Amazing experience and memories for a lifetime
We did a three day private Masa Mara tour with John as our driver. He made us feel well taken care of and safe all the time. His skills for finding the animals are just amazing. The car had seen better days, but taking the “roads” into consideration, it could have been far worse. The only thing we missed was some sort of briefing before the drives. Communications prior to the trip where accurate and swift. We can highly recommend both a John and the company.

Very organized and great guide
If you are looking for a safari I highly recommend Antonio's. From the first minute I contacted them, Faith was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. It was easy to customize our experience based on the activities we did or did not want to do which gave us a good value for the things that we did. Our flight was canceled so we had to make a last minute change and Faith was there to take care of it. You can rely on Antonio's to be there from beginning to the end.
Benson our experienced guide was absolutely fantastic. From the time he picked us up at the airport until he dropped us off 5 days later he was very attentive. We always knew what we were doing next and what times we were to meet back for our adventures and he kept the jeep clean. He went out of his way to locate the animals. He is an excellent driver which you need with the road conditions we encountered.
We took the Amboseli, Lake Navaisha and Masai Mara tour with the Ballon safari. The only thing about this tour is the longer drives to get to the locations. It's a great chance to see Kenya but the roads are full of potholes and there are a lot of trucks so it can be a bit bumpy and slow at times

Very humble and great person with good personality

I highly recommend them to anyone looking to explore the wonders of Uganda. Amazing and professional operator!
First, communicating with Maggie was both efficient and enjoyable. She always responded quickly and was willing to make adjustments until we were fully satisfied.
Second, the accommodations were fantastic! Even in Maasai Mara, the tents were spacious and comfortable, with ample hot water, delicious food, and cozy beds. We also enjoyed the breathtaking starry sky and the sound of lions roaring in the distance.
Third, our guide George was exceptionally kind and professional. He kept the vehicle spotless inside and out, and helped us spot a wide variety of animals, including lions, elephants, giraffes, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and leopards. His sharp eyesight was remarkable, and he never rushed us, always finding the perfect spots for photos.
Lastly, our hotel in Nairobi initially gave us the wrong room. Maggie promptly resolved the issue, upgrading us to a full board accommodation. We truly appreciate her efforts.

Fantastic Adventure in Namibia
My wife and I completed the 11 day accommodated Namibia Experience with Blue Cranes Safaris this May (2024).
We are experienced travelers and have done safaris in Africa before. All our expectations were exceeded in every single way with this tour. Namibia is a beautiful country with wonderful people. We were able to explore this magnificent place the way we wanted with this tour. Sammy, our guide during the entire tour, is a professional with many years of experience doing his job. He has great knowledge of his country and enjoys sharing the information he has. He's very patience and has a great sense of humor. We truly enjoyed his company during this tour.
We selected Blue Crane Safaris because their formality and professionalism since the first time I contacted them. They had all the answers to my questions and were upfront in all details. We did not have unpleasant surprises at any time.
All the selected accommodations were excellent (very clean, very comfortable and with very good attention). The food was consistently great in all the lodges we stayed at.
Our trip to Namibia was a fantastic adventure with Blue Crane Safaris.

We had the most amazing time with Mazingira Safaris! If you're looking for a safari in Tanzania, look no further. I know there are a zillion companies out there but this company is simply AMAZING! We just finished up a 6 day tour in Tanzania and from start to finish, it was an experience of a lifetime. From the time they picked us up at the airport (no waiting, sign displayed and ready for our arrival) to the time they dropped us off (and then were in constant contact when our flights were delayed and cancelled and helped us find accommodation until the next day when flights actually left) we never once felt like we were customers; we felt like we were family and their absolute number one priority. Simon (our guide) is incredible! I swear he can spot a lion in a tree half a mile away! I highly recommend him if you're able to request your guide. They picked impeccable accommodations throughout the trip, anticipated our needs, answered seemingly limitless questions, and made the trip so fun. Johari was fabulous at ensuring we had support at every step along the way. It's incredibly clear that Jacob has built a company that he takes pride in and he knows what reputation and treating customer well does for his business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for your safari!

A growing tour operator that deserves trust
We selected this Tour Operator for a good balance between price and professionalism - probably there are more experienced companies but we wanted to give a chance to a smaller one. Willingness to do good, improve and grow; great communication and reliability. Patrick has always been ready to support and respond to queries; Joseph is a great driver even in difficult conditions (muddy roads). The tour was well structured and allowed us to see many animals despite the rainy season.

Great budget safari experience
Lizzy was very helpful and responsive when booking, helping accommodate different needs and inquiries. The safaris were great, Albert, our guide, did a fantastic job with spotting and explaining about wildlife. Lenchada camp is great for your sense of adventure, with tents with private WC, good food (not much choice, but we were happy with the meals), hill court hotel was very comfortable and the food was delicious. The game drives are amazing and Masai Mara is just astonishing. We also went to Nakuru lake, that was affected by the floods, so some roads were closed, but still incredibly beautiful and we saw rhinos and other animals there. I recommend this tour if you are looking to do a safari on a budget, without any concerns and all included. We loved it!
