Great Service
Today we finished an amazing adventure with Smith, our fabulous guide. He picked us up in Kigal. The main items on our itinerary were Volcanoes National Park for Golden Monkey trekking, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest for Gorilla trekking and Lake Bunyonyi. We also visited Gorilla Guardians Village for the cultural experience to learn a little about history and customs of Rwanda. Everything was wonderful! Smith is an excellent guide, very upbeat and informative. He is also an excellent driver. We covered a lot of miles over the five days and I didn’t feel nervous once, even on high winding roads. Smith took us to a local market, also to meet his family and friends in Kabale. It was very special!
I organized this trip from Canada through Elvis using email and WhatsApp. Everything was perfect. The three lodges where we stayed were beautiful. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Highly recommend Lulu Safaris and Smith!

Perfect gorilla safari
We had a great time using Nsavi Safaris! Relatively short time before our travel, we reached out to multiple safari companies, but only Nsavi was able to provide the gorilla safari. We are very thankful for all the excellent support from Victoria during planning of the trip, and also from our guide Francis during the actual trip. They were easy to communicate with, well connected and provided an experience of a lifetime. I can highly recommend Nsavi Safaris!! :)

An unforgettable safari experience!
After contacting several tour operators while planning our safari trip, we decided to book with Inspired feet and we are so glad we did! Words cannot even describe Fiona’s dedication and commitment. She was super helpful and knowledgeable from the first time we spoke and throughout our 11-day safari in Kenya and Tanzania. We were in contact almost everyday and her replies were always super quick. She was also constantly checking in on us to make sure we were safe and having the time of our life. She went out of her way to find us the best accommodation possible, even days before our stay, and we are so glad we trusted her as we were super happy with all the lodges and camps she recommended and eventually booked for us. We managed to see the big 5 during the first 4 days of our trip and the itinerary Fiona planned for us could not have been better. If we ever decide to go back to Kenya, we will definitely book with Inspired Feet Safaris again and we undoubtedly recommend them to anyone wishing to go on a safari trip - you will not be disappointed and will definitely get your money’s worth! Fantastic beginning to end
Mary was a superstar beginning to end! She listened to what we wanted from our trip and organized it without fault, including coming to meet us at the end to make sure everything had gone smoothly.
Mary responded within a matter of hours to emails and explained everything which meant the trip went really well.
The best thing to do is have a think about what you want from your trip and communicate that to Mary and she will be able to build a schedule that suits you.

Best Safari ever and resort at the beach
After a deep research regarding where to begin with the world of Safaris, we decided that Kenya was the perfect choice, so we contacted more than ten tour operators and local agencies.
The majority of them were not flexible and did not adapt to our requirements, however Balu made everything easy, cost affordable and personalized until the smallest detail. Everything was ready before our arrival and between Morris (POC of Balu) and Denis (driver and guide) we had a great welcome at the airport and felt ourselves as locals after 3 days of private Safari. In addition to this, we decided to finish our trip in Diani Beach to relax, sunbathing and scuba diving and the recommendation of hotels made by Balu could not be better. We had Peter waiting to pick us up at the airport and the return.
As a summary, we have already recommended Balu to several friends and we hope to reach to them soon for another trip.

Zambezi Expedition Experience
We visited Zimbabwe to see Victoria Falls and safari in Hwange National Park. Our choice to coordinate our tour was Zambezi Expedition Travel and Tours. From the beginning Silence and Oscar were very helpful in providing all details requested and giving us a comfortable feeling about or upcoming ordeal. Once we arrived, driver Francis complemented the friendly vibes. During the tour, we were treated to magnificent views and experiences at both Victoria Falls and Hwange National Park. The accommodations (Victoria Falls Rainbow Hotel and Hwange Safari Lodge) we all first class. Our guided walk at Victoria Falls was accompanied by a Zambezi River sunset cruise. Both delighted us and brought forth heightened feelings of excitement. Likewise, the safari experience at Hwange was powerful and allowed us to view a large variety of wildlife in their natural habitat. Zambezi Expedition Travel worked with us to fine-tune our personal requirements and really helped make our total experience remarkable. This tour agency is highly recommended and, in our opinion, will provide a truly high value experience for the cost.
