Reviews Greg Adventures
The safari was a great adventure and thanks to the good organization and the efforts of so many friendly employees of 'Greg' it was an unforgettable experience for us.
We enjoyed the enthusiasm and optimism of our driver and guide Machette and his love and respect for the animals and nature. It was a treat to ride in his jeep and receive a 'free massage'. Sometimes the older jeep let us down for a while, but we trusted Machette and everything turned out fine every time.
The friendly, calm chef 'Chief Furaha’ was a great combination with Machette. He prepared the most delicious dishes, breakfasts and picnics for us. A privilege to enjoy this.
At the airport we were welcomed enthusiastically by Emanuël and he showed us around Arusha. We were immediately struck by the friendliness of the people. Everyone helped each other, had real contact and laughed.
Villa Poa was an oasis in the hustle and bustle with its beautiful garden that was very well cared for. We enjoyed the lovely swing beds outside where we could read.
The food was delicious there too, the cook was friendly and helpful and Villa Poa was kept meticulously clean.

We really liked that we could speak English with all the employees because we wanted to know so much. This was a completely different world for us than Europe.

It was also very important that we had good email contact with 'Greg Adventures' from the Netherlands. Especially during Corona times when it couldn't go ahead. The contact gave us confidence that everything would go well with the reservation.
This adventure was worth waiting 5 years for.
We would like to thank everyone

An Unforgettable Safari with Kiwoito - An Exceptional Experience!
5/5

We just spent 7 incredible days on safari with Kiwoito, and we can only highly recommend their services! From our arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport to our departure for Zanzibar, everything was taken care of with exemplary attention to detail. Charles, the manager, orchestrated our trip with great skill, ensuring a worry-free and perfectly organized stay.

We were fortunate to have Sadik as our guide, a man of incredible kindness who speaks fluent French. His enthusiasm and determination to show us as many animals as possible made all the difference. Thanks to him, we had the privilege of seeing the Big Five, an unforgettable experience! The atmosphere was always fantastic, and Sadik made every moment special.

The lodges chosen for us were simply perfect: beautiful surroundings, impeccable service, and delicious meals. Another point worth mentioning is their responsiveness and attention to detail. We forgot a toiletry bag at one of the lodges, and after contacting Charles, he arranged for us to retrieve it in another park, hours away from where we had left it! A gesture that speaks to their great professionalism and dedication.

A big thank you to Charles and Sadik for this extraordinary trip, filled with good vibes from start to finish. If you’re considering a safari in Tanzania, don’t hesitate for a second: contact Kiwoito, you won’t regret it!

An unforgettable experience
5/5

There are no words able to describe the emotions we felt during the three days at the Tremisana Lodge. Experiencing the wildness, looking for the animals in the bushes, stargazing one of the clearest night sky in the world. Those are experiences that make you feel alive.
The sunset cruise was an incredible adventure. Having dinner in the middle of nowhere, with the company of an elephant and just a fence dividing you from the wild life was awesome.
The day at Kruger? It felt like being in one of those National Geographic kind of documentaries, but in first person. Our ranger was very professional, always trying to let us take the perfect shots of the wild life, as well as keeping us safe. We never felt in danger during the safari.
The sunrise cruise was quite a rush but worth it. You can see the animals awakening and starting their daily routines. We were lucky with the weather and manage to observe an outstanding sunrise. Do you know the opening scene of The Lion King? That is the kind of thing you will experience.
The lodge was the best compromise between comfort and wildness. There isn't much choice for the food but one have also to keep in mind that the village is literally in the middle of nowhere, so one should never expect to have a restaurant-type of experience in such case. The room was clean and the shower provides hot water. The people working at the lodge, as well as the rangers, are all very kind and professional. They properly take care of you.
Totally recommended if one wants to have a safari experience.

Loved the experience
5/5

Me and my friend went on a week long safari with Jocky tours and safaris in August 2024. Visited Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha, Hell’s Gate and Amboseli. The entire trip was well organized, right from the pickup till drop off. Our safari guide Peter was amazing, he’s very knowledgeable about the terrain, wildlife and very helpful. Thanks again for the wonderful Kenyan experience. Hakuna Matata!

Super and expert

What an unforgettable experience!
First and foremost, I must mention the availability and kindness of Jesemina, who designed a safari proposal tailored specifically to our desires and requests, fulfilling all our expectations. She always responded within minutes and was extremely well-prepared to address all our doubts. :)

As for the safari trip itself, we were fortunate to have Benjamin as our guide. His vast experience allowed us to witness almost every type of animal, alongside breathtaking landscapes and scenes that will forever remain in our hearts.

Lastly, we must give a special thanks to Alan, who, on our final day (after spending four days on safari in the three main national parks), offered us the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the local culture of the Kilimanjaro tribes. His involvement made it an incredible day for us.

We are grateful for the entire experience—from the safari to the accommodations—and what can we say about the food and the people? Simply incredible.
