Very well organised, excelent guide.
We got high level of service from the beginning til the end of our tour. Fully met our expectation.
We received all necessary information each day - where we go, what kind of animals we can see, when is the best time for game drive.... Our driver recpected our request - stay longer on one place makin more photos.
Selected hotels were perfect and our guide helped us during the check in.
All our questions about animals and Kenya life were ansvered also during the way from park to park and to he final destintion in Mobasa.

Unforgettable self drive safari well planned!
We booked a 16 day self driving tour, starting in Kampala and going via lake Mburo, Bwindi Impenetrable, Queen Elizabeth Kibale and Murchison Falls around the country. It was really worth travelling to Uganda both for the nature and the people, who were very friendly and open. Highlights of our tour were the Gorilla tracking, the chimpansee tracking and a balloon flight at the end. All accomodations were nice with friendly staff and good food, and situated in good locations with stunning views.
Chameleon Hill Lodge made us dream of living there because you can swim in the lake, the climate is not too hot and a lot of activties around.
The whole tour was well prepared by ACROSS Africa, they were also very helpful when we needed support (we had some trouble with our car), so we will definitely book them again.

Amazing, wonderful safari!!
We did the 5 optimistic day in Serengeti by this company and it was very good experience.
Hotel Venice where we spent 1.night is very good hotel. Safari was well organised and David is super guide and driver! He has very good knowledge of African animals and we learned so much from him. During 3 days in Serengeti and Ngrongoro we saw lions, leopards, gepards, monkeys, crocodile, hippos, rhinos, elephants, zebras, giraffes, hyenas, jackals, eagles, buffalos, ostrichs, mongooses etc....David eyes are amazing to see the animals so far!
Food was very good during the safari. We spent 2 nights in camping area: 1 night in Seronera camp and 1 night in Simba campsite. Simba camp is better than Seronera camp ( toilets and dinning). Take a good flasflight and toiletpaper , you need them in camping site.
Mattress are quite thin in tents.
David takes good care of clients and he has good sense of humor. We had so good time with our team!!
Everything went very well and we are happy to have this experience. It is something everyone should do at least once in a lifetime! African animals are just so great....
Communication with the customers by the company could be more active before the safari....
We can highly recommend this company!

Excellent service, friendly staff ....
Previous to taking my trip to Kenya I was in constant communication with Kennedy the managing director of the company
He was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly
When I arrived to Nairobi he collected me in person from the airport
The camp he had chosen for me was exactly what I had hoped for
An excellent service from start to finish and nothing was left to chance

Amazing Safari
I have nothing but positive things to say about axis and the safari. I was in no way expecting to see everything on such a short Safari but our guide Evans was truly exceptional in his delivery and knowledge. I will be booking another safari with this group this year. Absolutely amazing experience and worth every penny. The team really did go above and beyond my expectations. I left a camera lens in a camp by accident and the team didn’t delay in posting the lens to where I was working for 6 weeks in Kenya. Exceptional service.

6 Day trip with Kajie Safaris
Incredible week in Uganda with my great guide Ronald from Kajie Safaris. Ronald is prompt to answering emails, lets the schedule be flexible (we had an extra game drive on my last day so I wouldn't have to wait in the airport for my late night returning flight), knows the local history and culture, and can provide options for all price ranges. If there is something extra you want to do or something you don't want to do, just tell him. He has visited so many game lodges and restaurants throughout Uganda firsthand, so he can recommend whatever you are looking for. His safari vehicle has fast wifi, a charging station for cameras/phones, and a roof that pops open for taking pictures on the game drives. Ronald was with me from my airport arrival to my airport departure.
My trip was a 6 day adventure which turned out to be a private safari as I travelled by myself. Of course, the gorilla trekking experience is a must and was the pinnacle of my vacation. Although I booked rather late (about 1 month before departure), Ronald was able to obtain the required permits and even recommended which trekking group I should go with depending on the ease or difficulty of the trekking. (I requested a more challenging experience but you can opt for a more moderate trek as well). There is simply too much to describe in writing about my Ugandan trip, so I recommend you experience it for yourself. My only regret was that I had just 1 week; aim for 2 weeks!

Fantastic custom made trip to the pearl of Africa!
We spent 13 days in Uganda and 3 days in Rwanda doing safari, chimpanzee trekking, gorilla trekking, bird watching and cultural tours and visits, all with the travel agency Home to Africa.
We have previously visited Tanzania for a safari trip. Although the safari parks of Uganda are not of the same vast size as those in Tanzania, the low number of tourists in Uganda made our visit feel like a VIP tour. We spotted many animals, including all of the big five. The Ziwa rhino sanctuary is currently working on reintroducing white rhino to the national parks of Uganda. Here we got to get up-close on foot with a number of rhinos.
Our driver and guide Sam was extremely knowledgeable about the parks we visited and the animals living there. He also told us a lot about the history of Uganda and the culture of people living in different parts of the country. We had a great time together, and we really felt that he did his very best to give us an unforgettable holiday.
The highlight of the trip was the gorilla trekking in Bwindi NP. It was an amazing experience visiting a gorilla family in their natural habitat. We got to spend one hour watching them eat and interact with each other, before we had to head back to the civilization.
We were positively surprised by the quality of the food, which was excellent at all hotels we stayed at. We enjoyed a mix of local dishes and traditional tourist dishes. The hotels that Home To Africa recomended were all amazing boutique inspirerande lodges.
Overall, we are very happy with our trip and we recommend Uganda as an excellent travel destination off the beaten track. Home To Africa made it possible for us to see different aspects this beautiful country!

Fanstastic from A to Z
All communications were well handled by Discovery, in a positive and effiscient way. As per the service and tour, it exceeded our expectations.
In fact, eventhough there was a last minute cancellation from other clients on our tour (which necessarily impacted their benefits), they fully honoured their commitment, where other company might have rebooked us elsewhere or simply cancelled. We belive this tells a lot about Discovery's professionalism. Special thanks for Seven, our knowlegeable guide and Famuel, the owner, for the personalised management of our trip. Cheers!

6 days went like one minute
Our first introduction to this agency started with communication with Lizzie in whtsapp - she amazed us by being very helpful ( she even helped us with our travel details excluding tour time) and friendly ( during and after tour she called us to ask if everything was alright). Our guide was Ambrosius - professional and safe driver who showed all the animals we can find in safari. I had some problems with health so he took me to clinic and still managed to plan rest of the trip great even when there were some time lost. About safaris, especialy in Masai Mara and Amboseli, we cant describe in words how amazing it was, so you need to experience yourself. All acommodation was very good - comfortable beds, mosquito nets, hot shower, toilet and electricity. Overall, I would say that this young agency provides all the best you can get from so called budget safaris and with friendliness of staff even more. Thats why if we will come to Kenya again we definitely choose this agency and reccommend it for all.
