We went at the end of March to arrive in rain - a bit of a shock! First safari drive challenging in terms of weather but such an experience. The sighting of a beautiful leopard melted my heart!! Weather did improve and sightings of animals on the drive were wonderful. After safari, garden route, national forests, beautiful scenery. Cape Town and peninsula beyond beauty.
A visit is a must. Wonderful food and wine and so reasonably priced.

About: Tanzania
Fantastic Tour!!!

5/5

My partner and I chose the 8 day Amazing Northern Tanzania. We are 32 and 28 years old. We could not be happier with our experience!
We have traveled a lot of the world and Europe, and this Tanzanian experience is by far the BEST travel experience we have both ever had. We chose the camping option, and felt very close to the wildlife both in game drives and off game drives. Camping was the real deal. We highly recommend!

Camping in the Serengeti was an unforgettable experience. Thanks to Anwa (our guide) and Freddie (our chef) for taking such good care of us at all times. Anwa went above and beyond to ensure we saw the big 5, the best views, and as many animals as possible big or small. Anwa was extremely knowledgeable. You just need to do this tour! There are no words.

Freddie served us amazing food breakfast, lunch and dinner. Absolutely delicious. Freddie makes the best soup we’ve both ever tasted!!

Both Anwa and Freddie are fantastic communicators and this experience was beyond anything we could ever expected. Tanzanian scenery is simply breathtaking, and our tour were in complete awe of the animals and how close we were to them.

Thank you Foot Slopes, Anwa and Freddie for taking such good care of us!

The communication and reception was excellent. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and was very patient we managed to see 4 of the big five at the Maasai Mara.

Indeed Karibu Safaris exceeded our expectations in every respect and i cant wait for my next safari.

Needless to say that they gave us a complimentary bottle of whisky

Silverback were thoughtful, caring and went out of their way to make our tour memorable.
5/5

Silverback were thoughtful about our tour itinerary, helpful with all pre-travel advice and explanations and went out of their way to make the tour memorable. We always felt confident that they knew what they were doing and how to help us get the most from our trip. We also appreciated their flexibility when we wanted to change plans. Definitely recommend them.

ConQuest’s expertise is possibly the best you can get when birding in Kenya
5/5

After our excellent experience two years ago, we were eager to join Mwangi (ConQuest) once more for a birding trip in Kenya. This time we decided to join him for 12 days, which is double the time from 2015. The extension demonstrates our faith in the quality of the services Conquest has to offer.

In July, we visited more than 5 national parks, all having different biotopes. Mwangi makes an effort to offer good accommodation. He helps us in deciding whenever the accommodation is simple, but close to remote parks or great locations (some fancy resorts are just not in the right spot). As mentioned in our first recommendation, Mwangi knows his birds, but he also keeps an open mind for support from the local experts. That is how we met Nathaniel Mkombolah who showed us the Striped Pipit. And we joined Albert Baya, who found the Sokoke Scops Owl for us. We are sure that Mwangi can find those Pipits and Owls on his own, but he prefers to support local guides and preservation organisations. We value such cooperation. Moreover, it also saves time, which can be used for adding another location to the list of biotopes.

Mwangi is not our first guide. We’ve travelled the world and met many experienced birding guides. But he’s probably the best we’ve ever met. Mwangi has hooked us to Kenya and we are sure to contact him again for another visit.

THE MOST MEMORABLE AND EXCITING SAFARI EXPERIENCE, HUGE THUMB UP TO ITSTARTED IN AFRIA
5/5

The most memorable and exciting Safari Experience, huge Thumb up!
Thanks to ISIA, the guide/driver and the chef both were amazing… so friendly and professional and treated us so well throughout the Safari… with great knowledge and competent wild beasts’ experience. Provided us with the opportunity to spend longer and quality time observing the wildlife in their habitat, my husband and I learnt so much about wildlife, flora, fauna and conservation.
We also were pleased that ISIA proposed that visiting the Maasai Village and meeting the local Maasai, benefit the community. This to us was very educational, to experience how the tribes lives traditionally and that they are pleased for us to visit the parks and interact with them. Our guide said, it is a sign of respect to not only go and explore the wild beasts but also interact and meet the people in that area. It was a brilliant idea, and we are happy we visited and had a dance with the Maasai.
Also when we speak to the guide and chef we were delighted that they are treated with respect and are cared for their welfare, they said they were very happy working with company.
It was a so well organized and took account of all our request and I cannot fault anything, I and my husband would highly recommend ISIA- It is a 5 stars! Hooray!

An unforgettable experience!
5/5

The entire trip was splendid! It was organised perfectly and our tour guide was extremely punctual. Besides the disadvantage of rains during the monsoon season, we had excellent sightings all throughout the trip thanks to our wonderful guide who had an unbelievably sharp eye!

Unforgettable Gorilla& Golden Monkey Tracking Trip in Rwanda
5/5

Saso Uganda safaris organized an excellent four-day trip to Rwanda for us.
At the airport we were meet by Kasim who drove us to our hotel in Kigali for an overnight stay. Kasim gave us a briefing of our itinerary for the next four days while still at the lodge.

Kasim, our guide-driver gave us a history of Rwanda and provided us with a detailed insight into the country. We visited the Genocide Museum in Kigali and had a Kigali City tour, and then we headed to Volcanoes National park to see the Gorillas and Golden Monkeys.

We had not known what to expect on our travels in Rwanda but we found that the people all very friendly. I cannot recommend the company highly enough if you wish to visit the country. We will certainly return to see what else the country has to offer.
