Very helpful and kind
First of all, thank Winnie the tour operator, who organised our trip and helped us, by telling us which safari should we do because they all have their own particularity and choose which one suits us more.The selection was perfect (Mikumi-Ruaha) because we saw a lot of animals and especially hippos and lions who are our favourites. Also, many thanks to our guides Michael and danford, who weren’t only our guides but we became good friends. The safari was fantastic but they made it for us much better, along the secret conversation we had while eating😂.In conclusion, it was once life time experience, I recommend everyone to go on a safari and preferably with Kihindo tours and especially with those 2 guides. The best team to lead your "once in the life" experience ro the success!
Fransisca responded promptly and appropriately to my requests for advice on what to prepare before the trip and adjusting the schedule. Goddy and the other guides explained and talked about various things to make the climb not boring, and on the day of the summit attack, they adjusted my pace and always encouraged me, leading me to a successful summit.
I believe that it would never have been possible without their support.
The only thing that was disappointing was that the quality of the hotels they booked before and after the trip was not worth the price, but everything else was so wonderful.

Worth it!
We went for the Mokoro in the Delta from Maun. It was a nice experience.
We had a walking tour and seeing the animals ( not inside a vehicle) it's really nice.

Very knowledgeable
Booking with this company was easy, and follow up was seamless. All operators were always on time. Our tour guide Lambs was quite knowledgeable and took his time to look for the animals, ensured we had a good view of the animals and allowed us sufficient time to take pictures. My group never felt rushed despite completing the tour in the required time frame. I would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to have this experience.

Very helpful and friendly tour organizers!
We had a tailored 7 days tour which included visiting 6 countries. While our main purpose was to see Gorilas and chimpanzees which was an absolutely amazing experience, we also had lots of opportunities to see much more - game drive, boat trip and etc. Aron and Dougalas have been very attentive to our needs and wishes and arranged everything very well. Given it is traveling in Africa which has it challenges with multiple border crossings and encountering different nationalities and cultures, they made our stay rather comfortable, safe and pleasant. We had an unfortunate experience and made lots of long lasting memories. Thank you both!
