Kruger 3 day safari
5/5

This was awesome. The guide was perfect, knew everything about everything. I am not an animal lover but I enjoyed the safari. Price was perfect and the lodging was better than I expected. Would do again in the future.

A thoroughly enjoyable, 'bucket-list' Kruger Park safari & Panorama tour by Wildlife Safaris (Pty)
5/5

Our 5-day Kruger Park safari with Panorama tour arranged and managed by Wildlife Safaris (Pty) Ltd. was an overwhelmingly positive experience from the get-go. This was our first trip to Africa and we knew NOTHING about safaris. We found Wildlife Safaris via our Lonely Planet tourbook and reserved our safari online with Christine who was ever informative and patient. She helped arrange our airport pickup and pre and post safari overnight stay in the Johannesburg area, making that aspect simple for us. Our Wildlife Safari guide, Clive was very knowledgeable with 11 years of guide experience and >35 years of visiting the park. His knowledge of the flora, fauna and history of the park was ever reliable and his stories entertaining. The safari vehicle, a clean air-conditioned van (with binoculars provided by Wildlife!) was very comfortable and the ability to view the African wildlife was good from all sides through open or closed windows. During the safari we stayed at a Kruger park bungalow for 2 days and a 4-star private safari lodge for 1 which gave us a sense of the differences between the two types of operation. We saw the greatest diversity of animals at Kruger Park while driving with Clive - lions, leopard, elephants, zebras, various antelopes - amazing in their natural environment. At the private safari lodge though we saw a cheetah with cubs close up which was very special. The Kruger Park bungalow was air-conditioned and had a kitchen which was not needed because Clive cooked wonderful barbeques for the evening meal and we ate at Kruger park venues for breakfast. These meals were fun, comfortable and good though not 'haute cuisine' (which was fine for us). The private safari lodge had their own restaurant and we enjoyed those meals but preferred the more relaxed atmosphere of our Kruger Park meals. Our room at the private safari lodge was beautiful. After the safari, Clive drove us through the canyons and waterfalls that are part of the Panorama tour. It was hazy but the scenery and views were jaw-dropping and well worth the trip. We stopped for shopping (at a silk factory and South African craft places) before staying overnight at a quirky motel called Hippo Hollow where hippos and crocodiles could theoretically join you at breakfast (they can coe on the grounds). It was a niice stay. Then we went on back to Johannesburg for the end of our safir. Wildlife Safaris (Pty) Ltd and Clive provided us with a truly memorable experience that we would return for and highly recommend to others. They provided us with a safe but adventurous safari and touring experience, that was professionally arranged and had the element of a personal touch from our guide, Clive and the various venues that were well-selected by Wildlfe Safaris. They are a great company and the cost was very reasonable!

Great experience!
4/5

I have been four days on safari with Northern Circuit Adventure, my driver guide was Marco he was a great guy, very wise and fun to be around. Very tasty (although sometimes time consuming) meals were cooked by David. Everything went according to plan, the people with whom I joined were very nice, summing up I had a great time, lost of animals up close and rough situations which, to my point of view are great experience and very fun.

Asante Sana Mike.

A great help
5/5

It is almost impossible to plan a first trip to South Africa without the expertise of a travel agency that is based in South Africa. However there is always an unsafe feeling doing business with someone living in another continent. To do everything in confidence it was good that a friend advices us to contact Roho Ya Chui which is an agency based in South Africa however also in Europe, the Netherlands. So planning the trip was very easy and all financial stuff was done very correctly. We had a great trip.

Amazing Well Planned Photo Safari
5/5

My safari at Phinda was truly life changing for me. It was my first time in Africa and I was there on business and I only had a few days to spend on a game reserve. I chose Roho Ya Chui because of their great reputation and their attention to detail. Ute Sonnenberg organized everything and left nothing to chance. The accommodations were excellent. Food was top notch. I am a photographer and this was my first photo safari. Ute was very helpful in making sure I was prepared with all the right gear. I got spectacular images and had an equally spectacular experience. I hope to return soon with my family, so they can experience Africa with Roho Ya Chui too!

Amazing experience start to finish, very well-run operation
5/5

My husband and I did a private Northern circuit safari with Eastern Sun last December. We had a truly amazing experience and would book with Eastern Sun again in a heart beat! Mercy, who runs the office is a great communicator and was very understanding and helpful when we had to reschedule our tour last minute because of surgery my husband needed. She was also quickly and patiently answered all of my questions about the tour and different parks. Our guide, Arib, was fantastic! One of the kinder men I've ever met, he was also incredibly knowledgable about the animals and parks and had a great sense of humor and way about him. These are important qualities for someone you'll be spending 7 days straight with to possess! The tour itself was perfect — we saw the big five and many more, experienced part of the wildebeast migration and loved all of the accommodations provided. The meals were also much better than we had expected and the tour was sensitive to some dietary restrictions I have. Overall it completely exceeded our expectations and was an A+ experience!

A Fabulous Experience Expertly Managed!
5/5

We just recently returned from a memorable and trouble-free 16 day safari in Tanzania. Grace helped us plan a custom private safari, according to our "discerning" requests. She nailed it! We loved Albert, our guide, for his expertise and warm charm. The diversity of well-appointed, comfy tent camps and gorgeous lodges made it a pleasure. And of course, the parks of Tanzania speak for themselves. We felt cared for and secure, well fed and just delighted!
