Wonderful game watching
When we arrived in Nairobi everything was like clockwork. We were highly impressed by our guide was always professional, knowledgeable, and ready to go the extra mile ensuring we had a great time plus every opportunity to see lots of animals. We saw all the Big Five and had very close encounters to lions, leopards, hippos, elephants, and so much more. We had a great vacation and are very pleased we found such a terrific people to book with.

Not like our last trip
We previously went on a great East Africans Safari with Born Free. We asked them to help with another trip a year later. This did not go at all well and Born Free did not take appropriate responsibility for the clear errors that occurred, which significantly and negatively affected our trip.
They did not stand behind their travel product and I can no longer recommend Born Free.

Elephants everywhere
With excellent access by both land and water, Chobe is probably the best location for elephant viewing in all of Africa. The ability to view game up close silently from a drifting boat is unmatched anywhere. Botswana is safe and well governed and has done a fantastic job of managing natural resources and controlling tourism pressure. Many popular parks in the rest of Africa feel like large zoos crowded with tourists. Chobe feels like the real bush.
We take groups there each winter with remsberg.com and teach photography workshops staying at the excellent Garden Lodge in Kasane. There is no better place to learn wildlife photography than Chobe and it is so close to Vic Falls that you end up with an amazing two for one experience.
