Elephant encounter is worth it
We did elephant encounter as a couple and we loved. We fed them, walked with them and watch them playing with their herd. It was interesting to hear about the conversation work they are doing to help the elephants.

Dream Bandas Uganda is corrupt and took all our money but cancelled tour
Hi team, we would not recommend you book a tour with Dream Bandas Uganda. They made us pay for our tour in full and cancelled one week before the trip even though they knew the tour would not go ahead as they had been sued for illegal gorilla trekking. So they took our money a month in advance even though they knew the tour would not go ahead.
We had flights and hotels booked already so we had to find another tour company. We managed to do a tour with Lulu Safaris Uganda who were absolutely amazing and only made us pay 30% when booking the tour and the full amount when we were actually on the tour. The company was amazing.
Dream Bandas are now avoiding all our calls and haven't refunded us but we can see they still operating.
We hope no-one goes through the same experience we went through.

I cannot recommend Nature Responsible Safari enough. Fran, the owner, and Heriel, our guide, gave us the safari experience of a lifetime in Tanzania and worked with us to accommodate our requests and answer all of our questions. 10/10. A++. And they do it all while taking steps to respect the environment that we all must share!
Anyone considering a safari in East Africa (or a Mt Kilimanjaro hike, or a beach trip to Zanzibar - all of which they can coordinate) should contact Nature Responsible Safari. I've never had a better interaction with anyone for any service in my life - it was that good. Getting to experience the Serengeti and other parks the way we visited was a top notch and awe inspiring experience for my family.

I had an unforgetable experience
The reason I chose Kale Voyage was primarily based on the website reviews and the positive-upbeat attitude-scroll about their services, but more importantly, it was their quick responsiveness to my questions right from the start. After I had explained our interest and decided the 2-day would be good, we wanted it privately as well as luxuriously and tailor-made to our destination, making the best of the two days. Having left enough specifications for what we were looking for, they were able to deliver.

Great Safari experience with a personal touch
My wife and I had a wonderful time w/ Khalanga Safaris. Shoes and Johanna were very responsive and helpful when it came to planning our trip and looking through different options . They helped us organize a 6 day tour including the Soweto tour, time in a private reserve (Klaserie), Panaroma Route, and two nights in Kruger park itself. Our guide in Kruger SK was really wonderful and made us feel well taken care of, even making Breakfast and Dinner for us. He also had a lot of knowledge about the wildlife. We had great sightings especially of Elephants. I plan to recommend Khalanga to any family or friends traveling to South Africa.

Very attentive, responsive operator
About 2 weeks before arriving in Namibia, I reached out to Indigo Safaris for assistance in planning a trip. They were incredibly responsive and attentive during the whole planning process. I gave them a general idea of what we were interested in doing, budget, and other basics (our desire to travel on our own), and they developed an itinerary. They would contact me to provide options for activities, accommodation information (all excellent, by the way), and other suggestions they had to improve the trip under the tight time table we had. It was the smoothest interaction I've ever had with a tour operator and was completed in about 5 days, which was a relief. The support continued when we arrived in the country, where we ended up immediately behind schedule after a long-delayed flight. After my quick message regarding our delay, Ines at Indigo changed our accommodation for the first night and updated our original hotel regarding our arrival status, allowing us to just unwind after a long day of travel. It was an excellent trip made easy by Indigo!
