The best way to feel the wild Okavango.
It is undoubtedly the best way to LIVE the Okavango. It still makes my skin crawl when I think about the trip and the experience and the truth is that it could not have been better. The guides, Tebla in particular is a true master. We have learned a lot with him and it has been a very pleasant trip. It's nice to have people like that by your side to live the best possible experience.
Seeing the animals so close, in their natural habitat and learning from them is a fascinating adventure.
It has been one of the best days of our lives. We will definitely come back.

Sam was the ultimate guide and driver for our safari’s.
Our guide was Sam and he did an outstanding job in so many ways. He was excellent on the Safari’s of knowing where to look for different animals and having a large knowledge base on each animal. We saw a Leopard which was an animal we really hoped to see.
He was very personable and accommodating. On our next trip to Uganda we will request Sam as our guide again!

Excellent and very knowledgable guide - 3 day Lalibela tour for the Christmas celebrations
Daniel was excellent. We attended Christmas at Lalibela and Daniel ensured that our experience far exceeded our expectations. Daniel expertly navigated the site which was full of pilgrims for the celebrations ensuring we arrived seamlessly on time for all the best spectacles.
Daniel is very skilful at supporting photographers to help them realise images and find suitable subjects and situations. He's also very knowledgable about the site and its history.

A very good tour of Lalibela
Daniel organized and guided me through my 4 Night & 5 Days tour for Lalibela churches including the accommodation. He is very knowledgeable about the history, the churches (both the architecture and the religion and all the symbolism that goes with it) and the traditions. Daniel never forgot to mention to me all the important aspects and events of the tradition. I had the privilege to share a lunch with Daniel's wonderful family.
Daniel arranged also my 2 Night and 3 days tour of the Denakil Depression including the transportation transfer. He was not my guide during the tour but was so caring that he calls me daily to enquire about the trip.
I strongly recommend Daniel as both an organizer and a guide for any tour in Lalibela and beyond in Ethiopia.

Overall wonderful safari experience
We booked a trip with Serengeti Smiles for our honeymoon in Tanzania. During the booking process and time leading up to the safari there was very good communication from Baraka on the booking team. We were greeted at Arusha airport by Serengeti Smile’s driver who took us safely to the Arusha Planet lodge. We spent the next 5 days with our tour guide Champion and we felt very well looked after. He was very friendly and welcoming and gave us a great experience. He took us to the Tarangire, the Serengeti and the Nrongorogoro crater. Champion had a detailed knowledge and shared many facts with us about the geology of the national parks, the many different animals and Tanzanian culture in general. He was also talented at locating the animals within the safari and we had the chance to see all of the animals we had set out see. The safari car was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed including unlimited cold drinks. We would highly recommend Serengeti Smiles to other travellers as they were highly reliable and good value for money and all the staff provided us with a great service from start to finish.

From the beginning, Serengeti Smile have been amazing in making our trip so smooth and enjoyable. Baraka from the head office was super useful is providing us with all the details and answering our questions. He was very attentive and made us feel like we were in good hands. We felt very prepared before flying to Tanzania.
The itinerary was very well planned - we went to Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We stayed at some beautiful lodges and even stayed in the Sergeneti at a luxury camp. Overall, an unforgettable experience and a very well thought out i by Serengeti Smile.
Our tour guide was Champion. He was brilliant at looking after us and always made sure that we had everything we needed. The safari jeep was clean and comfortable and even included unlimited free cold drinks! Champion was very knowledge about the animals and Tanzania and we learned so much from him. We were particularly impressed by how he somehow always managed to find the lions and cheetahs! We also have to mention how friendly he was and great to spend time with.
Overall, my wife and I choose Serengeti Smile for our honeymoon in Tanzania. We were both beyond impressed and are leaving with a memory of a lifetime, thanks to the work by Serengeti Smile, Baraka and Champion!

Wayne found me and my daughter the most amazing Safari at really short notice, Every email, and texts were responded to almost instantly. Everything was hassle free and simple to understand. Transfers from hotels and airports were hassle free and incredible value for money compared to other quotes we had from well known UK travel providers. I was a bit worried as this was a bucket list holiday for me and I was going with a company I never heard of before but it was absolutely the best holiday I ever ever had. Wayne recommended Kampama private game reserve, it was awesome, the accommodation was luxurious we had our own plunge pool the food was delicious. We went on a game drive each morning and evening with the same driver and tracker, there were only four of us in the jeep. We saw Lions, elephants, leopard with cub rhinos hyenas, buffalo everything and more. On the evening drives we were provided with drinks as the sun set. We also did a bush walk and had some amazing spa treatments. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff At Kampama. I can’t thank Wayne enough for sorting all this out for us.

The communication before was very clear. We fully transferred the money to Africa before the tour start with no problems.
Early in the morning, we were picked up in Kigali by Pacifique and really enjoyed the long drives with him, being very entertaining, interested and knowledgable - highly recommend him as a guide!
After a long day of hiking and driving, we were dropped of at the hotel again. The experience was exceptional, we would go with the conpany and Pacifique again.
