A Great Tour
This was such a good tour from pickup to drop off. The accommodation was comfortable with a hospitable host and the safari tours were all great with very knowledgeable guides. Although I missed out on the leopard sighting, the guide was doing his best to find it, spotting its tracks as we went along. Oh well, better luck next time!

Great safari provider and guide for a trip of a lifetime.
We had an amazing 5 day group safari with Suricata. We saw the Big Five and so much more. Our guide, Ezekiel, was so knowledgeable, he even knew the names of the many birds we saw. I was impressed with his insights into the animals and their habitats. He was a safe and excellent driver.
The lodge was 5 star resort with a beautiful pool to relax in after game drives. We saw zebras running by while we were in the pool.
Hot meals were provided at all meals and were very tasty.

Supportive flexible guide
We were a group of 10 and had two cars. I was mostly with Mr. James who is an excellent guide.
He is also flexible to our requests and tries to effectively utilise the entire time. During the safari he is in constant communication with other groups through phone and wireless radio system to ensure that we do not miss any opportunities.

Reliable and on time
This was a trip of a lifetime. Daniel was always on time, and he kept on the schedule we agreed on. He and the driver picked me up at the airport and dropped me of at the airport. I stayed at Lalibela for 2 nights. The schedule was to see the churches. Daniel walked me thru all the ways that connect all the churches in the mountains. I had many questions for the priests so Daniel would translate all of the priests' answers on the most proper manner. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask me but you won't regret if you book your Lalibela trip thru him

Excellent service, Really flexible and experienced tour Guides
Well planned Itinerary that fits our budget and covers almost all the must visit spots. Really flexible enough to do minor changes up to our will without any exta money.
Excellent Hotels or resort selections. They have even provided a free upgrade to one higher priced resort as the originally booked hotel was affected by rain.
They have provided neat and comfortable vehicles which easily take us through all terrains.
Last but not the least; the tour guides who is our game drivers, they are the best. They know where to find the animals in every national parks and will take us there safely while explaining everything about the species.
Simply, I would recommend Laxa Trails Safaris to anyone who is wishing to visit Kenya

An extremely knowledgable and capable professional
We worked with Daniel as part of a larger professional photography project, with very exacting requirements, oftentimes extremely demanding both in terms of the people we needed to work with as well as the conditions, timings etc. Daniel was able to make everything work, overcoming any challenges which arose during the project and providing quick solutions. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Daniel, I would recommend his services to everyone, and even more so to any demanding professional photographer visiting Lalibela and Ethiopia in general. Our safari was organised so as I didnt have to do anything wonderful
Matthys our tour arranger organised for us a fabulous holiday which was perfect for us. The safari was worth every penny we saw so much and experienced 2 safari parks, Both lodges and game drives different. Inyati we saw a lot of game and thanks to the excellent guides saw a lot of wild life up close. Hamiltons had more game in amongst Lodges but couldnt get close out on drive, But saw more birds. so a good combination. we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
