.

We are so happy we chose PaperJet to book our seven day pre-cruise South Africa vacation. Justin Perumal was great at communicating with us via email and presented carefully edited options for us to select from. The tours he arranged couldn't have been better. We stayed in luxury accommodations so one might expect we would have had a lovely time. But, the true test of a travel agent is when things go wrong. PaperJet had booked lodges for us in Phinda Game Reserve a year in advance. AndBeyond (Phinda) later sold our reserved villa to someone else! Justin pushed them to make it right and we were offered a chance to upgrade to the exclusive-use Homestead -at a reasonable price. WOW! Happy result after a near disaster. If you are planning a trip to South Africa, you want Justin and PaperJet on your side. The trip was flawless. Once we landed in South Africa, not a detail was overlooked. Transfers, tours, accommodations- we just had to relax and let the vacation unfold. We will return to South Africa and we would only consider using PaperJet.

Very will organized with friendly crew and beautifull places full of spendid animals
The organization of the trip was build on many mail exchanges to end up with a safari that suited us perfectly
But even though well prepared the safari was still full of very nice suprises, especially the lodges and of course the games
The drivers were specialy accomodating during the games and very skilled and knowledgeable
Just a great experience thanks to a very good organization,very nice people and a beautifull country

Savannah Sound Safaris was recommended to us and provided excellent service fram pick-up to drop-off. Our guide Danson had great knowledge about the wildlife, birds and plants, that he shared with us. The accomodation (The Ark Lodge, Aberdare, and Sweetwater Serena Camp, Ol Pejeta) couldn’t have been better. We strongly recommend you to book your trip with SSS!

KILIMANJARO CLIMBING WITH BUJO TOURS- OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE
We booked Kilimanjaro climb via Lemosho route with Bujo Tours mid-March and it was absolute brilliant experience.
From very beginning a sales guy that picked up our query Mr. Sweve was very informative, helpful and patient to one hundred questions we had, making sure that we are prepared for the hike. Actually initially we booked tour for Feb, however right at the departure (less than a day before the tour start) I had an issue with the passport and couldn’t board the plane - Bujo was very accommodating and postponed our tour by a month with no additional charge (thank you again!)
Upon arrival we were met in the airport and taken to the hotel.
The climb itself was very well organized - it was definitely luxurious experience
1. Our tent was so spacious - main compartment with bags storage on one side and large vestibule on the other where we had a table with chairs set up, so it felt very homey. Every day before you arrive to the camp, tents are set up, hot tea is waiting, just need to get the sleeping bags unrolled
2. Food was amazing. Very good quality, HUGE portions if you can finish it all and very good variety - fresh fruits and vegetable every day of the hike, protein and carbs for energy. We really enjoyed the food (thanks to our cook Zawadi) and all the attention (assistant cook Ema - very attentive!).
3. Porters carry most of the belongings that we have, so you just carry day pack around
4. Every morning and evening we got hot water bowls for cleaning up, so that was really nice touch
5. Most important of course - our guide Nas (and assistant guide Fred) was excellent. Very detailed briefings every day, clear plan for a day. We really liked the pace Living set - we definitely moved slower than other groups, but since you have the whole day to trek 4-6-10km, what’s the rush?? Loads of groups left first thing in the morning, rushed to the next camp and then sat in their tents all day. we comfortably woke up, had breakfast, took our time to walk at the speed that allowed to avoid altitude sickness (we had no issues at all throughout the whole trip) and enjoy the scenery, made it to the camp midday and had energy to do acclimatization hikes around. Not a race
6. Summit day is quite tiring mainly due to the fact that summit attack starts around midnight and we were not very well rested. Again, we took slower pace, it took us about 7.5hrs to summit, still - no issues with altitude at all, fantastic feeling with reaching the summit:)
All in all - the whole experience was perfect, no complains at all, would recommend Bujo Tours to anyone and if we ever can repeat the hike, would chose Bujo Tours again. Thank you very much to the whole team!!

Totally Awesome Adventure!
My family researched many different tour companies for our 4 day safari in Tanzania and Lion King was by far the most professional, best price, and responsive company that we were speaking with. I asked A LOT of questions and I was always met with a very friendly, very helpful response. They were willing to arrange and re-arrange the tour according to our budget, our family needs (two children - aged 10 and 5) and our hotel preferences. They were kind, courteous and friendly in advance and even more so during the actual tour. We were met at the airport and everything was perfectly planned from pick up to drop off. Our guide was Ozzy, who is outstanding, and we couldn't have imagined a better safari adventure. Thank you so much to Lion King Adventures for making this once-in-a-lifetime trip a reality!

Amazing Mikumi,Selous and Ruaha N.P
We spent 7 days 6 nights safari Mikumi , Selous and Ruaha National Parks. Daily Expeditions Limited made our trip a life time experience ,thanks to our drive guide Matata who has avast knowledge of animals which made us to see all animals we expected to see.We spent quite some time looking for several quotes from different tour operators and as soon as we started communications with Frank the owner of Daily Expeditions Limited he made the best impression, he provided the selections of accommodations, prices and always answering all questions with patience. I have a food allergy and they were very careful and respectful of my food needs.The whole things about safari was great and we had a very positive experience thank you. I am still in Tanzania and i find it is nice to drop a few line about this amazing company before i leave. So i would definitely recommend Daily Expeditions Limited as a reliable tour operator in Tanzania.
