Amazing Safari in Tanzania with Shengena Adventure
Me and my wife Ana we did safari to Tanzania on June 2021. We explored 5 days trip that took us to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
Honestly we have been doing safaris in Africa BUT this trip was fantastic ever.
Deus in the office was quick replying all our questions, he is so good guy and he is charming all the time. Thanks Deus my friend.
Can't finish writing this review without mentioning our amazing guide "Godluck" he is so knowledgeable and he knows all things in the bush, he was able to see animals from far distance. We really liked the way he was using radio in the car to communicate with other guides where animals could be seen.
I recommend Shegena Adventure 100%, Asante sana.

Amazing experience!
Short version: I cannot recommend Meru Slopes enough! I went on the 5 day budget safari. The safari itself was fantastic and the food was delicious and plentiful. Jacob (guide) is amazing!
Long version: I found Meru Slopes online while planning my trip to Tanzania. I found Geofrey (owner?) to be responsive and helpfully answered my endless questions. He arranged pickup from the airport and was at the hotel to greet me upon arrival. The hotel is centrally located in Arusha with immaculately clean rooms, good free breakfast and helpful staff. Day 1 of the safari, Geofrey was there again to personally introduce me to the safari guide, Jacob, and cook, Richard.
Throughout the five days, Jacob was kind, charismatic, and incredibly knowledgeable about animals, plants, and local cultures. His eagle eyes spotted everything while still managing to masterfully navigate African roads. Richard consistently delivered delicious meals that were varied and massive! I frequently felt bad for the other groups we saw eating dry sandwiches from their packed lunch boxes. Not one member of our group had a single complaint for the duration of the safari. After the safari, geofrey provide additional assistance and transportation to the bus station. Book your safari with Meru Slopes!

The best safari organizers in Tanzania
I can totally recommend Safari 56 and Akida personally for organizing any safari in Tanzania. Thanks to Akida our 3 days safari in Mikumi park was an unforgettable experience. Everything was so well planned that all we had to do is just enjoy every day! If I ever go back to Tanzania, I wouldn’t trust the organization of safari to anyone else but Akida and his team!

Great safari experience!
We made the booking with Karibu originally for October 2020 but had to postpone it due to covid 19 and I am grateful to Robert from Karibu for always assisting me with his prompt replies and for accommodating our volatile travel plans.
When the new date finally came in June 2021 we unfortunately missed our flight and had to again change our safari plans last minute. Karibu was quick to help us out and even when our arrival time was later than predicted. They picked us up from the airport and from then it was a smooth ride!
Our safari guide was Edward and he was the best guide we could wish for. He adapted the safari plans according to our schedule and with his swift knowledge and driving skills we had a great time and even saw all of the big 5!! Quick shout out to Miti Mingi Eco Camp and it's staff who helped us organize the PCR test and always made sure we had everything we needed.
I highly recommend Karibu.

The organization and the team were great.

Salehe was a real asset to our trip
With eagle eyes, Salehe could spot animals from afar. He had a true passion for birds and was always eager to identify them.
We had to change our plans last minute and Lion King did everything for us. Not a problem unsolved the whole trip.
