Perfectly performed 3-day trip from Nairobi to Masai Mara thanks to their effortless support.
Made my booking on internet and the company contacted me almost immediately to confirm my booking and so they continued throughout the whole safari. Called me to inform me when I would be picked up from my hotel, when in Mara the pick up times for trips into the park and so on. In Mara everything possible was done so we would be able to see as much animals as possible, of course the Big Five as well.
On our way back to Nairobi one of us became sick and had to visit a medical clinic, before we could continue, pwhich had not been so easy to do without the effortless support from their driver, The Captain (Abdullah).
I definitely recommend the company to those who wants to go to Masai Mara.

Outstanding in every respect!
My wife and I have used the services of many tour operators around the world. Twiga Tours stands head and shoulders above the rest! They were very thorough in first understanding what we were interested in and then promptly gave us various excellent options. They also helped us trouble shoot when we had some difficulties with luggage and such. We felt taken care of from the moment we landed to the moment we departed. The level of service and attention is unsurpassed. Moreover, the safari tours themselves were jaw-dropping. All the tours were outstanding but "Elephant bedroom camp" might be the most exceptional for us. Perfect three day trip to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
I was concerned with making this commitment from around the world sight unseen and I could not be more delighted. Jolie helped work out the details and money exchange, Tom was the guide and driver for the whole trip, knowledgeable and entertaining. I saw both life in rural Africa and animals in the park. Tom went above and beyond to make this a great trip!

Bucket List Trip
We spent a week at Governors camp in the Mara. Every aspect of our stay was amazing. Our resident guide Olekena from the Maasai people is extremely knowledgeable and cultured. The camp is serene and beautiful. The food excellent. The service outstanding. This ranks as one of the most amazing adventures of my life. We saw so many incredible animals and Olekena was so full of information and gracious with his time. Governors Camp is arguably the best base from which to explore the Mara in depth. I’m glad we decided to stay at one location instead of traveling all over.

Amazing!
The booking process was straightforward and easy to follow including information for payment, the safari and pick up at the airport.
Our guide, Liese, picked us up on time and the adventure began. Liese is a very knowledgeable, personable, informative guide, we felt completely looked after throughout our time with her. She even went so far as to arrange a surprise special dinner setting for us at the Mohlabetsi lodge which all added to our wonderful experience. We were completely blown away by the wildlife we encountered in the Kruger and in the private reserve. Our last morning came complete with hippos in sight from the breakfast table! Well arranged, Liese !! Thank you for a wonderful time and we would have no hesitation in booking again.

Well organised, reliable and professional.
We were a party of 5. Three adults and two young teenagers. We had the time of our lives. Communication was always prompt, nothing was a problem, Our driver/guide John was great. We felt very safe and well looked after. The Kenyan people are wonderful - always friendly and welcoming. The wildlife was plentiful and the accommodation in the mid-luxury range was great. The balloon flight was awesome. We highly recommend this company.

Quote document was clear and reflected what we did. My driver, Samuel, was friendly, and knowledgeable. The traffic was particularly bad when we travelled in and out of Kampala, so the 3-4 hour drive quoted is optimistic (ended up closer to 6-7 hours each way).

Six of us had an amazing trip with them. Elizabeth is great. She helped us solve all the problems. Martin and Bonny are very good drivers and guides, reflecting conscientious professionalism. We saw many animals, including big 5. In a word, thank them very much.

Incredible week in Rwanda and Uganda. Exactly what we needed.
A friend and I traveled with Kajie Safaris in February to both Rwanda and Uganda. It has been my dream for a long time to visit the gorillas (and of course see a lot more), and after some shopping around, chose them to book with. I am so so happy we did. The decision was made after just a few email exchanges with Ronald. He was so responsive and accommodating of all our requests to alter the listed tour. I loved communicating with him through email so much that we knew it would be a good fit.
Ronald was with us from the moment we landed until dropping us off at the airport on our last day. He put together an incredible experience for us, altering the plans many times as he got to know us better and better. The accommodation choices were better than I anticipated (we went with mid range ones). He is truly passionate about what he does and the sites he is taking people to. We were in great hands and he made it a perfect trip. Even the (necessary) long car rides were so much fun as we learned about the country, each other and took turns playing DJ while watching the stunning scenery around us. By the end it totally felt like we were traveling with a good friend. I have traveled extensively through Africa, and this was by far the best company I’ve worked with. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Everything was great! Jacob is available almost 24/7, always replying very quickly, describing fully all available options and giving advice. And the price is very good comparing to other companies.
Jeeps are in a good condition. Guides are excellent. Special thanks to Matata - he is simply the best!
