A truly once in a lifetime experience! Goldfinch Adventures - you are awesome!
I reached out to Robert Deo of Goldfinch Adventures earlier this year about arranging a 2 day 1 night safari in the middle of our trip to Zanzibar. We were a family of four, including myself, fiancé and her parent’s.
Roberts communication during the quotation phase was absolutely fantastic. He was open to tailoring the trip and accommodation style to suit our budget. Ahead of arriving in Tanzania, we received all information promptly, a thorough and detailed itinerary, internal flight tickets and drivers to pick us up and drop us off at the beginning and end of the safari.
The process could not have been smoother! Robert met us at the airport on arrival to give us a further overview of the itinerary which was really insightful.
Our guide, Frank, was awesome! Frank was very attentive throughout our two day safari. He ensured we were well looked after. He is extremely knowledgable and his vision was immense! Took us a while to spot the wildlife, but Frank was quick to point out lions stalking wildebeest and Rhinos in the distance. Both parks were incredible - but of the two Ngorongoro was the highlight! The pictures don’t do it justice.
We covered a lot of distance in two days - Tarangire and Ngorongoro. The jeep was very spacious and well stocked with cold drinks. Frank was an excellent driver and the time passed very quickly as we drove between the parks and lodge. We felt incredibly safe with Frank as our guide and couldn’t have asked for a better guide. The trip was extremely well executed - luxurious and provided us with a very intimate safari experience.
The accommodation, Manyaras secret was out of this world - if you have the opportunity- book it! The staff were extremely kind and well versed in ensuring their guests were well taken care of - particularly escorting you to and from the restaurant after dark (we could hear the hippos on the lake). Fantastic villas for families, a lovely pool and restaurant with a fire pit. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the stars with a nice glass of wine.
At the end of the trip we arrived at Arusha airport, Robert met us to say goodbye - and knowing how much we love coffee provided us with two bags of Kilimanjaro coffee beans - a great touch!

A Wonderful family trip to remember!!
We , family with 4 children had a wonderful 6 days trip in Kenya with Roadman adventures!!
They listened to what we wanted out of the trip and put together an incredible itinerary as per our requirements expecially with small children and communication was smooth through WhatsApp and email .
Anthony and John were very knowledgeable and were available during the trip to ensure everything went smooth. Not to mention John was an excellent and SAFE driver!
We stayed in beautiful lodges like Sopa..delicious food , nice staff and fantastic ambience. Every detail of the arrangements for the trip was handled perfectly by Roadman adventures.
The transportation right from the airport pickup , to the lodges, and back to airport was smooth and very professional.
It was an amazing trip from start to the end! Definitely will choose Roadman adventures again if we go back.

Davis was a great guide. We planned together over several months. I flew to Kampala and met Davis on arrival and we straight into it, birding I. The botanical gardens. We had a magnificent two week tour around Uganda, seeing close to 500 bird species as well as loads of mammals, and other flora and fauna. Davis was a skilled and patient guide ensuring we found most of the key species. We stayed at comfortable and good value accommodation. I could not recommend Davis and his services more. It was the trip of a lifetime.

Amazing guide and awesome week!
We had the best week in Tanzania. We visited multiple parks, local tribes and saw so many animals!
We booked based on reviews we were so pleased! The company was always quick to respond and took the best care of us!
Gasper was a great guide - he loves the andventure and the thrill of finding the animals! He was fun to be with in the car for many hours! He takes his job seriously and is always ready to go! We were traveling with a 10, 16 and 19 year old and he was great with the kids as well! You will not be disappointed!!

Amazing 5 day gorilla and golden monkey trek
Very well planned. As two young women, we felt safe the whole trip. Our guide, Charles, was there every step of the way, making sure we were on time to every excursions and making us feel most welcome to every lodge. Every place we stayed at treated us like queens. Perfect balance of adventure and down time. Highly recommend!

Fantastic trip!
Me and a friend did a 5 day gorilla and golden monkey safari in Rwanda & Uganda. We had a great experience and felt safe the whole time! Dav safari communicated with us through WhatsApp the night before we were getting picked up at our hotel. Our driver/guide Charles was very nice and friendly, and answered any questions we had. He helped us with our border crossings to ensure they went smoothly. He got us to where we needed to be on time and safely! Our vehicle had a flat tire the morning of our gorilla trek, but Charles had found it and changed it, with still time to spare once we got to the meeting point for the briefing. Dav safaris organized everything, including the lodges. All the lodges were amazing and peaceful and we were welcomed and treated very well by all the staff. As two young women travelling, we felt safe and cared for the entire time.

Booking the tour was very straightforward and all my pre tour queries were answered by return. The tour itself exceeded my expectations. Accommodations are varied but all of a high standard and food to suit all tastes.
You do spend a lot of time on the road but there are plenty of activities, lunch stops, photo stops and ever changing scenery to look out on. It's a brilliant mix of culture and wildlife in stunning landscapes with unforgettable moments; climbing Dune 45, being surrounded by wild horses, watching thousand of seals, flamingoes, pelicans, walking through a ghost town...... the list is endless.

Easy budget safari!
Maggie was highly proactive in communicating various safari options within budget to ensure we had the best experience during our short stay in Kenya. Despite the last-minute nature of our trip for a conference in Nairobi, he efficiently arranged a 5-day safari on very short notice.
Our safari was an exceptional and budget-friendly solution, covering Maasai Mara, Lake Naivasha, and Lake Nakuru. Across these three parks, we managed to see all of the Big 5 (including a leopard cub) along with every other Kenyan animal we had hoped to see, such as cheetahs, zebras, and wildebeests.
Our driver and guide, George, was extremely pleasant and professional, going above and beyond to accommodate the group and fulfill any requests.
