My friends & I needed a holiday season break and Crucial Tours delivered to my expectation!!
The whole safari experience was tailored to our request. They informed us in time of what we needed and our itinerary was as planned. My friends & I really enjoyed ourselves; it was worthwhile.

Friendly, co-operative and good for the budget.
Awesome people so friendly staff makes you feel at home. Although the food is just okay but the driver worked hard to make us witness the big five.

Excellent Tour, thanks to our driver Abraham
Wonderful 7 days safari in Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Manyara.
Everything went well, very nice and comfortable hotels and lodges. Escarpment luxury lodge in Manyara is way nicer than other places during the safari.
The driver Abraham was amazing: gentle, calm, funny, skilled driver, an absolutely astonishing ability to spot every single animal, anywhere. He knew so much about all the animals, their behaviour, characteristics, what is safe to do, when it's more dangerous. It was crazy. He made the safari more than enjoyable, and that's I think one of the most important part. He also has a very good English, which helps if you want to discuss/ask questions.
You’re going to spend almost 100% of your time with your driver/guide, you should better be sure to appreciate him. I highly recommend him.
You can just ask Mr. Abdullah (the owner) about him, he is very fast and responsive, by mail, WhatsApp. No communication problem at all and very helpful when needed.
The tour itself was just like a national geographic documentary … but in real life. We had a lot of time, and I think that makes it easier to multiply your chances of seeing all the animals, in all the situations (eating, sleeping, playing, chasing, walking…). An yes, we saw everything you can imagine seeing in Tanzania (except the climbing lions). I guess under 4 days, you might have to reduce the number of parks, rush a bit too much and so on.
Now the positive points are said, it may look like an ad, so let’s go to the negative points:
It seems that no matter what the company you take, you may have to face mechanical problems (I read many sorties before going). Then the difference between a reliable company and less trustworthy one is how this problem will be handled and how much time you’ll waste. We had a 4x4 in an ok shape, not the newest, not the oldest, but fine however, in the first day of the safari, it had some problems starting, we had to push/be pushed few times. I requested the owner to fix it by SMS. The day after we went to change the battery, 15min in a garage, and it was done.
It’s expensive. Yeap, very expensive. It’s not really related to the company I would say, more to Tanzania in general.
We also booked the Mount Meru through them, nothing much to say, it's a pretty standard tour, and there isn't much difference between the tour operators.
Conclusion: I would go back through Uhuru travel, without any hesitation (and make sure Abraham is available :-).

Greatest vacation of my life
communication was excellent. Matthew Grace made this trip perfect. His knowledge and love of animals and Africa was mind blowing. We stayed at 6 different places and they were all unique and beautiful. I had high expectations after booking the trip but the actual trip exceeded my expectations by far. Everything went smoothly and perfectly. It was the greatest vacation imaginable and I will definitely be booking through him again in the future

Exceptional Safari Experience
From start to finish, my wife's and my first safari experience exceeded our every expectation thanks to PaperJet Travel, and in particular Justin. Justin was very informative, responsive and helpful from the time we first enquired, right up to our trip close to 11 months later. As it was our honeymoon, he recommended a few properties on the intimate Phinda Reserve. We eventually decided on his first choice for honeymooners, Vlei Lodge.
We were even in contact with Justin at 4am, an hour plus prior to our flight into Durban due to some minor hiccups in flight timing and his replies were prompt. Upon arrival in Durban, Justin and his colleague Atang personally came to pick us up to head to the reserve 3 hours away. The 3 hours just flew by thanks to the engaging conversation we had throughout the journey.
The lodge and reserve were simply breathtaking. We were pampered silly by the 24/7 hospitality, and had countless encounters with the wildlife during our twice daily game drives, which were led by our experienced guide and tracker. Before we knew it, the 3 days in paradise just whizzed past and we see the familiar faces of Justin and Atang once again to send us to the airport.
We really couldn't rave about the trip more! Justin is simply amazing at what he does, and it was a pleasure getting to know him. We can't wait to book our next safari adventure with PaperJet again!

We couldn't have made this trip happen without Baba Safaris Uganda! Excellent itinerary for Uganda!!
Overall rating
5/5
Baba safaris uganda was incredibly helpful for us during the safari planning phases. They responded quickly and answered all of our questions. They were also responsive while we were in the country :-)
The Uganda portion of the tour was incredible. Chimp trekking in Kibale and gorilla trekking in Bwindi were absolutely amazing. Definitely a bucket list experience for us!
The accommodations were also quite nice! We were very comfortable the entire time :-)

Martin is the "King" of the Kenyan safari adventure!
From the first prompt response to my email by Robert to the final goodbye at my hotel drop off, Karibu was professional and courteous. Travelling solo was not an issue and all accomodations were as expected if not better. Felt safe and secure and would highly recommend Karibu to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thorough, close up look at Kenya's wildlife

Excellent & affordable experience with our extremely talented driver, Dennis
Our entire experience with Axis was fantastic. My husband and I booked this safari as part of our honeymoon. We were trying to book our safari while living in a different part of the world (Pakistan), so we thought we might face some coordination issues, but Lennox was very responsive and helpful in giving us all the information that we required. They picked us up from our hotel and were on time, they even let us keep one of our suitcases at their office (and they were so nice that on the way back, since the office was closed as we reached after 5 pm, they dropped off our luggage to us the next day). At the safari, we got to see all of the big 5 and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Dennis, our amazing driver and guide, was the best person for the job. He was the only one in the park whose van never got stuck and never faced any problems. He is an extremely skilled driver and we would recommend anyone and everyone to specifically ask for him.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would recommend Axis to everyone!
