Wonderful service from beginning to the end
We worked with Mufasa for our company tour (18 people). The service from planning to execution was excellent. They reply all question on time, understand our needs, and find a solution in our budget. Their car is very well maintained, and our guides (Charles, Kevin, Walter) are very friendly, knowledgable, and very careful drivers. I can recommended Mufasa as a tourism professional and world-wide traveller.

Attentive and organized
We had a great experience, all of our accommodations were perfect and well organized. We got the best guides we could ask for. We were able to spot the big 5 and more due to the knowledge our guide had about the land and where to find the animals. They were very accommodating to our luggage as well, which we were grateful for.

Amazing experience, would highly recommend to all!
From start to finish the tour was fantastic. Even at the booking stage, communication was prompt, efficient and helpful. Actual service from Willie, our safari guide, was outstanding. He was always on time, from first picking us up through to airport drop off again. Great knowledge of the animals and environment; safe and reliable driver. Value for money of the tour was excellent, the lodges booked were great places to stay and the whole safari experience as a whole was amazing. We were lucky enough to see a huge array of wildlife, only animal missing from the “big five” for us was the leopard, but to be fair only spotted on rare occasions. Would definitely recommend this provider to all

Disappointing Safari Experience: A Detailed Feedback
I'm glad our Safari trip has concluded, but there are a few points I want to give feedback on.
1. The contract mentioned a full-day Safari, but what Patrick provided was not a full day. Patrick took us out daily from 8 AM to 4 PM, or from 8 AM to 12 PM and then from 4 PM to 6 PM. He said this was the park's requirement. However, as far as I know, other drivers booked through your company were out from 8 AM to 6 PM, or from 7 AM to 12 PM with lunch in the park and then from 4 PM to 7 PM. This does not align with your promise of a full-day Safari.
2. Patrick drove steadily and had a good attitude, but he wasn't good at spotting animals. He always waited for others to find the animals first, and then he would follow. We didn't get to see the leopard we wanted to see.
3. On the last day, we returned to Nairobi with a flight at 6 PM. We arrived in Nairobi around noon and wanted to go to the Maasai market to buy some things. There was enough time, but he insisted on taking us to another shop we didn't want to go to. He was unhappy when we insisted on the Maasai market, saying it was unsafe and that maps were useless. In the end, we went to the market he suggested and bought some overpriced souvenirs. I don't know if there was any commission involved, but it left a very bad impression on us.
We chose your company based on your reputation in China, but I didn't expect such an experience. I wanted to give honest feedback and decide whether to caution other Chinese friends about choosing your services.

Incredible experience
We are a family of five from Finland and we did a two day luxury Safari tour to Tarangire and Ngorongoro, starting and ending to Arusha and it was sooooo great!! Incredible experience.
Our guide Fred was just amazing! He explained everything to us in great detail, always allowed us as much time as needed to look at things, and got us to best spots to see all the great things. We saw amazing things. Elephants right next to our car, lions feeding on a buffalo, lions hunting a herd of zebras, and a lot more...
Provided foods, drinks and snack were good and we were really well taken care of. We spend the night in Africa Safari Karatu Lodge, which was really nice. Unfortunately we only got to spend the night there as we arrived quite late and started off to Ngorongoro early in the morning. Would have been a beautifull place to stay for longer.
Kipe was great support for us on our stay to Arusha. Our trip started with a delayed flight. We were supposed to arrive on Wednesday, but instead arrived on Friday. This is where Kipe really came through for us. He rescheduled the whole Safari for us with no extra charge. He also personally came to pick us up from the airport and provided us with Tanzanian SIM cards so we have mobile data available for us at all time.
Kipe is a great person with wonderful sense of humour. We learned so many things from him about Maasai and Tanzania, and also a little Swahili. It was always great to hang with him. Such a lovely and warm person. He also invited us to his home village which we unfortunately had skip due to our flight delays.
I found Kipe's contact info from the internet and after many WhatsApp chats, voice calls, comparisons to other Safari providers, decised to go with Kipe. One major contributing factor for us was that Kipe is authentic Maasai and that he is active in supporting his own tribe.

Great 10-day safari with Meektrails and Guide Joseph
My fiends, my daughter and I had great 10 days with our guide Joseph, starting from Amboseli, then Sweetwater, Samburu, Bogoria, and ending in Masai Mara.
During the game drive, we have not only see all kinds of herbivore but also see the rarely seen predators, lions, cheetahs, leopards, crocodiles, hyenas, as well as our favorite ostriches and flamingos.
Our guide Joseph was great, perfect in driving skills, driving carefully and steadily all the time even if the condition of the roads are not good, which we call “African Massage”; and perfect in eyesight, seeing animals even far from us during the drive; and perfect in professional knowledge of animals, having us learn a lot new knowledge.
The lodges, camps and hotels we lived are mostly satisfactory, unless wifi and network doesn’t work well in every place. We understood and accepted though. Most of the food are good for us.
The weather is great, we were lucky enough to have everyday sunning for the whole 10 days.
It is really a worthy trip. I will strongly recommend Meektrails Safaris and Joseph to my friends.

Unethical
I booked a 12 day safari in Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania in September 2023 for a trip scheduled the end of June 2024 (fully paid for April 2024). At the time of booking I was promised all confirmations of lodges, flights. The beginning of June, I reached out to their office to request the promised confirmations 3 times. When I did finally receive the confirmations, they were only for the Uganda portion. I repeatedly requested the confirmations for Kenya and Tanzania and was repeatedly told “everything is reserved.” This turned out to be the first of many lies made by the head of the company, Simon. The day before my flight to Kenya, with no evidence of a flight from Entebbe to Nairobi, I contacted the lodge in Kenya to confirm my reservation. I discovered the reservation had been made but was not paid for, so they had not released the confirmation. Additionally, I was informed the Kenya agent they outsourced (they contacted her the DAY I ARRIVED to organize that portion!!) had not been paid for the additional 7 nights (lodging, flights, activities) in Kenya and Tanzania. My flight from Uganda to Kenya, which I was also told conflicting lies and excuses about, was purchased by an office worker 6 hours before scheduled departure. As of this time, the payment (which is significant) to the agent in Kenya (who is beyond superb) is unpaid by Azas. Avoid this company at all costs.
