We had an amazing 6 day (5 night) safari with Msangai. Zee and Eric were very responsive and helpful with the planning and answered all of our questions. We had James as our guide and he truly went above and beyond during our safari. He made every effort to make us feel comfortable and had a great eye with spotting animals on our game drives! The accommodation and food was great during the entire trip and the level of service was impeccable. After being dropped off at the end of our safari we unfortunately forgot our camera in the vehicle and James drove back out to our hotel (which was located outside of the city) to drop it off on his day off. Msangai truly cares of their clients' experience.

Amazing tour, incredible guide!
Absolutely perfect tour! Such an amazing value, and my guide Dickson was the best. Super professional, fun, and had so much knowledge on the Masai Mara and all of its wildlife. I learned so much and he knew exactly where to go so we could have the best experience and see all of the animals! I will 100% be returning.

The tour operator was very communicative and helpful throughout my experience.
My partner and I had an amazing time with Suricata Safaris. We were able to be in communication with them leading up to our trip and they answered any and all questions we had. We were able to arrange airport pickup to our accommodation with them. The accommodations during the safari were excellent, starting off with their Suricata Boma Lodge near Lake Manyara which was a little slice of paradise; great food, service, facilities, and entertainment. Then the following nights the glamping accommodations were above our expectations of what we thought they’d be as well. If there is one thing that made the trip amazing that would be our guide, Ezekiel. He was beyond amazing! He was very skilled at driving in rugged terrain and had so much knowledge of the animals we saw; he identified over 25 different animals and over 75 different species of birds for us. He navigated any concerns with grace and his chill attitude made him the perfect guide.

Performance above and beyond
This is not our first trip on Safari as a family. However, it is the first time with a private guide.
The service provided by the operator was excellent from start to end. We had a pre trip briefing which settled any doubt or apprehension, and all the way through the communication was thorough and transparent.
For value for money it was the best, the service impeccable.
And last but absolutely not least our Guide. Cyrus. Went above and beyond. Met and surpassed our expectations. Knowledge second to none. A very helpful and modest unassuming man. An absolute asset to the business and a pleasure to be an integral part of our extended family for the tour.
Thank you to all involved for making memories for the future. I’m sure we will see you again.

The communication throughout was very good. Provided me with all I needed to know and have before my departure from home.
Vehicle was clean and safe, and my driver, Kabanda was amazing. We had many good laughs together.
Value for the money is very good and I did a gorilla trek to Bwindi. Two words. Do It!! It was awesome.

Having been on this trip twice (2022 and 2024) I could not recommend it enough! The booking process was simple and all arrangements were made well for us to enjoy the experience. The staff were very approachable and informative, helping us to navigate the terrain and even facilitating a (Cold!) dip in the waterfall. The coffee tour and meal were a real highlight as well and we even bought a few things in the gift shop!
