Very responsive and attentive to our requirements, whilst making our trip fun.
Pendo the Director did an amazing job sorting out the complex logistics to meet all our requirements. Tuma our drivers was fun to be with and ensured we got to see so much. I would recommend Ziara to Africa

Spectacular
The was perfect since the beginning. The service and communication was top notch. Our guide was Ken, and I must say that his experience really helped us in a wonderful safari.
We were really lucky to have amazing experiences on our game drives at both Masai Mara and Lake Nakaru.

gilbert is professional guide and good driver. we had a great time together.
1. Pre-sales Service: We consulted many companies, but this one responded the fastest and provided a perfectly tailored proposal. When we had some changes in the middle of the process, they adjusted the plan very quickly. We ultimately chose them out of five companies precisely because of their excellent consulting service.
2. Safari Experience: First, the meals—we could choose the food we liked, and they did their best to accommodate us. Next, the hotels—the ones we stayed in had great environments and service. Finally, the safari itself—we saw all the animals we wanted to see; it was truly satisfying.

Friendly, Accommodating, and Delivers
From the booking to the actual tour things very very smooth. Good communication (would recommended getting them on WhatsApp) so we could discuss options and make changes quickly. We had Andrew as a tour guide and he was awesome, we hit everything we wanted to see an then some. He suggested some changes on the fly based on how we were doing and what we wanted to see and with the office they made it happen. There will always be little hiccups but they sorted them all out. Accommodation options were very well choses, vehicles were good, and we basically felt very well taken care of.

Listens to Client to Customize Great Safari Tours
Thanks to True Africa, with Lucy Blunt as head planner, our first safari experience was truly enjoyable and unforgettable! At the early stage of our planning, we rolled out what we wanted to see and experience, the pace at which we wanted and the budget we were working on for our family of 7. Lucy listened and from there, customized the perfect trip for us at Saruni Basecamp Wilderness in the Naboisho Conservancy in Masai Mara; and in El Karama Lodge in Laikipia.
The itinerary and camps recommended by TrueAfrica/Lucy were great - beautifully rustic & comfortable accommodations; delicious food; warm & efficient camp service; and most importantly, knowledgeable & friendly guides.
One advise from TrueAfrica that we appreciated was choosing camps in the conservancies, particularly Naboisho Conservancy. We spent a day in the Maasai Mara National Reserve - for the hot air balloon and game drives. And though we had fun that day (saw a cheetah chase after a gazelle), I did feel there were more jeeps that rushed to get right beside the animals, sometimes blocking the view of other jeeps that were there ahead. The jeeps in the conservancies were more "courteous", observing time limits when more than 5 jeeps were around, and keeping a good distance from the animals. This experience made me respect Naboisho conservancy even more - setting "density limits" on number of camps/guests within the conservancy; the discipline of the safari guides; thus creating a peaceful co-existence of tourists and wildlife.
